Got a higher amount and opted in for longer months which was supposed to have higher payments & lower interest. That is not happening. I am paying $628.54 a month with only $25.78 being applied to principle. I have been paying this for going on a year and my balance is still $3,844.53. THIS IS A PROBLEM! To date. I have paid over $4,399!!! No i did not have a $5k loan if that opens your eyes at all!! I have a problem with how interest is being applied. I am working hard as heck to keep my medical treatments ( which insurance does Not cover) Also I am NOT able to access my customer agreement as says password protected and I did NOT place a password on any document from them. No banks like that they submit an authorization from your debit card, then reverse it, then submit an ACH! (LOOPHOLE ON INTEREST) I do NOT approve or like it! You are NOT ABLE TO REMOVE YOUR DEBIT CARD! The interest they add is the next day. Cash 1 does not have any documents online like other loan places where you can see how your payment are being applied, just a screen with 5 previous dates. I used to get emails for the receipt, now they just send a blank email saying you have funds available. NO THANK YOU! Does not show your balance going down. I have requested several times to have my customer agreement emailed and they have rejected stating they sent it before, yes you did and you also put a password protect where I am not able to access it. I am taking the documents in to be reviwed with a professional. I was supposed to have 18 months, I am going on a year and only paid under a $100. If I did NOT accept the 18 mo ths I would have been just about done paying this off. Never have I missed a payment! This is a MAJOR problem and by looking at the BBB complaints, I feel awful I did not do my homework 1st on this company because I was in a bad medical bind! The only thing I am able to access because I did save the 4 documents emailed, is the for instance page know before you get a loan. Why that's included, I have no idea, the loan is taken out. I tried emailing from their contact page and get a blank screen that just says close...I PLEAD TO ANYONE THAT READS MY REVIEW- ALL OF OUR SITUATIONS IN LIFE ARE DIFFERENT, CAN BE TRAUMATIC & SCARY, BUT DO MORE RESEARCH, GET TERMS AND SEE IF THEY ARE SUITABLE FOR YOU IN THE LONG RUN. GETTUNG A LOAN FOR A QUICK FIX ENDS UP BEING TERRIFYING IN THE LONG RUN! She was asking me questions on debt that I had already worked with a credit attorney at removing from my credit report months ago and some items that were due to fall off in the next couple months. I couldn't even see those debts anymore through the three major credit companies after I pulled my own report to double check. My score has gone up considerably from fair to good and she didn't seem to show that. We ended up going with another company who had updated information and offered 3 times the amount unsecured. Really the only plus about this company could be they report to the three credit companies to help you build your credit. I guess you can only hope they report correctly for you.
