I am extremely dissapointed with Harbor Management, and how they handled my account. Without any…read morenotice, they increased the quartely HOA fee from $ 56 to $ 59 - A TOTAL DIFFERENCE OF $12 dollars PER YEAR!!! I was never informed of this change, neither directly nor through my bank, which handles my automatic payments. Instead of communicating or giving me an opportunity to correct the minor shortfall, they escalated the situation to a lawsuit demanding $ 3,142.62. Yes -THREE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO DOLLARS, and SIXTY-TWO CENTS!!!! over what amounts to a $12 dollars discrepancy. This is not just poor communication; it is an aggressive and disproportionate response that feels predatory. A Responsible management company should prioritize transparency, fairness, and reasonable resolution -not jump straight to legal action over a negligible amount. I strongly urge others to be cautions and closely monitor their accounts if dealing with this company Attached is the copy of the outrageous bill.

When I decided to sell my home, I chose Abraham because of his stellar reputation. It was a wise…read morechoice, as I'll explain below. For our initial meeting, Abraham arrived five minutes early at the appointed day and time. That alone sets him apart from anyone else in South Florida, but it gets even better. My inherited home was in dilapidated condition since my father never took care of it; it had termites, rotten wood, cracks on the walls, in terrible condition. I was afraid I would get a low price for the house, if anyone would buy it at all. With the utmost confidence Abraham assured me that not only could he sell it, he would sell it for one million. I was doubtful of this claim, but he walked me through all the steps and described his approach to selling my particular house. His ability to tailor the sales approach to the house is admirable. The house sold in 6 weeks. He even beat his own estimate of one million, having sold it for even more. I was both stunned and grateful. Abraham Ash is embodiment of talent and professionalism. He is THE realtor par excellence.
