I had to message the owner 3 times in one week before even getting a response telling me he would cancel my membership, and then still got charged that next month. I called him and he immediately apologized and refunded me, but the same thing happened the next month.

The 45 minutes flew by so fast. The location is in a plaza, so just keep in mind that parking is shared, but it wasn't an issue when I went. We made the assumption that they may not be open, and we decided to call back an hour before and leave a message stating that we are unable to make it and asking if there was any way we could refund or reschedule the class. 10 minutes before the class was about to begin (we are located 45 minutes away) We received a rude and unprofessional text stating that there was no snow near her, and we would not be receiving any refund. After trying to mitigate the situation, we received multiple more rude texts and then no response. Today, one week later, we received a text about a class scheduled for the next day. Due to the absolute lack of communication, we had no previous knowledge of this class. When I called to ask what this new class scheduled was, I was met with extreme rudeness and was cursed out. All my communication was with Tia, I had tried to speak to her with respect and figure out the situation, but it was clear that she had zero customer service skills.
