Cheich (I hope I didn't butcher her name) was AMAZING!!! Talk about genuine customer service, I am waaaaay impressed with her knowledge and how professional she is. Thank you so much for being so accommodating, kind and patient with me and my dad!! In my opinion, she needs a raise!!!! read more

Do NOT go to this store unless you enjoy being discriminated against based on how your dressed or happen to look that day or unless you enjoy being VERY DISRESPECTED. I had to contact their corporate office because trashy Aylin and her little minion that were working there on 11/30/25 decided they were better than me based on the fact I was dressed down because I was in the middle of moving and my hair and teeth are falling out due to lupus. I am however also a business owner in this town and have told everyone I can tell not to do business with these judgmental and condescending people! Definitely go to check city instead. At least their employees have respect! read more

Carissa was amazing, from the moment I step foot the store, asking what I needed, explaining everything about the loan terms, so much empathy, I highly recommended this store location easy process ! read more

Aylin was super efficient, fast and friendly!! Great experience and will return and recommend!

I've been dealling with this location for almost 17 years! They are top tier when it comes to customer service and very helpful when questions need to be answered. I think I may have had ONE bad experience about 8-10 years ago maybe...but it wasnt bad enough to not continue to go there. Overall this location is killing it! read more

Amanda the assistant branch manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. In no situation should you ever refer to a customer as baby. When I told her that's not appropriate she gave me a dirty look. She got offended when I wouldn't let her go through my bank account. Disgusting behavior, she needs to learn manners and better etiquette when dealing with customers. read more

Aylin is great! She is so patient and intelligent! Thanks for saving me in my stupid financial situation!

This place has excellent customer service! I recently encountered Ryan, a "teller in training". He was awesome and made sure to do a through job with my transaction! Always love coming into this location! read more

Worst Customer Service! The EMPLOYEE: Shalisa needs additional training with customer care and team leadership. The way she spoke to her other co workers were rude and out of line. The way she spoke with me as a customer was indeed unprofessional and rude. She needs to always be fully aware of when she decides to work for another business, she must always represent that company's brand with full respect for herself, employees, and especially customers. Horrible service will always be the reason a company fails and loses business. Offer your "employees" full training in customer service. Thank you for reaching out concerning your store matter. This experience was not based on frustration, this experience was based off of poor customer service and business. I look forward to speaking with you on future matters and discussing options for your employers to provide the best service for valued customers. Thank you. read more

Janneth was a big help. I just needed an installment loan but the computer wouldn't let her process the loan. She called customer service and got it fixed. I did have to wait a little bit but I got the loan I needed. Will definitely go back again. Thank you so much Janneth. read more

STAR! She was very helpful and polite when I first walked into the store. She answered my questions and assisted me with what I needed to do!! Great service, friendly environment! read more

Thank you to Morgan at this very location on Lake Mead. She is the Assistant Manager here and she went above and beyond to listen to my story and cared enough to help me with my unique situation. I am a transgendered female (MtoF) and someone of my documents are reflective of my former name. After explaining this Morgan made sure that I was treated with the same amazing service that she did before learning this and really helped me out with my dilemma. Thank you MORGAN! You really have shown me kindness in a world that can sometimes be so cold. I'm legit in my car in tears over your kindness and amazing service. Thank youuuu!!!! read more

This location is my go-to for money orders. There is always ample parking here, and I always roll in with my 3 kids in tow. My deep deep gratitude for the small children's play area, it distracts my children for just long enough so that I can complete my transactions in peace. It's never that much of a wait in line, and in instances where I had to wait as the 4th or 5th person on line, they always find ways to make it right :) I deeply appreciate everyone who works in here and I know their job is not always easy. Keep up the good work! PS - very clean location. read more

Absolute worst experience every time I try to cash a check. I was just told that my check was "counterfeit" when I have been working with Mandalay Bay for awhile. They have no idea what they are doing in their check verification process. I have yet to have one transaction go smooth, this is the absolute last time I will ever consider them. read more

Honestly I didn't appreciate how the Older Black Manager treated me, she's the person who has to approve my checks because the other sweet trainee couldn't cash it without approval. She came at me very aggressively and ask me a bunch of personal questions very loudly. It made me very uncomfortable and she was very rude. Not a good face for the company especially having her as a "role model" read more

I'm from out of town, I was looking for Western Union but found this place. I got give it to them, Joanna was so kind and helpful. She made my Money Transfer so smooth, had to send money back home for a Family Emergency and it got their pretty quick to my wife. If I'm ever around the area again and need their service's I'm definitely coming here. read more

So last night I come in to cash my check then I go to wells Fargo I deposit my money in my account and it gives me back 200 I was like wtf didn't think nothing of it I get home I look at the bill they are fake so Money tree gave me 200 hundred dollars in counter fit now they say they can't do nothing about it cause it left there building OH AND THE LADY WHO GAVE ME THE MONEY IS RUDE AF read more

I sent money to the Philippines thru western union. I had to make adjustment and send more money. But instead of getting 2 different tracking numbers. I wanted to have it all on a single transaction number. I called western union to see if that was possible. I was told it was not a problem. I also asked if I can do the transaction at a location instead of doing it over the phone. I was advised that was not a problem either. I went to the location explained to the agent that was helping me and advised that it was not possible to do that. And he asked if I wanted to use the phone to call customer service. I explained to him that I already called customer service and everything was settled. That's why I went back. So now I have 2 transactions and I have to relay that to the person who will be receiving the money. Which is a hassle as they have to pay double the transaction fee on their side THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AGENT AT LOCATION NEEDS TO BE TRAINED PROPERLY AND NIT GIVE OFF WRONG INFORMATION. INLY CAUSE THEY WANT MORE MONEY DOES NOT MAKE THINGS RIGHT. IF A COMPANY SAYS THEY WILL DO SOMETHING THEY NEED TO FOLLOW UP WITH SAID COMMITMENT. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS INCIDENT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAL. read more

Seems a little unorganized when the employees scramble around looking for whatever it is they look for instead of giving me eye contact. To me that's important. Besides that my visit was bland nothing exciting read more

So I ask my daughter in law to send money to the Philippines and told her just to tell them my phn number so they can just look it up if who's the person that I need to be send to, instead they ask her to fill out the paperwork with all the information, I been going to different western onion locations for 30 years and this is the only location that I can say that their customer service is horrible including the manager's name Kianna she needs to be retrain she so very rude read more

had problems with one of the reps there over the phone and usually I never do but glad that Alfredo was there to help me , he was patient , and he had amazing customer service skills read more

I used to come here monthly for my rent money orders and always received great customer service. I was always greeted as soon as I entered usually helped right away. Any time I had to wait longer than a few minutes they've waived the money order fee. Because of the times I came in I usually had the same employee (I believe his name was Alfredo) who was very quick and friendly. The times I was helped by other employees were just as positive. Unlike other reviews I've never seen the staff here be anything less than professional and courteous. read more

Was really disappointed with this location. I have taken out three different installment loans with them in the past 6 months for a total of 3100.00 . Paid all of it back with interest all on time . I went in there last week to re-loan as my pay from my job was going to be late unfortunately. They spoke to my manager where i work, i brought them in 3 full months of bank statements , waited for 40 mins , and then they told me they couldnt do it. They had spoke to to the district manager who told them i would have to bring in all of my W2 tax forms? I asked them what the problem is as i have loaned with them three times and paid it back, and he said that unfortunately somehow my account had been deleted?? That does not even make any sense to me, and if that was the case then it just seems like a security risk for your personal information to all of a sudden "disappear" . At that point I said forget it im not going to bring them anymore information for a loan and that i would go somewhere else. Pretty upsetting to me that I even gave this business my extra hard earned money for the loans i took out with them. Go to another loan place , dont bother with this place. It was unacceptable to me. at the end of the convo he said my bank transfers from the company I work for were to " inconsistent " . Yes of coarse they are inconsistent , I unfortunately have been paid late a few times by the company and thats why I needed the loan in the first place ! read more
