Awful I hated giving my business today but I was so fed up I just went through with it their policies change according to what teller you get and they are so rude about it. I go here to cash checks from private clients that I do not want to put through my bank account this is the fourth and last time they have Verbally changed some kind of policy that I'm sure is company policy but all their employees follow different rules so it's very inconsistent. read more

Worst experience! Needed a money order and called ahead and ask if I would be able to use some of my rolled quarters just to save a trip to the bank and the fact that Wells Fargo didn't open til 9am and lady named Lilly said yes. When I get there I asked and they told me no just one roll. They were rude and giving each other that look like I was being a bug for that. And that's why I called ahead so I don't feel embarrassed. Like they just made me feel. So of course to me I asked why I called ahead and says my manager says so and it's too much to count. Quarters are money too but I get it she should of told me that when I called so I would of went to that bank before I went there. So I still got a money order and I gave the lady $100 dollars and 1 rolled quarters so it would have been $110 and she gave me back $100 in money order I realized it and told them she said no I gave her $100 they had to count her out to make sure i wasn't lying and she was over $100 on her drawer they were still confused and had to ask me how many 5s did I give her and realized I was right. Just upset how everything went. So I went to another check city down the street from them and was able to use it there. That location just wasn't ready for the morning and didn't want to deal with me. read more

so before i start this wonderful review if you search for the moneytree on lake mead and tenaya youll see a ppost from me on there regarding their terrible customer service which brought us to this check city where both ashley and alyssa provided us with real quality service unlike that bullshit moneytree business. we came here after being told by moneytree that our account with our bank had been closed which it did not we then came here where ashley and alyssa both helped us greatly. they have us set up with the same information as moneytree but unlike moneytree our account was still showing open here which proves that moneytree did enter our account information wrong ashley and alyssa were both very nice to deal with and very understanding of our situation they got us in and out within 5 minutes using the same information that moneytree had said was not working thank you sooooo much ashley and alyssa for having wonderful attitudes wonderful customer service skills and wonderful understandings of your comapnay policies they even agreed hey people are human sometimes mistakes happen but unlike moneytree they are much more accurate and when they realize they have a problem they fix it unlike moneytree where they bullshit around and threaten you when they created the problem from now on me and my husband will be bringing any and all business both ours and people looking for recommendations to check city you guys rock read more
