    deceptive marketing practices

T3 is an excellent facility run by someone who has no idea what goes on in his business in terms of software and the people behind the product. Their "payment processor" tries to strong-arm and bully people for cancelling over medical reasons which were previously discussed. Ping your credit score, pass you off to debt collector scammers, then pretend they didn't. Unfortunately, T3's business practices don't add up to what they offer. Ads run by them are often misleading. Unethical. Simply google Facebook Ad Library and see all ads they're running or ANY business. All Ads, Search: "t3fitnesstxgo" or "t3 fitness" in the search bar, click "search exact phrase". Save time, money and annoyance with any advertiser you see to ensure they're not lying to you. Never fall for "WE'VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE." Not a great way to gain customers, but a great way to lose them up front. (this applies to ALL businesses. They BETTER mean it if they're saying it!) As an experienced social media advertiser and business consultant, things like this IRK ME to no end. You can do better, Ike. Pay attention to the details of your business -- the people, systems, the people behind the systems you use, and start rolling heads to make changes! There are SERIOUS issues and the owner needs to ADDRESS them, rather than ignore all us 1-2 star folks with boilerplate replies. Losing customers is a direct result of all this. Business problems start from the top, down. That means it starts with Ike, then GM, and employees. I care about customers that's why I'm grilling you. Care more about your business and FIX these issues, so we know we matter and aren't another dollar in your pocket. When you block paying customers from your page for calling you out on your poor practices, it's a pathetic attempt to hide the truth. Truth always reveals itself. You can never hide from it.

This is how hot it was in the room.

Where do I even start ? I wish I came to yelp before even working out here or working here. I wouldn't leave my children in the kid zone area. The ac is constantly broken and at one point it was 85 degrees in the room and its roof was leaking. The gym itself was nice and I enjoyed it but the price of the gym doesn't justice how poorly the kid area is. The walls are also paper thin so I overheard when I dropped 3 of my kids off 8 months, 6 & 9 years old. A blonde girl who said she was the manager (she was apparently on leave or something for a while and came back) was talking rudely about another parent who I have a class with. I never drop my kids off and it's usually my husband so I was mind blown when I saw the condition of the place. I've spoken to a few of the employees up stairs and they asked me if I can make complaints about the ac because the owner never fixes it. I always walked in to pick my kids up on a separate day and an employee was yelling at my 9 year old. I bring my kids own drinks, snacks and an iPad to share. But they couldn't take shoes up and they got yelled at ? Very annoyed especially when I tried to see what the issue was. I also spoken to a previous employee from the kid zone and front desk worker. It is their story to tell but let's say for legal reasons it's good they left.

I purchased (paid for) gym equipment from them last week. I've messaged, called, and emailed to no avail. The owner, Ike, was supposed to contact me, which hasn't happened. Amanda has been emailed several times with zero response. They've charged me and are now not responding and employees are giving the run around. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Exceptional training facility, owner Ike went out of his way to introduce himself and welcome me to the gym. Highly recommend!

I was allowed to keep the excitement for 2 days, that is until it shutdown over night right after I paid my annual fees which were over $100 for me and my fiancé. We were told we could go to their other location in harker heights. We tried it out, the person at the front said all I had to do was check in as usual, and I didn't have to open another membership. The equipment is old, and some of the machines don't work. Once something's out of order it doesn't get fixed, it just sits there with an out of order sign. It is not very clean and anytime I had a question in either locations regarding membership, no one at the front desk knew the answer. There were maybe 2 occasions where I got helped by someone who knew what was going on. I went this morning to workout and was told my membership was null and that I had to make a new membership and pay all the fees again. It's only been 2 months since the temple gym shut down. I explained how I came from their other location that shut down and have been working out here since and was told I didn't need to make a new membership. I tried to open the membership again since I did really enjoy their dry sauna, but the employee did not know how to open memberships only how to check people in which anyone can do on the app, my app just wasn't working. I was made to pay for a day pass and it wasn't even worth it because after trying to figure out what was going on with our memberships I had very little time to workout. The prices are also really expensive for a gym that's very run down. I am a very patient person which is why I kept giving the gym chance after chance, but having a gym membership shouldn't be this stressful.

My 6 year old son is in both jiu jitsu and tae kwon do classes; both of which he loves! I think my son will be coming here for many many years. Thanks Strike and Submit for teaching my son self defense, discipline and building his confidence! My daughter will probably start classes once I feel she is old enough. I have a 12-year-old daughter who was not very interested in the general sports so I suggested that perhaps she would like martial arts and the first two weeks she wanted to quit, but I told her to wait and give it more time and about the fourth week into it she was absolutely in love with the sport. We just completed our first NAGA tournament with the guidance of Professor Phil, and she loved it. Both Aaron and Phil Are natural teachers when it comes to working with children. They push the children physically, encourage them to give their best, and they don't hand out participation awards. You earn what you get! I highly recommend that if you're looking for a school with dedicated instructors and a dedicated team that you check the school out.

Along with this there's no air conditioning which is absolutely ridiculous since it's in Texas. Like in the summer it's 90-105 degrees outside and all they have is fans, if you want heat stroke you better come here. Along with that in the winter time which is coming right now. It was 40 degrees today and all they had for heating is closing the doors. Now the good parts, the bench press has its own little lift off for you which is nice, the deadlift area has a bar that holds the bar your using so you can take weight off or put some on. They have a-lot of cardio machines which is cool. And that's all the good I see from this gym. I almost forgot to mention that the benches here suck, they are cheap and small. Overall it's overpriced and awful
