Horrible place to try and get into boxing. It's cardio based boxing so you won't learn jack crap but get good cardio in. If your serious about mma try SAS or twin wolves. I've been trying to cancel my membership here for the PAST YEAR!!! I try to cancel online but then they say to call up or go into the gym to cancel. But the members say to go online so your going back and forth trying to cancel your membership. read more

I really like this boxing club. Compared to other boxing clubs, this one is organized, family friendly, and doesn't feel like a nasty frat house or cattle yard. Each 1 hour session is broken down into a 15 minute warm up, 8 rounds of 3 minute boxing/1 minute active rest, and 15 minutes of core and cool down. After working out, they provide spray and paper towel to clean your equipment (heavy bag & medicine ball). Other perks with this club: weights, treadmills, boxing ring, bathrooms, shower, lockers, and a gym store to buy equipment and beverages. Everyone there is friendly and really encouraging. Your first visit is free and tough. But if you stick with it to your 3rd or 4th visit, you'll be hooked and will love the improvement you see in yourself. read more

Was waiting for months for his place to open its doors. Apparently they kept rubbing into typical issues that come arise when opening nay business... Waited and waited.. Followed on Facebook for all the updates.. Finally saw a Groupon online for another location and bought it and ended up buying a membership at the North Austin location(which I love) The drive to Austin gets pretty hectic so I decided to check out the Killeen spot in the days I don't have to go in to Austin. Took Peter's class and Ivan's class and they were great! Recently I started going to Rebecca's boxing and kickboxing classes and she is awesome! Killer 15 ab session at the end of every class. Sometimes the warm up and ab sesh is harder than the actual boxing rounds. This location is new and clean. The only suggestion I have is for the gym to start using washable and reusable towels to wipe down the bags and medicine balls after class instead of the paper towels. Yes, I'm a tree hugger.. Lots of military folks come here to work out. I really am not a huge fan of Killeen. I actually avoid it at all costs, with the exception of this place and to see my hubby at work every once in awhile. I never used to like kickboxing or be any good at it until I started taking Rebeca's classes. Easy instruction and lots of motivation! read more

I have been in the Central Texas area for over 10 years and tried many different gyms. This particular fitness club has really changed my workout regimen. Over 8 personal trainers and 2 professional prize fighters on staff giving you an amazing 60 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout based off a boxer or kickboxer's fitness. If you like the way a boxer looks or just looking to shred some pounds of fat while toning up this is definitely for you. I lost 30lbs of fat after 6 months of training 3x a week. The facility is open 7 days a week and they gave me a free starter kit upon joining. I plan on staying on this regimen until I plateau. Also your first class is always free! Check it out! read more

I came from another gym and I took boxing conditioning classes several times a week. I love the class so much that I decided I'd want to continue boxing after I left the city. I turn to title because they offer the first class free, and they also have other great promotions every now and then. It's a room full of punching bags which is very different from my last class and there are no mirrors from what I can remember which is also fairly different for me. The classes are very large in number. Both classes I attended were pretty full. There are times round's in which you have a different workout to do. There are gloves that you can borrow from the gym if you don't have your own but they also have some for sale. What I like about this gym is that it's a good workout. If you want to improve your arm strength your cardio and your abs this is a great place to go. Their monthly membership I feel is a very good price considering you can go unlimited amount of classes and they offer classes very often. What I don't like about this gym is that it's very large the instructors are pretty and impersonable they don't talk to everyone there's not a whole lot of focus on form as much as there is on energy. A lot of the basic boxing conditioning skills I learned we don't do in this class. I realize that this is not A legitimate boxing class but a boxing workout the same way a Zumba class is not a dance class but a dance workout. For me this is unfortunate and I've taken formal boxing conditioning and formal kick boxing training and it was still a very serious workout while still being technical and very educational. Overall I enjoy it I plan to get a monthly membership and I definitely recommend it for people who want to get in shape and need motivation and something new to their workout. read more

We did a team building workout with colleagues from work. WOW! It was fun, hard, sweaty, and awesome! We did a Boxing 60 class and even with about 20 people in there we all had plenty of room. The facility is well designed and appointed with excellent equipment. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Several of our group are planning to join as regular members. The trainers are amazing, they are always motivating you and pushing you when they know you can do more! I signed up for the kickboxing class and I have truly been given a great workout. They are energetic and friendly trainers. A personal note, I felt comfortable in the class because there is a constant mix of men and women (some bring their children) so its not filled with "experts" or people that make you feel ashamed you can't keep up. They offer classes at a variety of times so you can work out and maintain your schedule. I would recommend them! read more

It's a great club for the whole family. All of my kids get involved from ages 8-14. The trainers are very good and a lot of fun. They are really good at keeping everyone engaged and motivated. There's no better cardio workout for me in my opinion. I don't think I sweat so much even in the desert. It's always fun to hit things, too. read more

i started personal training sessions at this gym with reshad by referral. my sessions were going great until my trainer started training for his personal boxing match. this is when things went awry. sessions were cancelled or rescheduled with another trainer, which was fine. there was no issue with rescheduling, until the communication was delayed or no response was made for his availability. he gave tons of excuses as to why he did not text back i.e. child care, meet the teacher, appt at the va, i was driving, yadda yadda yadda, so on and so forth. when i needed to reschedule or cancel, i communicated rest day, exhausted unable to make it. his response was, ok i'll be here regardless. i paid for my sessions up front, no rules were ever communicated. i had goals to achieve for my upcoming vacations and my needs were thrown on the backburner, due to his own personal fitness quests. i paid for 15 sessions, i only received 11. i tried to work with this guy, give him the benefit of doubt and still this trainer not only stole my hard earned money but also disregarded my requests to come in to finish my 4 sessions. i found his lack of professionalism so off the chart. everyday, he blabbed about his life story, bad business dealings with other people, other trainers diabilities, which was a huge red flag that i shouldn't have ignored. my lesson in all of this is to get a contract, listen to your intuition when someone is putting their personal needs before yours in a customer/client relationship. use a credit card and never use zelle or cashapp when doing business. when there are signs of instability you just gotta pay attention to the red flags. people are crazy, period!!! read more

I love love love the workouts I get at title gym! It's something different everytime and a full workout. The instructors are awesome and each bring something different to the table. Today they provided a women's self defense class which was great. I've taken basic classes before at other places but this one had a lot of different techniques offered and it was an overall great experience!
