The only bathroom on gym floor has been out of service for over 2 weeks! The bathrooms are always filthy even first thing in the morning. A good amount of trainers are out of shape. The trainers blast loud music and take all the weights for their classes. They do not enforce any rules and allow kids to play on the equipment. I can only hope another company comes along.

I traveled to Arizona for a family member and they seamlessly paused my membership and started up my membership at another fit body boot camp while I was there. I really can't express how thankful I am for that. Working out definitely is a great thing for your mental and physical well-being. I also am super proud of myself for being almost 50 and at the lowest weight and the strongest I've been in my whole life. Different workouts daily so you never get bored and it's only 30 minutes!

This helps them to reduce individual membership dues depending upon how many times they workout which can even be $0 per month. This gym is very well maintained and clean with a hyperbaric chamber to help oxygenate your blood and speed up recovery. The gym is open 24/7 with key fob access during non-staffed hours. Staffed hours are from 11-7 M-F.

The spray bottles and rags that are supposed to be used to clean the machines by patrons disappeared one day and then were replaced with super cheap paper towels that rip and dont hold cleaning solution so the people who actually want to clean their machines, can't. I tried to cancel my membership in November and when I call, no one answers. So I emailed and kept emailing. I got one response, they did not do what I wanted them to do. I have now emailed 5 times and called and have gone to the location and no one is there BUT THEY STILL CHARGE MY CARD! Shameful buisness practices.
