My car stalled on the freeway and it was a nightmare. But Titan pulled through and not only towed my car but did the repairs. I have an import and it's always such a fiasco to get it worked on. They went a city over for the parts even and were able to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Not only that they kept me updated the whole time! (Also they were very nice to my puppy. He had no idea what was going on but had a great time.) read more

Titan Towing - My car being towed - Towing Near Me - Los Banos, California

This company scammed me out of $320 said they could help . made promises they couldn't keep. I had an infant with me and since Friday they told me they could fix my tire . Today is now Sunday and they left me in a worse position than before. John told me he would leave and get a tow truck or had a guy he knew could help and instead came short handed and he did try to remove the tire but we ordered help with a tow as well and he left us stranded and took our money. 10/10 would not recommend! I have tex messages to provide for proof of promise to ultimately be left on the highway. Don't waste your money or time. read more

Company is DISHONEST. They don't even deserve the one star. Use any other company. BEWARE!!!!

Don't ever use this company , I got stranded in Los banos around 8:30pm I called them for some assistance and they answered and said they would sent someone , I waited over 2 hours no one showed up , I called back and they wouldn't answer, never again read more

This company ROCKS!!! I called 5 other 24 hr companies at 5 am and no one had a truck when I called this company he was not only avalible but arrived in 30 mins and he had to do some fancy maneuvering to get our vehicle out as the shifter broke and it was stuck in park with the front wheels at the curb of the parking spot . He was polite professional and even better half the price of all the other companies that had 2 hr waits. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! read more

Titan Towing - Towing Near Me - Los Banos, California

At night... Traveling back to Oakland from LA on the eve of NYE 2023. While on I-5North there were several accidents along route. We detoured onto side roads to avoid hours of standstill traffic. While on service roads decided to take pit stop to relive the dog and the kiddos. Pulled over a few feet off the dirt road and got stuck in the mud! It was pitch black dark in the middle nowhere among the vast almond orchard fields. Feeling very panicked for a few minutes, went to Yelp to find roadside assistance. Thankfully I had cell reception and found Titan Towing as a local tow. Phew within 20 minutes they came and pulled us out. They were awesome and were thorough, pulled my minivan with ease and got us back on the main road safely . Thank you Titan Towing! Highly recommend if ever you are stuck around the Los Banos area. read more

Fast and amazing roadside service! They came in less than 30 minutes on the I-5. They also followed us from behind to make sure we were okay to drive with their hazard lights on. Great service read more

They got my Excursion out of the mud. Great guys and nice attitudes. Needed two cables to pull it out.

Josh saved our entire weekend. A loose nail on the highway lodged itself in our right rear tire on our way to Bakersfield, and we didn't have any of the tools required to replace it the spare!!! Allstate took THREE HOURS to send anyone out to us, and in that time, our car battery decided to give out on us. We were basically on the verge of giving up and getting the car towed all the way back to San Jose. Fortunately, Allstate finally reached AAA and got Josh to us around midnight. We'd been stranded since 8PM... Josh was friendly and professional. He calmly answered any questions we had and quelled our concerns. The puncture was filled within 15 mins and he jumped our car without cables (I had no idea this was doable in the first place)! Then, he instructed us to drive until the next rest stop as he followed to ensure that the car was ok for the remainder of the drive. After checking it again, we were good to go & had no issues for the weekend. Huge thanks to Josh!! Couldn't have been more satisfied with his work. read more

6am Saturday morning, before July 4th weekend. Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere on i5, going south from SF. We tried to search a towing truck to tow us to a nearby auto shop. Luckily we found Titan. They were responsive and efficient. They got to us within 30mins. While we were waiting for him, he sent us a live update link to show where he is the whole time. Thank you!! read more

Titan Towing went above and beyond in our hour of need. Our travel trailer developed a serious problem in the bearings of one wheel. The hub melted down and the wheel detached. The tow driver/ mechanic came promptly, assessed the situation and very effectively loaded our trailer on the flat bed truck. They agreed to store the trailer at their yard and kept it plugged in for us so we didn't lose all of our food. The owner spent time searching for replacement parts, which was way above and beyond our expectations. Throughout this ordeal, we received, timely, polite and helpful communication. I highly recommend using Titan Towing if you are in need of a tow or roadside assistance. read more

Excellent service from Michael on a Holiday weekend especially late on Sunday evening. He made an emergency repair to a bad fuel pump to get me back on the road the next day. I was given a ride to a hotel and picked up in the morning with a plan to get me back on the road again. I don't think anyone else could have done this repair any better or faster. The price was more than fair for what they did for me. The skill and experience to fix my classic car could not be matched by any other towing company. The kindness and respect given to a stranded motorist is something that is not always common these days. read more

Titan Towing - My car had the fuel pump quit working between Hollister and Los Banos, Ca on Easter Sunday afternoon. - Towing Near Me - Los Banos, California

We broke down from blown heater hoses on Hwy 152, 17 miles west of I-5 the Sunday before labor day. After many hours, AAA still could not get us a tow. It was dark, our battery had run out from using emergency lights and it was dangerous wondering if someone would hit us as we waited on the side of the Road. I started calling non AAA tow companies and Titan came in way lower than competitors, and sent Michael right away. He was absolutely the best, and even gave us cold drinks and let us grab some fast food before dropping us at our hotel in Los Banos. ( we hadn't eaten in 11 hours) He may even help us save $ on the repair in the morning too avoid huge dealer charges.. We highly recommend Titan towing! read more

Don't believe these fake reviews. I called them Monday early morning, they said they will charge 200 to do the job, they went out said they have to call another mechanic. The other mechanic never showed up, they promised me to get my truck rolling by Tuesday morning then they didn't show up until Tuesday afternoon 3pm still couldn't fix the issue, charged me $1100 when I refused to pay the owner started cursing and saying he's reporting me to the chp. Long story short, they didn't fix anything for me, wasted three days, charged me 6 times what they quoted and I had to pay them so they can just stop calling me. Don't ever use these guys they will suck the money out of you and leave you hanging. I ended up towing my truck to the dealer. read more

This company was a life saver for me ! I bought an old sailboat on a trailer in Southern California and while driving back to the Sacramento on I-5 I noticed a huge bubble in the side walls of my tire! I tried calling another company but no one wanted to tow a trailer late at night with a huge sailboat on it ! Gill the owner was on it and had his driver Ramon to the rest stop and in no time he had my sailboat safely home . Ramon was a real pro who took great care with this old boat ! A great company to deal with! I don't do many reviews but felt that this company should be known to the public. read more
