This most recent time we saw Rachael, and Rachael was great! Super kind and my dog looked so good. Also loved that she was able to tell us how my dog did. Really the only bad thing I did experience which I feel I have to disclaim, is that there was only one time we didn't receive the text notification to go pick up our dog and I just went in before closing time. Just wish they called when he was finished too instead of just giving us the 30 mins heads up text so my dog and the staff wasn't just waiting. Other than that though, still highly recommend! It is clear that the team prioritizes the dogs' comfort and well being, not just the final look. Shelby the owner was the original creator of Barbie's tiger look, and Rachel did an amazing job curating her birthday makeover. It was thoughtful, tasteful, and done with so much care. Barbie left happy, confident, and looking incredible. Sam did a wonderful job with my 14 year old pup, Simba. Watching an older dog be handled with that level of patience, gentleness, and professionalism meant everything to me. Simba looked great and was clearly comfortable the entire time. I not only trust the owners of Le Pawsh, I trust the women on their team as well. They have built a place where care for dogs is consistent, thoughtful, and real. The women here are skilled, kind, and pay attention to how each dog is actually feeling, not just how they look. They listen, they remember details, and they handle dogs with patience and confidence. Brandon, one of the owners, also runs DYAD Dog Training and is currently training Barbie. I was lucky I saw an opening two days before booking at 9am right when they open. Kumar asked how I wanted my dog's haircut to be and what my preferences were in terms of how short to cut. I showed a reference photo from past groom visits from another location. He explained there is a regular cut which is all around the same length and appearance, while the reference photo was more of a feathering cut. The feathering cut is more of a trim which keeps his hair longer to maintain the fluffy Pomeranian look. Each area of my dog can be trimmed differently based on my preference, such as tail length, ear area, his chest mane, etc. I also made note that my dog takes a minute or so to warm up since he's usually anxious outside of his carrier and likes to bark (small dog things, lol). There are other groomers at this location as well and a big private lot for parking, which is convenient. I paid in cash, and I think there is a discount vs using card if I remember correctly. Forgot to take a photo of the pricing inside. Kumar texted me 30 min before Graham was ready for pickup. I saw him amongst the other dogs that were inside, all looking so cute and fluffy! Graham looks so clean and smells amazing! Kumar also provided a toothbrush for us to use. He recommended a toothpaste brand as well. So happy we found a new grooming spot! We will definitely return and recommend them to others!

The hair was cut too short and was uneven. Her head fur was so much longer than her body and it was disproportional, she looked like a bobble head. Most importantly, they were actually fully dry and clean--I didn't have to second guess anything, which I really appreciate. Their paw pads were nicely trimmed too. They also did a fantastic job with deshedding. Anyone with huskies knows how big of a deal that is, and I could really see and feel the difference. The whole process was smooth. Online booking was easy, and they text you when it's almost time for pickup, which is super convenient. The shop itself is really cute and nicely decorated, and they accept Apple Pay, which made checkout quick and easy. Definitely coming back.

Initially wild dog grooming had no appointments available but Liz proactively reached out to me to see if I need any help booking an appointment. Luckily through our conversation, she let me know that there was one available slot for the same day so we secured it immediately. The entire service (bath and tidy) came out to $100 before tip which is a fair price! Ponyo came out with a nice rounded butt and her trim was very clean. Unfortunately they do not do anal gland expression, but I'm still pleased with the service. They even gave her this really cute pink bandana after the service. Ponyo came out super happy so I know they took good care of her while cleaning her. Thank you Wild Grooming!
