With an open claim no insurance company will even give you a quote with the exception of Citizen. Ana Maria went above and beyond to make sure that I completed all necessary inspections, paper work and the application correctly so that I wouldn't have any issues. Ana Maria is a true human that is not only doing this as her job but she actually cares for you. The end result was positive and Citizen approved our home owners insurance.
