Me and my husband came in cheerful after work trying to get a loan. While trying to gather documents she decided to take calls. After her call she took two more calls. I had to ask if she's still helping us and she literally told us after I finish these calls. The rudest customer service experience I have ever had, not only in Henderson but EVER!! I waisted 2 days with this company. After applying online with a 3rd party source I received a…read morephone call from Esmeralda asking about my inquiry. I told her I needed a loan, but in the last year I haven't been able to really pay my bills due to injury. I explained I am now getting in my feet and trying to fix things and need a loan until my settlement comes in. However; I have really bad credit at the moment. Instead of just letting me go, she proceeded to tell me that was why I had been sent to them and wanted to schedule an appointment. She told me all I needed was proof of income and a valid I.D. So I made an appointment with her and spent over 2 hours only to be told they needed more information to validate my income. I asked her if I had the individual, whom works for the government, write up a receipt/letter if that would work and she said it would. I went back the next day with the requested documents and spent another 2-3 hours only to be told they couldn't give me a loan because of my bad credit. Then as if to add insult to injury I found out a bit later that they did a hard inquiry on me. WTF!!! This obviously affected my credit and will for the next couple of years. What a huge waste of my time and left me in a worse spot then when I answered that phone call.

I've been with this agent since 2016. Initially we had our house with them. We lived out of state…read morethus rented the house out. Always had issues with them sending proof of insurance to the management company and had to make more than one request before it was finally taken care of. We moved to Henderson last year and put all of our vehicles and new home under this agent. There was a list of problems moving our coverage from State Farm in California to this office. Of course, we didn't know there were any problems until we started getting letters from the main office. The problems were with Bill Davis' office. His workers made a number of mistake or omissions which caused a number of problems for us. The problems trickled in via letters from the main office and took several months to correct. One of the women in the office never follows through, doesn't return calls, doesn't keep her word, and says "I don't know" instead of saying she'll find out for us. I finally was fed up and filed a complaint against her and another man (he was extremely rude and condescending). A few minutes after sending the email to Bill Davis complaining about the two, I get an email from one of the people that I was complaining about. Apparently she also handles complaints. So, I sent an email to the corporate office about the two employees and also asking why she is responding to a complaint about herself. At that point, we were going to change to a different agent but didn't get around to it. Now, we are having problems with this same female. We sold a vehicle and were due money back. She was supposed to get back with me on what happened to the money but as usual, I had to follow-up with her and again getting a lot of "I don't know" answers. I filed another complaint about her and we are now changing agents. By the way, in the 10 years that we have been with this office, we have never spoken with or heard from the owner of this office, Bill Davis.
