Do NOT go to this store unless you enjoy being discriminated against based on how your dressed or happen to look that day or unless you enjoy being VERY DISRESPECTED. I had to contact their corporate office because trashy Aylin and her little minion that were working there on 11/30/25 decided they were better than me based on the fact I was dressed down because I was in the middle of moving and my hair and teeth are falling out due to lupus. I am however also a business owner in this town and have told everyone I can tell not to do business with these judgmental and condescending people! Definitely go to check city instead. Amanda the assistant branch manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. In no situation should you ever refer to a customer as baby. When I told her that's not appropriate she gave me a dirty look. She got offended when I wouldn't let her go through my bank account. Worst Customer Service! The EMPLOYEE: Shalisa needs additional training with customer care and team leadership. The way she spoke to her other co workers were rude and out of line. The way she spoke with me as a customer was indeed unprofessional and rude. She needs to always be fully aware of when she decides to work for another business, she must always represent that company's brand with full respect for herself, employees, and especially customers. This location is my go-to for money orders. There is always ample parking here, and I always roll in with my 3 kids in tow. My deep deep gratitude for the small children's play area, it distracts my children for just long enough so that I can complete my transactions in peace. It's never that much of a wait in line, and in instances where I had to wait as the 4th or 5th person on line, they always find ways to make it right :) I deeply appreciate everyone who works in here and I know their job is not always easy. Absolute worst experience every time I try to cash a check. I was just told that my check was "counterfeit" when I have been working with Mandalay Bay for awhile. They have no idea what they are doing in their check verification process. I have yet to have one transaction go smooth, this is the absolute last time I will ever consider them. read more

Honestly I didn't appreciate how the Older Black Manager treated me, she's the person who has to approve my checks because the other sweet trainee couldn't cash it without approval. She came at me very aggressively and ask me a bunch of personal questions very loudly. It made me very uncomfortable and she was very rude. I sent money to the Philippines thru western union. I had to make adjustment and send more money. But instead of getting 2 different tracking numbers. I wanted to have it all on a single transaction number. I called western union to see if that was possible. I was told it was not a problem. I also asked if I can do the transaction at a location instead of doing it over the phone. I was advised that was not a problem either. I went to the location explained to the agent that was helping me and advised that it was not possible to do that. And he asked if I wanted to use the phone to call customer service. I explained to him that I already called customer service and everything was settled. That's why I went back. So now I have 2 transactions and I have to relay that to the person who will be receiving the money. Which is a hassle as they have to pay double the transaction fee on their side THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AGENT AT LOCATION NEEDS TO BE TRAINED PROPERLY AND NIT GIVE OFF WRONG INFORMATION. INLY CAUSE THEY WANT MORE MONEY DOES NOT MAKE THINGS RIGHT. IF A COMPANY SAYS THEY WILL DO SOMETHING THEY NEED TO FOLLOW UP WITH SAID COMMITMENT. I used to come here monthly for my rent money orders and always received great customer service. I was always greeted as soon as I entered usually helped right away. Any time I had to wait longer than a few minutes they've waived the money order fee. Because of the times I came in I usually had the same employee (I believe his name was Alfredo) who was very quick and friendly. The times I was helped by other employees were just as positive. Was really disappointed with this location. I have taken out three different installment loans with them in the past 6 months for a total of 3100.00 . Paid all of it back with interest all on time . I went in there last week to re-loan as my pay from my job was going to be late unfortunately. They spoke to my manager where i work, i brought them in 3 full months of bank statements , waited for 40 mins , and then they told me they couldnt do it. They had spoke to to the district manager who told them i would have to bring in all of my W2 tax forms? I asked them what the problem is as i have loaned with them three times and paid it back, and he said that unfortunately somehow my account had been deleted?? That does not even make any sense to me, and if that was the case then it just seems like a security risk for your personal information to all of a sudden "disappear" . At that point I said forget it im not going to bring them anymore information for a loan and that i would go somewhere else. Pretty upsetting to me that I even gave this business my extra hard earned money for the loans i took out with them. Go to another loan place , dont bother with this place. It was unacceptable to me. at the end of the convo he said my bank transfers from the company I work for were to " inconsistent " .
