The party started early evening, so we were able to do some mini golf as well as some day drinking in the lounge/bar area. We also were able to use the big yard to play some yard games. When it got dark a DJ was set up and bumping music the fire pit got lit the hot tub got kicking. It seemed unreal it was beautiful! Being here felt like being at home kicking back with the boys, it felt homey like I have lived there my whole life and grew up there. It was a very pleasing experience. The location is perfect because we were able to make a quick run to walmart, which is across the street! Overall this has been the best Venue I have been to and the owner I believe Spencer was his name was a really attentive guy and very helpful getting this together for my buddy! We had Marc as our DJ on the day of our wedding and he was awesome. Our ceremony was perfect and our reception was so much fun. We provided just a couple of songs that we wanted played (I.e. entrance, first dance, etc.) but then gave Marc the creative freedom. A true testament to a great DJ is for them to read the crowd and get the guests dancing at he reception. Plus this was just a huge burden lifted from me while I had so many other wedding details to handle.
