Honestly this company doesn't deserve any stars. Had to move to Texas to North Carolina and when given original quote the price was good. Once the gentlemen from Tito's showed up late they damaged multiple items moving them to the truck and showed no remorse but did give us a "Discount". They then proceeded to adjust the quote which doubled from a $3700 to almost $6000, being I needed to get this process of the move done I accepted and signed the papers. When items arrived by a single drive he ended up hiring my neighbor to help him unload and set up the items "Bed, and other furniture" instead of doing it himself. One large Haverty wall mirror was missing from the truck that we knew was picked up in Texas. The driver said to contact Tito and it should be shipped overnight via fedex/ups. Contacted Tito multiple times and he stated he would get it shipped. This went on for about 2 months and every time he was rude and kept pushing it off. Never shipped out our mirror that he stated on multiple occasions was in his warehouse. Ended up having to submit a claim. This is where we got burned the worse, Make sure when you are signing moving paper work you double check which insurance you are signing. Due to the hectic move and frustration with the price doubling I agreed to sign the $0.60 cents per pound insurance, if i would of had a few more moments i would of signed for full coverage. Because of this oversight a mirror that cost $400 that ways 90 pounds I will only be receiving $60 from Tito's Moving Co. People please take an extra moment to read the insurance options while moving. Again, I would not use Tito's Moving Services every again. read more

I've moved quite a few times in my life and it doesn't always go well, but Tito and his guys were great from start to finish. Open communication is very important to me and they were happy to answer all my annoying questions and they always kept me updated. The packing and pick up was efficient and professional. The delivery was earlier than expected, which was such a relief. Nothing was broken and they even reassembled my complicated bed. I'm not exactly handy so this really saved me a lot of time and frustration. All in all, I was really happy with their service and I would definitely recommend. read more

If negative stars could be used, I'd do it. Unprofessional doesn't begin. Liars. Deceptive trade practices. Bait & switch. You get the picture. TX to OH; quoted price, they arrived, loaded truck and it doubled ($11000+). Started out when they said day early and didn't show; we called (dispatch) who lied and said truck broke down *(this is a norm- see other reviews where they that excuse). IF it broke down, cell not working too? Cost us night at hotel as we flew out later in week and had planned on staying at the house. Next day they show up, said we were 'over the limit' - loaded truck and ultimately came up with double the original quote. Would have charged to take off truck and we are leaving, as cars already en route and we were to fly. Husband agreed to their (extortion) and wire $5k tried their routing # - was not valid. Asked for bank address and we would call for it, given 'bank address ' which we looked up and was residence. Gave up at that point. read more

Review: Tito Services Inc, US Standard Moving and storage and CSI Insurance all fraudulent companies. I called US Standard and Moving in March of 2021, the first quote was $8000, which I had to pay $2500, I sent photos, I measured every piece of Funiture in my home in cubic feet, and sent them the list, I told them how many boxes large, small and medium I had, and how many tubs I had. They kept insisting that one 26 foot truck would be enough. They call me in May and told me my estimate was now $10,000 and I had to pay another $2500, then two days before moving they contacted me again and said that I needed to pay $1230 more. Still insisting one truck was enough. At no time did they tell me that they were brokers and not the actual movers. They led me to believe that they were the movers. On May 26th, Tito and his brother showed up walked thru my home and now the price had gone up to $23000, I had two checks for what I was quoted one to be given on pick up the other on delivery, that was $12,000 plus what I already paid. I had to be out of house in two days. They loaded my things into two 26 foot trucks, and because I did not have the balance of $14000, they put my stuff into storage. When I finally got my things 7-11-21, I had many, many pieces of furniture damage, some beyond repair. They lost the glass top to my coffee table, cost me $500 to replace, they damaged my grandfathers clock cost me $1000 to repair. I was missing several boxes and tubs. A couch I watched them wrap in blankets and then wrap in plastic came off the truck without any wrapping, it was so stained from rubbing against the side of the truck. The driver kept pacing the length of the truck because he was late and off schedule, and when I tried to inventory the things coming off the truck he said they will never get truck unloaded if I insisted on inventorying each and every box. After I submitted my claim to CSI, they called me after 6 1/2 months of waiting only to tell me they could not move forward with the claim because they could not get ahold of Tito Services. I have tried calling, no answer, I tried calling US Standard, phone temporally out of service. So I am out damaged furniture, lost items, and payment for those legitimate items I claimed. All three of these companies do nothing but lie, and over charge for very poor service. I would have been better off renting U-Haul or Penski and driving myself, it would not have cost me $26000 to move from New Mexico to Ohio. And my stuff would not have been lost or damaged. Now I can not get them to answer emails or phone calls. They refused the cost for damages the CSI came up with which was $1080 out of over $10000 in lost and damaged items. Thats how they work, you file the papers and all they have to do is ignore it or deny the claim and your case is closed. Do not do business with this company. Even it they show up and start increasing your cost, it is better to take the loss of your deposit, rent a Truck or pod and move your self. It would be cheaper and safter, and all of your belonging will arrive without damage. read more

I just had the worst experience of my life. Tito's Service Inc. is the most unprofessional company I ever deal with. First, I hired American Standards, and they never allowed me to select them, so we knew about them when they were at home for the pickup. They arrived one day later and offered a lot of excuses to increase our moving expenses in an unthinkable way ($1,000 plus from the agreed amount). When we asked for explanations, they were rude and disrespectful, giving us the option to leave our stuff when we did not have the time to choose another company. At all moments, they lied, never answered, and treated us like they were not giving a service. At day 51, tired of claiming and not knowing where our things were, I had to hire an attorney to make a claim, so that we could receive our items. All the time, Tito lied to us, was disrespectful, and unable to talk about appropriate options. Our things came broken, the boxes are very damaged, and I cannot imagine how the items are inside. After having an attorney, they sent our stuff with Integrated Moving, and when at home, the employees never agreed to use the masks because "the company made them the test before the trip." I do not know how much time they were exposing themselves before arriving at my house, and they never showed me the negative results. They told us that they were not going to use the masks because they were uncomfortable with them and that we could wait outside or that they could leave the things outside our apartment.
