Coming in from the cut-throat SF Bay Area market with near-zero inventory, we were overwhelmed by the options available in Miami. Abe found us a spot right by the Biscayne Bay at the Margaret Pace Park in Edgewater. We have butterflies in our tummies as we are in love with our new home. This is 100% thanks to Abe. Abe knows every patch of land in Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown, and other parts of Miami. He knows the history of each building, what's coming next that could block your views, the HoA rules for each building, the heights of all buildings, and the views from each side of the building.
