Online booking was easy, and they text you when it's almost time for pickup, which is super convenient. The shop itself is really cute and nicely decorated, and they accept Apple Pay, which made checkout quick and easy. Definitely coming back.

Initially wild dog grooming had no appointments available but Liz proactively reached out to me to see if I need any help booking an appointment. Luckily through our conversation, she let me know that there was one available slot for the same day so we secured it immediately. The entire service (bath and tidy) came out to $100 before tip which is a fair price! Ponyo came out with a nice rounded butt and her trim was very clean. Unfortunately they do not do anal gland expression, but I'm still pleased with the service. They even gave her this really cute pink bandana after the service. Isabella attended to me when I went to drop my puppy and she was kind to say it will take 2 hours. 3. My appointment was 2:30pm and I went at 4:30pm and Cecilia was working on my puppy Mylo and she was so sweet that from a distance she told me to not distract Mylo as she was doing her final touches. 4. I was moved by the gesture of how much care was taken to cut his hair and how much work, skill and art it is. 5. Mylo would not even sit 2 minutes let alone stand for 1 hour in one place. 6. I paid $75 cash since he is a pup and they did a great job cutting his hair, trimming his nails, also complimentary brushed his teeth. 7. Kelly saved our Lilly's little life. She came for a grooming one day and we told her that Lilly had not been eating right, nor wanting to take her walks so she asked if we wanted us to take a break from the grooming that day and I said no, please go ahead and get her groomed. Within minutes, Kelly was back at my door telling me Lily had a large mass underneath her throat and immediately we went to the veterinarian and within 24 hours. Our little Lillly would've gone into sepsis. Had Kelly not seen the lump or mass Lilly would not be here today, so thank you Kelly for being such a great Groomer and the savior of our little Lily's life.
