I want to share my experience with Loyalty Insurance so other people know what they may encounter when they need to file a claim. My vehicle suffered a fire, and I have now had an open claim for approximately 19 days. According to Loyalty, the claim is still under investigation. However, during all this time, no one has even inspected my vehicle to determine whether it will be repaired or declared a total loss. Meanwhile, my vehicle remains out of service, and I still have to keep up with my payments and other obligations without knowing when I will receive a final answer. I understand that an insurance company needs to investigate a vehicle fire before making a decision. What I find unacceptable is having to wait this many days without an inspection of the vehicle and without a clear answer about the process. This has been my personal experience with Loyalty so far. Before purchasing insurance with this company, I strongly recommend doing your research and carefully reading the policy and understanding how they handle claims. I hope Loyalty ultimately resolves my claim fairly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this insurance company. read more

This insurance company does not pay out for damaged vehicle repairs nor do they answer any calls or emails. This insurance company needs to be turned into the Insurance Commissioner of Florida and have their license revoked and made to pay for all claims they did not pay out on. read more

I had a horrible experience. If your car got hit and the people had this insurance get ready for an experience like no other. My car was hit in May. Today is Dec 19 and it is finally over with. After 50 phone calls and three checks mailed incorrectly. Wrong address, wrong body shop and last was to the wrong person! 0 stars I could. The worst part is I would call and ask what address and who they mailed it to because of such a delay in payments to body shop, rental reimbursement. adjuster Christopher Carmenate did a horrible job. And none of his supervisors are overseeing his mistakes and work. The last check was a a rental reimbursement and was mailed to a random body shop. Two front desk confirmed this and then my adjuster called to lie to cover his mistakes. Very incompetent workers and terrible company. read more

This company is horrible! My car was hit by one of their clients. Numerous delays from Loyalty like appraisal delay, wrong spelling on the issued check, address information incorrect, and delay of 1 week on responding to the repair supplement. The latest issue, supplement was sent by email from the repair shop, no response after a week. I called and they confirmed that a response to the supplement would be sent by end of business that day. They sent nothing. I called the next day to ask for it to be sent as they said and was told the appraiser is out of the office. I was informed there is no covering appraiser to assist. I have been going through this for almost 2 months. Loyalty is a sham! read more

1 star is too much. Jonathan Acosta is a disgrace and this company does nothing to deal with your claim. He never answers my phone or replies to my email - to myself or my insurance rep. Absolute worst customer service ever. Just being fobbed off continually so they don't have to pay out. He thinks leaving me on hold for 2 hours is acceptable but it will take more than that to get rid of me. JA just FYI - I do not like being lied to by a person who is supposed to be helping my claim, if you say you are going to call me Monday with a settlement - do it. I am still waiting 3 weeks later, and yet again you are ignoring my calls. Disgusting. read more

This company is unprofessional! At the Miami office you can't get anyone on the phone, they transfer you constantly then the line is disconnected . There's a pending transaction on my checking account & my policy is up. The fact that they keep transferring me & I can't get anyone on the phone (currently on hold for 22 min.) speaks volumes !! All the agents are rude and have attitudes, they really need some diversity . The customer service sucks to say the least. Hope they get new management & staff. By the way I'm still on hold.... Will I get the assistance I need ?.... read more

Don't make the same mistake I did and hire this insurance company. After 2 years of paying for insurance, I had an accident and they came up with all sorts of excuses to not pay for the car repairs. They gave me a ticket because I had an Uber driver account that I NEVER used. It took them 60 DAYS to pay for the body shop. I had to spend 60 days on car rental. Now I'm filing a lawsuit against them to get my losses back! read more
