We have been having unusual humidity in our home since April of this year, so John ran a camera down two of our register vents to seek for moisture as a trouble shooting step. All was clear. He went above and beyond. John was polite and patient in answering my questions. We used Northeast Mechanical to install our new HVAC system in 2023. Scott is the best installer out there. Their products and services have been the best for HVAC in our Fort Wayne Indiana area. This company and its employees are well trained at what they do. Their prices are fair, and they do a thorough job. We highly recommend them, and have been recommending them since 2023.

This system never worked properly and after numerous repair efforts, Nick from Merz stepped up and took out the GE system and replaced it with a much nicer Mitsubishi unit.   I am so happy that I went with a reputable dealer with standup employees and owner. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Merz to anyone needing their HVAC system replaced or repaired. Very special kudos to their Tech Johnathon (Big John), for his dedication to making this  customer "SMILE TODAY".

I called 4 different Companies for prices and got a huge range, but more importantly the knowledge, politeness, professionalism of Merz ( Josiah) exceeded all the others, as well as having the best price. They even helped me get water to the house(without heating) for now while I wait to get my finances gathered. I will go to this Company any day of the week over others. Personality goes a very long way and you can tell when people talk down to you or try to get one over on you. I am currently waiting on financing and as soon as get it arranged I look forward having them install my new water heater.

I called SMK and was greeted by a reassuring, confident and bright voice. I could almost see her smile through the phone. (I'm not kidding) They worked us in, and in no time, Sam was at the door. He had a big smile and warm demeanor. He went to work quickly and explained everything he was doing. And when it came to billing, he gave us a fair price. SMK is a small family business done right. I highly recommend them. Just so you know; I am not related to anyone at SMK, I was not asked to write this review, and I have never met anyone from SMK until Sam knocked on our door.
