Honestly she didn't even look like herself. What makes this even more disappointing is that we never had this problem before. The last two grooming appointments, both after the change in ownership, have been significantly worse. I don't know what happened after the ownership change, but the level of care and attention to detail is nowhere near what it used to be. If you have a Schnauzer and expect someone who actually knows how to groom the breed, I would seriously think twice before bringing your dog here. The first time she had more hair on her nub than her face!! For reference: schnauzer cut; my dog

Jalen, within 2 minutes of meeting my dog was rubbing her head and lovin on her and she was right there with it. And only got better from there. In his care, 5 days a week, she went on pack walks with other big dogs and enjoyed it! Sunny is a small, ShihTzu mix rescue. Spending time with Jalen and his pack really opened her up. And she always came back refreshed and well-exercised. I have full faith and confidence in Jalen and hope we can work with him again if we ever need help with walks in the future. The Woof Pack--Rick & Debbie-- are terrific to work with. Professional, personable, efficient and accommodating. I appreciate the way that they helped us get the care we needed, when my surgery date got moved up by one week. They went out of their way to process our application and their screening process so we can get started when we needed it. I would work with them again and again. Thank you Woof Pack and thank you Jalen. Your care is in our hearts always.

Caring for an older dog comes with many challenges, but the entire team has always treated Princess with patience, compassion, and genuine kindness. Dr Kang takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure we understand all of our options. We never feel rushed, and it is clear that our dog's comfort, health, and quality of life are truly a priority. As Princess has gotten older, having a veterinarian we can trust has given my family and I so much peace of mind. We are very thankful for the thoughtful and compassionate care UNI pet clinic have provided over the years. We highly recommend this UNI pet clinic to anyone looking for someone who will treat their beloved pet like family.

Our corgi Tobi is dead, and this clinic had a year to prevent it…read more About a year/a year and a half ago Tobi changed completely. He went from a sweet, affectionate dog to one who growled, snarled, and occasionally bit. That is not a personality shift. That is a dog screaming that something is wrong, and every source we consulted told us to get him to a vet immediately. So we did. We brought him here. The moment the staff heard the word "bite," they stopped treating him like a patient. He was sedated so nobody had to deal with him. The exam, if you can call it that, was performed from across the room by people who visibly did not want to touch him. Not once, in that visit or any that followed, did anyone recommend a CT scan, an MRI, or a referral to someone who could do one. Not once did anyone mention the single most obvious explanation in veterinary medicine for new aggression in an adult dog: pain. This month Tobi lost the use of his back legs. Emergency surgeons at another hospital opened him up and found disc material that had extruded and was crushing his spinal cord. He had been living in excruciating pain the entire time we were bringing him here. He did not survive the recovery. So let me be direct about what happened. Uni Pet Clinic decided that a dog who might bite was a liability to be sedated and avoided rather than an animal to be diagnosed. They chose their own comfort over his care, every single visit, for a year. They collected our money and sent us home with nothing while his spine degenerated. We trusted them, and Tobi paid for it with a year of agony and then his life. If your dog's temperament suddenly changes, demand imaging and do not accept "he's just aggressive" as an answer. And do not bring a difficult animal here. They will not look at him. They will not find what is wrong. They will simply keep their distance until it is too late.
