At night... Traveling back to Oakland from LA on the eve of NYE 2023. While on I-5North there were several accidents along route. We detoured onto side roads to avoid hours of standstill traffic. While on service roads decided to take pit stop to relive the dog and the kiddos. Pulled over a few feet off the dirt road and got stuck in the mud! It was pitch black dark in the middle nowhere among the vast almond orchard fields. Feeling very panicked for a few minutes, went to Yelp to find roadside assistance. Josh saved our entire weekend. A loose nail on the highway lodged itself in our right rear tire on our way to Bakersfield, and we didn't have any of the tools required to replace it the spare!!! Allstate took THREE HOURS to send anyone out to us, and in that time, our car battery decided to give out on us. We were basically on the verge of giving up and getting the car towed all the way back to San Jose. Fortunately, Allstate finally reached AAA and got Josh to us around midnight. We'd been stranded since 8PM... Josh was friendly and professional. He calmly answered any questions we had and quelled our concerns. The puncture was filled within 15 mins and he jumped our car without cables (I had no idea this was doable in the first place)! Then, he instructed us to drive until the next rest stop as he followed to ensure that the car was ok for the remainder of the drive. Titan Towing went above and beyond in our hour of need. Our travel trailer developed a serious problem in the bearings of one wheel. The hub melted down and the wheel detached. The tow driver/ mechanic came promptly, assessed the situation and very effectively loaded our trailer on the flat bed truck. They agreed to store the trailer at their yard and kept it plugged in for us so we didn't lose all of our food. The owner spent time searching for replacement parts, which was way above and beyond our expectations. Throughout this ordeal, we received, timely, polite and helpful communication. Excellent service from Michael on a Holiday weekend especially late on Sunday evening. He made an emergency repair to a bad fuel pump to get me back on the road the next day. I was given a ride to a hotel and picked up in the morning with a plan to get me back on the road again. I don't think anyone else could have done this repair any better or faster. The price was more than fair for what they did for me. The skill and experience to fix my classic car could not be matched by any other towing company. We broke down from blown heater hoses on Hwy 152, 17 miles west of I-5 the Sunday before labor day. After many hours, AAA still could not get us a tow. It was dark, our battery had run out from using emergency lights and it was dangerous wondering if someone would hit us as we waited on the side of the Road. I started calling non AAA tow companies and Titan came in way lower than competitors, and sent Michael right away. He was absolutely the best, and even gave us cold drinks and let us grab some fast food before dropping us at our hotel in Los Banos. Don't believe these fake reviews. I called them Monday early morning, they said they will charge 200 to do the job, they went out said they have to call another mechanic. The other mechanic never showed up, they promised me to get my truck rolling by Tuesday morning then they didn't show up until Tuesday afternoon 3pm still couldn't fix the issue, charged me $1100 when I refused to pay the owner started cursing and saying he's reporting me to the chp. Long story short, they didn't fix anything for me, wasted three days, charged me 6 times what they quoted and I had to pay them so they can just stop calling me. Don't ever use these guys they will suck the money out of you and leave you hanging. I ended up towing my truck to the dealer. read more

This company was a life saver for me ! I bought an old sailboat on a trailer in Southern California and while driving back to the Sacramento on I-5 I noticed a huge bubble in the side walls of my tire! I tried calling another company but no one wanted to tow a trailer late at night with a huge sailboat on it !
