Above and beyond SERVICE!!!! (AGAIN!!!!)…read more Matt hit it out of the park (AGAIN!!!!!!) . I had an 10+ year-old bag from a high quality brand with some battle scars on it that I wanted fixed. They sent it in to the company and I got a brand new bag back for the mere cost of shipping!!! And it doesn't end there. I started eyeing a slightly bigger (more expensive) bag. I need and have used a big bag for when I go to Europe for three weeks and am always looking for more space! So I asked Matt if I could trade in the new bag for a larger bag. He said yes! He only charged me the difference between the trade in bag and the bag I took home!!! I got a LARGER, BRAND NEW bag, for a fraction of the cost!!! I made it clear to Matt that I was tremendously thankful and that they were awesome. Totally worth it. These guys are great!!!!

After 3 years I expected to be told, "Sorry, we can't help", but surprisingly the staff member said, "Let me clean it up for you and take a look." First, a free cleaning-how nice. When she returned, I was surprised they admitted there was an issue with the setting for that diamond and would replace the diamond free of charge. As I mentioned, I live out-of-state and they not only were willing to replace the diamond, but ship it to me insured, all on their dime. They also called me to let me know when the ring was fixed and about to ship to me so I could look out for it. The fix and the delivery back to me was expeditious.
