Tahlia and Scott were great to work with. We originally contracted with them for a kitchen remodel but added our master and other full bath to the project which they were able to accommodate. Talhia was unprofessional from first contact. She seemed disinterest in my project and I shouldn't have wasted my time having her to my home. She did not confirm the appointment until I asked her and quit responding to texts. Upon arrival to my home she did not introduce herself and rushed through measurements. Did not straighten her tape measure or ask many questions. Almost a week waiting on a quote and she's "respectfully denied" my project because I expressed my disappointment in not receiving a quote after so many days. She was frustrated because she didn't have my full attention because I was focused on my 3 year old... but my husband was literally standing right there to answer all her questions. It's all excuses and unprofessional of Talhia. She's a horrible representative of this company and I'll definitely be hiring someone else. Screenshots of our conversation where k expressed disappointment and was attacked. At no time did she communicate she would be out of the office or a timeline to receive a quote even after I asked. All of this could have been avoided by 1. Being upfront about the length of time it would take 2. An apology instead of attacking the customer. read more

Titan did a full renovation of one of our bathrooms and partial renovation of another. The quality of the work was great and Talhia was easy to work with. We had some unique design needs and Talhia and her team were very detailed in their communication to make sure that we got what we were looking for and offered options when we had to make changes. I reached out to Titan General Contracting based off of many recommendations on a FB Group page. I was looking for a one stop shop that I could be able to remodel our bathroom and possibly finish our kitchen as well. I met with Talhia on March 2nd, it is now April 22nd and yesterday she "respectfully declined" my project. As for the quality of their work, I can not comment on that as I was never allowed the opportunity to have them do my job. Here is my story.... On March 2nd Talhia came to my home to walk through everything with our bathroom remodel (the last room of all in our home we had left to remodel). We also discussed finishing the kitchen, doing shelves in a few closets and adding some cabinetry in my pantry. She told me she would have a bid as soon as she could but it may take a little while to compile everything probably about 2 weeks but hopefully sooner. I understand it takes time to put those together and I also understand the construction industry is crazy busy right now so I knew it would take a little bit of time. I got my bid from her on March 21st (3 1/2 weeks after we met). The bid was missing some items (no problem there was a lot to cover), and the bid gave us one total for everything. There was no breakdown of cost (like the many other bids I have received in past projects) and the kitchen bid was not separated from the bathroom bid. We were hoping to do the kitchen but weren't sure how expensive it would be so we needed the bid separate. I e-mailed back on March 24th and asked follow up questions, as well as addressed things that were left out of the bid. I also asked if they would be ok with me getting the tile from a tile shop we have used for years but I understand some contactors don't do that so I simply was asking if that was allowed. I also asked for a breakdown of costs. I wasn't asking for all the nitty gritty, but a bid for the plumbing, the paint, the tile, cabinetry, etc. yes I do expect those things to be listed and they weren't. She e-mailed me back on Monday, March 28th and said she would get back to me on my questions most likely by Wednesday or Thursday. No problem. I heard nothing from her after that so I reached out via text on April 12th and got no response. So I called her and asked her what was going on with the e-mail response and asked her to let me know if they were too busy to do the job. I finally got an e-mail response from her on April 21st stating this.... From Talhia "I did have an opportunity to review your email further yesterday and unfortunately we do not offer itemized cost breakdowns. In addition, we are a full service contractor and we prefer to be responsible for providing most materials/trades. We Thank you for the opportunity however we are respectfully going to decline at this time. this would no longer meet our project minimums if you didn't do the entire project discussed in our initial bid proposal/discussion." I was pretty upset at this point that I had wasted over 7 weeks just for her to e-mail me and decline me as a client. Not even sure why she was declining the job. What it appears is that she didn't want to bother answering my questions, they are too busy to take on more work or my project wasn't worth her time (by the way the bid was $45,000 so maybe that is just too small for what they are doing now? Although she never ever mentioned they had a project minimum when we met). I immediately called her, no answer so I left a message and asked her to call me. I sent her a text asking her to call me and I also e-mailed asking her to call me. She didn't. But...she did e-mail me back stating this "Received...thank you for the follow up and your feedback. The email communication is for both of our record of correspondence that takes place. I sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may have caused. I absolutely meant to get to your file and failed to do that in a timely fashion." Why wouldn't she call? I have no idea. But I am pretty ticked I wasted 7 1/2 weeks with this company just for them to drop me for no reason and not even give me the opportunity or decency to have a phone call. I'm not sure if there was a misunderstanding on her part and she thought I was trying to sub out certain parts of the job but either way to have it handled like this no matter how "nice" she was in her correspondence, I still wasn't given the opportunity to even talk with her to discuss this. Perhaps at one time they were a reliable company, my guess is they are just too busy (as this was a common excuse she gave) to take on new clients. It's a sad state we are in when companies that used to provide good customer service can't anymore because they are too busy. I wish they would just say they are too busy to take on a new project rather than string someone along like this. I would have even been understanding if she would have just told me this over the phone and explained herself. SO SAD. read more

This company is as good as their word. They came in helped with repairing dry rot before an outdoor paint job for my mother-in law and even replaced a window that was broken as part of their services. They were professional, personable and did a great job! They are very inventive with their interior design which when we're ready for we'll definitely be using them, and would recommend them to any one needing this type of work. read more

Had our kitchen remodeled while we were away and most of the work was very good. We had some issues and they showed up and corrected a few of them. Titan installed an inferior outside vent for the stove after we told them which one we wanted and it does not work. Scot, the owner, stated if we ever had a problem with it he would personally correct it. Haven't seen him since. They never finished the tiling and I am not sure we received the drawer hardware we paid for. Most of the drawers do not close properly. Against my better judgement they were paid in full and have since disappeared.....don't return emails or phone calls. Very unprofessional in my view as I could not get away with this behavior in my business. read more

We were new to the Surprise area and got a referral to Titan General Contracting, based on their great work. We were not disappointed, they are very knowledgeable, professional and do amazing work. We had them enlarge our storage shed, moving walls, electric etc. they also installed double steel doors, it looks amazing and was done professionally, no short cuts taken. We also hired them to install new sliding doors (interior) again very impressed and pleased. We feel that we were very lucky to find a very good contractor with a great work ethic, professionalism and very competitive and a awesome finished product. Will be definitely using Scott and his team for our planned other improvements. Talhia , in the office is also a great asset to the team, very courteous , professional and responses in a timely manner. Keep us the great service and product. read more
