Titan Tree Care is a company of skilled and reliable people. We made the mistake of planting several Leyland Cypress trees as a "privacy hedge" between us and our neighbors on 2 sides. Life got in the way and we failed to keep them trimmed, resulting in some 20-YO trees with a general lifespan of 20 years or so years and a very shallow root system towering well over our 2-story home and the neighbors". They said this was just a standard job to them, but I was in awe of the skill it took to somehow carefully and safely remove these huge bushy giants situated in such a precarious tight space. They arrive before dawn and stay until dark. We and our neighbors are now safe in a storm, and they even included the grinding of all of the stumps to the point that you can hardly tell these trees were ever here. We have had a lot of trees taken out over the years and have worked with several different companies, but Titan was the best by far. They had been doing a lot of work in our neighborhood in the aftermath of the wind storm of 2024 so we ask them to take out a large tree in our backyard that was leaning toward our neighbor's house. Dorian gave us a quick estimate that was a little lower than we expected/feared and he squeezed us into the schedule to get it done the next day. They are friendly, easy to work with, very careful in their work, and do a great job of cleaning up after the job is done. For the price, we figured they were not grinding the stump based on our experience with other services, but they spent quite a bit of time grinding down the stump and a lot of the big roots that ran out from it. I had Titan Tree Care come on March 27 and take three large maples out of my backyard with stump removal. They were professional, very careful and did a fantastic job! I had another service scheduled and with cold wet weather they cancelled at the last minute. I found Titan (had not previously heard of them) and they responded in a few days and even saved me a little money. Our project was a number of Lombardi Poplars well over 100 ft. tall with a narrow (15-20 degree) window to drop them into -- a project that many tree guys grumble about. They came equipped for climbing, falling, and grinding the stumps. They took down the trees and cleaned up the whole mess. Worked fast, worked safely, and did a great job. The crew did a great job for us. We had a big job request to remove very large Grand Fir/Evergreen type trees that had been damaged and were dying, birch trees, maple trees etc and the guys removed all in a very timely manner, they cleaned up the trees that we were keeping to be clear of buildings and maintain the health of the trees, they offered advice and were communicative along the way in clarifying exactly what we wanted and what they were doing. Contacted company for bid. Was told Dorian would be out that following day at noon. Was emailed that morning about 11am advising it would be between 130-2pm, NO ONE showed up! I emailed company that same day about a no show & still getting bid without me home. I was told Dorian would be notified about no one home- no care that I had been waiting for about 3 hours. I had to reach out again the next day about 10am due to no bid being received. I was told someone did come by that prior night and would get bid by end of day- No Bid received! read more

The owner and his crew did magnificent work on taking down a very dangerous tree that threatened out home. He also topped a tree that had been shaded by the previous tree and now it grows naturally, He cut branches from my neighbors house that had actually worn a hole in my roof..... and trimmed another tree that was dropping material in my decorative pond. I referred him to my neighbor and he took down one dead tree and another that was leaning badly towards his other neighbors house. He and his crew hauled away ALL the wood after asking me if I wanted it, NO EXTRA CHARGE. I would recommend him to you and my best friend. If there were a 10 star option I would use it. New to town, I asked a neighbor who has tons of trees who he might recommend for tree pruning and removal. He not just recommended Titan Tree Care but took me on a tour me on a tour of his many pruned trees -- showing me how great a job they did on this one, then next one and the next one. It was a 15 minute tour, all the while his speaking highly of Dorian and his crew. Needless to say I called Titan Tree Care and hired them. They came out today and did a fantastic job. What was most important to me was three things, that they took the time to be safe, to listen to exactly what I wanted, and executed their work beautifully. They first did major pruning, then more minor pruning on 60-70' footers, each one of which that needed selective haircut for it first time ever, e.g., one an Ash, one an Oak and one a Maple. Before he removed each large branch, or a part of it, Cameron (the man with the climbing gear and chainsaw in hand), would ask me did I want this branch removed, that one, skip this one, etc. He was not rushing the job, instead insuring that what he was doing was exactly what what I wanted, e.g., which branches and which part I wanted removed. Then at the end, cutting down some errant smaller trees was a piece of cake. His assistant Tyson was similarly very mindful/careful of our remaining bushes not far away and our entire property, not just dragging out the large limbs between them willy-nilly and damaging them, but as he hauled out the very large branches, he first checked, insured, and relocated them as necessary so that they did not scrape the arbor vitae, the cedar fence, etc on their way to the chipper. I had an emergency of an odd kind. I live out west of Longview, woke up to find my indoor cat had somehow made it outside. he is just a young cat but my life. One of my boys couldn't take me crying and started calling local tree companys after I discover the truth the fire department will not come rescue a cat from a tall tree, well as he is calling around locally and getting nothing but no's and being hung up on he calls Titan Tree Care in Rainer Or, across the river .explained the situation and Dorian the owner was here within a half an hour and gearing up to rescue my baby. and this was no small tree. I am eternally grateful, asked the cost and he said whatever I thought was fare, that I had been under so much stress already. I am beyond impressed with this business. After a tree fell on the school garden, I was worried that the removal would cause more damage than the initial impact. When asking the workers to take care with the plants, they assured me they would take great care of the entire garden and the plants. I came back in the morning to find no evidence they had been there except for minimal wood shavings. I am impressed not only with how fast they worked, but also how much care they took in their work and the fact they cleaned up well. Definitely would use again, and have already recommended! read more
