Ive been trying to contact SAS for OVER a month and a half for a refund due to a charge placed on my account! There's always an excuse aka "oh were having issues with spectrum and can not receive calls"... They've havent had a working phone in the 3 weeks+ I've been calling. Let alone the countless amount of emails I've sent with NO RESPONSE!! Also, the wasted times driving there just for no one to be at the front desk. Last time I went there, Aaron (the owner) pretty much couldnt process my refund because his computer system was down and his 'mom' (the one who manages the accounts apparently has been out sick). You're the owner and have been charging an INACTIVE account! They have 0 issues with taking your money, but will run you in circles for a refund!

I did this because like…read moremost schools during this time, students are not permitted to change out into athletic apparel during their physical education class because of the pandemic. This lack of changing clothing is also directly correlated to the lack of physical fitness in these classes. On the first visit on his birthday weekend, one of the instructors took her time to approach me and ask if the music was to loud for my son. I was both shocked and grateful. She asked as she reviewed my son's paperwork when I signed him up which indicated that my son has Asperger syndrome. A significant number of people with Asperger's Syndrome have been perceived to display either an over-sensitivity or an under-sensitivity to sensory stimuli. In my son's case, although he is a musician who plays multiple instruments, loud sounds are troublesome for him. Aside from this, the instructor also checked in on him to make sure that he was using proper technique. Aside from the service provided here, the gym is clean and is operated like a Cheers "where everybody knows your name". I am pleased thus far with the instructors, price point and the convenient class hours.

I love Krav Maga because I learned real techniques that could be used in dicey situations. For instance, you spend a lot of time practicing how to get out of a variety of choke holds. I had an instance when I was working as a nurse in the ER where I was choked by a psychotic patient. I learned how to get out of a choke hold non-violently and also how to get out of it and really tear into someone if the situation was different:) Harry Shaw has to be one the nicest people I have ever met. He is really good at encouraging you to go further than you ever thought you could. His approach was to build up our strength and movements gradually to make sure our bodies could adjust. He was very cautious about not causing injury and took the time to explain the background and science behind muscle movements, strength training, importance of stretching and other components. Our workout schedule was 3 times a week and we both noticed marked improvements in our strength and muscle tone. We initially started with light weights, but improved to the point where we were using 20/25lbs weights with no problem on certain exercises. In addition to the improvements and progression we noticed in our training, we absolutely loved working with Luke. He is very genuine and truly cares about helping his clients. He was a bright spot in our lives three times a week.
