Don't walk-run far away from this place immediately. They steal your money! My friend is a member there and they had a competition. Non members paid $500 and members paid $99 for an 8 week competition; with the winning pool starting at $500. So, I joined, paid the fee and won the competition; however, in the middle of it they changed it to a 6 week challenge without notice to anyone. First red flag. When it came to the winnings, Ike the owner walked away and acted like there was no competition at all. One of the personal trainers tried talking to him saying that it was wrong and tried to do the right thing. Ike never addressed or honored the winnings at all. He took our money and kept it. Do NOT give your money to this company. I've also been told by several people that they've been charging random charges throughout the month without explanation and when they have tried to cancel they had to change their card number completely because they refused to honor the cancellation. This is not an honest company and very bad for business. They steal your money and don't think twice about it. read more

T3 is an excellent facility run by someone who has no idea what goes on in his business in terms of software and the people behind the product. Their "payment processor" tries to strong-arm and bully people for cancelling over medical reasons which were previously discussed. Ping your credit score, pass you off to debt collector scammers, then pretend they didn't. Unfortunately, T3's business practices don't add up to what they offer. Ads run by them are often misleading. Unethical. Simply google Facebook Ad Library and see all ads they're running or ANY business. All Ads, Search: "t3fitnesstxgo" or "t3 fitness" in the search bar, click "search exact phrase". Save time, money and annoyance with any advertiser you see to ensure they're not lying to you. Never fall for "WE'VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE." Not a great way to gain customers, but a great way to lose them up front. (this applies to ALL businesses. They BETTER mean it if they're saying it!) As an experienced social media advertiser and business consultant, things like this IRK ME to no end. You can do better, Ike. Pay attention to the details of your business -- the people, systems, the people behind the systems you use, and start rolling heads to make changes! There are SERIOUS issues and the owner needs to ADDRESS them, rather than ignore all us 1-2 star folks with boilerplate replies. Losing customers is a direct result of all this. Business problems start from the top, down. That means it starts with Ike, then GM, and employees. I care about customers that's why I'm grilling you. Care more about your business and FIX these issues, so we know we matter and aren't another dollar in your pocket. Where do I even start ? I wish I came to yelp before even working out here or working here. I wouldn't leave my children in the kid zone area. The ac is constantly broken and at one point it was 85 degrees in the room and its roof was leaking. The gym itself was nice and I enjoyed it but the price of the gym doesn't justice how poorly the kid area is. The walls are also paper thin so I overheard when I dropped 3 of my kids off 8 months, 6 & 9 years old. A blonde girl who said she was the manager (she was apparently on leave or something for a while and came back) was talking rudely about another parent who I have a class with. I never drop my kids off and it's usually my husband so I was mind blown when I saw the condition of the place. I've spoken to a few of the employees up stairs and they asked me if I can make complaints about the ac because the owner never fixes it. I always walked in to pick my kids up on a separate day and an employee was yelling at my 9 year old. I bring my kids own drinks, snacks and an iPad to share. But they couldn't take shoes up and they got yelled at ? Very annoyed especially when I tried to see what the issue was. I also spoken to a previous employee from the kid zone and front desk worker. Gym was okay. Wasn't very cool I wanted to bring my dad for one day and they charged me like 30 bucks, but whatever. I got an account on this application solely for the purpose of leaving this review, if that gives you an idea of how I feel about this business. They never notified me of a 60 day cancellation notice for a gym membership, even though I had fulfilled a contract and switched to month-to-month billing (2 months in advance, really???). I called to cancel and they referred me to a third party billing service, who told me that I was good to go and had been cancelled. They sent me an email on the down low after the fact that I would be responsible for 2 more months. So later I get a text out the blue saying I owe 70 bucks. This whole process is ridiculous and honestly the gym is full of flashy lights but very little good equipment. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone looking for a gym that does principled, honest business and wants to be fair with members. read more

I have been going to T3 for a little over a year. I put in my cancellation notice on May 12, 2023, because I drive in from Georgetown and often when classes are cancelled the members are not notified. When you drive in over 30 minutes to attend a class you enjoy only to find out that the class is cancelled after you arrived, it is very frustrating. Communication is not a strong suit of T3. When it rained water leaked in through the ceiling, especially in the cycle room and you would have to ride with water dripping on you. Additionally, cleanliness was always an issue. I don't think they have a professional housekeeping staff or have the gym cleaned after hours. I think that maybe one time in the year I attended this gym I saw a staff member vacuuming the floor. Since I had heard from previous gym members that they were billed, even after cancellation, I checked in frequently with the front desk and was told multiple times that I would no longer have access to the gym as of July 12, 2023, and that my membership was pending cancellation. On July 9th I was charged for another month. When I called up to the gym, I was told a member of the management team would reach out to me. Big surprise I was not called back....... I called the gym again to figure out what was going on. I spoke with Dawn (she was not helpful), she said she would research my account and give me a call back. She did call me back and she told me that I was charged because I needed to put in a 60-day notice and my membership would now end on August 8th, 2023. So, I guess my membership is paid for another month that I will not be going to this gym. In total for July, they charged me $25 for the annual fee, $3 to pay with my debit card, and $129 for my membership. Now I'm going to have to cancel my debit card to make sure I won't be charged again. I think this is a terrible way to do business. With so many gyms in the Temple/Belton area that are newly open, feel clean, and are way less expensive. I don't recommend this gym! read more

We signed a 12 month contract my husband called to let them know we will not be renewing the contract once it expires. He was told that he can't give notice of non renewal until the contract expires and is in a month to month contract and then we will be charged for 2 additional months due to them requiring a 2 month notice of cancelation. What they should have stated is that you can CALL back the week before your last payment is due to cancel the 12 month contract and just pay the remaining last month at that point they don't require the 2 months cancellation notice. But clearly the staff is not customer service oriented. They would have fewer aggravated customers if they would listen to what the customer is saying and just tell the customer to call back before the last payment is due to pay off the account and at that point they won't require a 2 month notice. read more

I joined 8 months ago paid extra for the challenge. My doctor recommended that I Do Not do the challenge due to health issues. There is a non refundable clause in the contract so, I spoke to the desk manager who transferred me to the person in charge of training. I was told they would provide me a personal trainer in place of the challenge. I've called several times inquiring about a trainer, each time I was told someone would contact me. ITS BEEN EIGHT MONTHS AND I'M SPENDING $119 PER MONTH TO WORK OUT ON MY OWN. If you ask a person more than twice, it's begging! At this point I feel like I have been taken advantage of and disrespected!! I wouldn't accept their training now even if they offer it again. I just have to wait it out for another 4 months of $119 per month during a recession!! Then I will find a respectable gym to spend my money. #Livid read more

However, due to unplanned circumstances and moving out of town I had to go and ask for my money back for the remainder of the year. I only used the membership for two months and had 10 months of advance paid membership I was denied my money back. Really bad business practice. Is always best to do the right thing refund the money for services not completed and keep your reputation. Information is more valid that a quick $400 profit! Not only is the facility top notch with all new fitness equipment , but it is always clean, and you can know that you will be warmly welcomed in with a smile by a great staff. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and is always available to answer questions for those returning to the fitness world. after a break whether postpartum or illness or just busy stage of life, they are here to cheer you on, keep you accountable through trainers and get you back on track. I have been working out with MJ and love it! Not only She just fun to work out with, but she keeps me motivated, she's knowledgeable, is able to assess strengths and weaknesses and most of all I'm starting to see results! To start I'm 21 years old and overall love this place. Well In the beginning it was awesome. Super friendly, positive environment and staff and the amenities are nice. But I've unfortunately now have the need to cancel my membership cause I'm taking new steps in my life getting ready for marriage and continuing to provide on the next level. I unfortunately cannot continue to pay the membership so I went to see about cancellation and they told me unless I had hard proof that 1its under my name or hard proof of a reason I can't continue payment. Or else it would be $300+ dollars to go through with the process. When I initially signed up they had no problem telling me anything and everything about what they do want what their goals are for their customers which is great. But to completely leave out contract details that you would otherwise not see Cause they're so busy grabbing your attention to sign you up. Is for me a major. Major upsetting detail cause the reason I'm canceling in the first place is cause I can't pay for the membership anymore which is 40.30sum. So I've been to about a half dozen boot camp classes so far & WOW!!! What an awesome workout!! When I leave here I feel drained, motivated, exhausted & GREAT!! LoL....I feel great knowing that I've pushed myself & I SURVIVED! I've been to the classes taught by Ike, Paul & Thomas & all the classes is a hard workout. There is no reason you can't achieve your goals when doing these boot camp classes when combined with healthy eating. All the staff are friendly, helpful, always greet you with a smile & you can tell they really enjoy their jobs. While I'm often sweating & can't breathe during the work-outs, they move around the class keeping the motivation up & correcting your body form. I highly recommend the boot camp as a way to either get into working out or just add to your routine; you just can't go wrong by coming here. That is after you've consulted with your primary care provider as these classes are very intense. read more

Shawn, the owner?, is very likable and persuasive. Unfortunately my boyfriend, who signed me up and himself, is a little bit of a push over when it comes to questionable business tactics. This membership in July 2018 was 129.00/monthly. The woman selling to us, or to him, I should say. (I repeatedly voiced no interest because I came to see if there was yoga classes, and I would not pay for one yoga class per week or 4 for a 129.00. She says there is more than one yoga class but I point out I rely on others for transportation and the one class, (Wed. I think), was the only one I would be able to get to. I also pointed out limited classes on Thurs/Fri/Sat and none on Sun, and so the only benefit to me was the fact that they were open 24/7 so I could only use the equipment. She AGREES and says I will always have access to the equipment.) I walk away trying to find out how to get to the 'other part of the gym' and she is able to have my boyfriend fill out applications for us both and pay for the first month. At this point she agrees to give a tour and when my boyfriend asks how to get into the 'other side of the gym' with the equipment not used in classes she tells us that the building is actually 2 different businesses side by side. I specifically AGAIN mention the 24/7 equipment use and she THEN tells us that is for the 'other gym'. I let her know that we really can't use the gym, could my boyfriend just sign up for the 500.00/6 week boot camp-the reason we came there. She tells me to 'try it out for a month' and we'll see. Well, you probably can guess, the boyfriend tried to cancel and told him 'no'. So my boyfriend is stuck paying 129.00 a month for a gym that he can use when he gets off of his 7-3 or later job in Austin. And I can use once a week if he gets off and home in time to take me for a yoga class. For every one else. When you get to the bldg, keep in mind all the great advertising such as open 24/7 is for the gym next door for about 15.00 a month. Though I mentioned some of the outside advertising, the person selling us NEVER mentioned till after signing that it was the other gym's. Yes, Shawn is a nice guy, but this wasn't nice. Yes, I realize he is young and trying to get ahead like everyone else and I wish him luck. I also wish him better business ethics. Think about it. Yes, Shawn is very like able, probably a good motivator, and definitely looks the part. Only you can decide if it's worth over 1500.00 a year. (In our case 3,000) Or find it within yourself and with friends motivating you to go next door for 180.00 a year. read more
