DO NOT TRUAT THIS GUYS. THEY LIE AND RETAIN YOIR MONEY FOR WEEKS BEFORE YOU CAM GET IT BACK. They took $2000 to lock the price and then called me said they made a mistake with the numbers. After 7 weeks they haven't process my refund!! Every time I call them the only thing they said is "I'm sorry". Don't waist your time there. Go to Palm Harbor. They will be honest with you since the beginning. read more

Can I do zero stars? Awful customer service, not trustworthy, complete time wasters, awful communication. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Listen to the awful reviews. DONT DO IT! read more

I would give them zero stars if possible. We ordered a home and placed a downpayment on it. Waited a week and a half to hear from their contractor and didn't so contacted him. He had no information on us. 13 days after we put our deposit down we called Titan to inquire about our home and were told the house we ordered would need to be special ordered and they would have to charge an additional $20,000. What a bait and switch!!! We asked how they could do this when we signed an agreement for the cost. Their reply was that is not a legally binding agreement. We said if that is how they feel, we want our deposit back and will take our business elsewhere. Titan said they would refund the money to the credit card we used. 7 days later we called them to inquire of the status of that refund. After many minutes of searching they said they assume our refund paperwork was accidentally shredded by the cleaning person. We finally got an email from them with the refund information. An absolutely awful company. read more

5 words: THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG HOUSE Are you kidding me !!? Caroline was great (sales rep) but the moment we were out of her hands and had to deal with Brittany who was just rude as can be (especially if she had to do something for a customer) ???? And now they're trying to convince me to take the wrong house they delivered. And they won't take the home back off my property. And won't have my CORRECT house delivered till the following year. AND when talking to Rich (the GM) over the phone he intentionally HUNG UP. Please save yourself and DONT use titan. The WORST service I've ever experienced/seen in my lifetime. Talk about fuck up of the decade. So now I'm stuck with NO where to live. Someone else's house on my property. And no one from titan communicating with us. I'm so disappointed. How do you deliver the wrong home. read more

Titan is amazing! True professionals. My wife and I walked in just to have a look. Met an outstanding young guy who knew his stuff! His last name is Jenkins. We just moved in and couldn't be happier with our home. I recommend Titan to friends and family over any other place! read more

Oh they are good at sell you a home. The problem is after they sell you the home and they get paid they are done. I bought a home back in August 22 2017 and still waiting on the red carpet roll out repairs to get done. Well now its a matter on the builder CHAMPION HOMES to schedule out and do the repairs. They have sent out 4 different people to come do repairs so I thought and all for times all they did was make a list and of course they didn't have any of the Materials on them to do the repairs so they were not able to do it and they had to schedule an order parts back in January and here we are in the end of June and nothing's done and my eyes it looks like champion homes has so many repairs going on that they can keep track of who needs to be scheduled. They tell you oh you are on the list but can't give you a date to have the repairs done. It's an nightmare don't buy a house.. read more

Wouldn't even show us any homes basically just told us we can't afford what we want or anything close to it definitely going back to Palm Harbor. read more

Super happy with our Titan home, delivered 3 weeks early too. Thank you Dustin for helping us get our house !

Worst place to get a mobile home. To begin with the people who they hire to build it are the worst. Leaks , structure and poorly installed everything bad. Haven't been able to move in due to their red carpet scheduling. Already on 5 months paying mortgage and still ain't living in it due to the red carpet scheduling. Try reaching them for the schedule and no ones seems to care or take actions. read more

Friendly staff, answered all my questions! They helped guide me through the whole process. I look forward moving into my new home!

Joseph Blackledge @ Titan Factory Homes was great to work with he made the process of buying a home go smoothly!

Great experience so far. Super knowledgeable staff here and they truly care about your needs.

Scott Bennett, at the Georgetown location, is great at what he does! He also managed the sale of our cabin 2 years ago, and was able to sell it for us this time around (almost more quickly than we were ready for!) so we could purchase our new home. He went above and beyond, came out to our property to give advice regarding placement of home. He helped us choose interior options and exterior siding to give the home a contemporary rustic look which is exactly what we were looking for. Titan is a solid home, and Scott is a solid guy. read more

Dustin is an awesome sales rep and I'm looking forward to getting my home delivered!!

Recently was in the market for a new home, did not know very much about the manufactured home process and how much you can save by purchasing this way. I was greeted almost instantly by Joey right when I walked through the door. Joey was not only knowledgeable about the homes they offer but took the time to understand exactly what it was that I needed and narrowed down the options. Once I decided on a house they went above and beyond to ensure that my financing options fit my budget completely. The whole experience was great from start to finish and will definitely be buying from them in the future when the time comes! read more

Titan, in Elmendorf, has the worst customer service. Tony, GM, is at the front of the line. They promise great customer service when they sell you a home but as soon as they get their money, they are impossible to get in touch with. Titan Factory Direct - My house getting placed at Royal Palm - Mobile Home Dealers Near Me - Georgetown, Texas

I am not impressed with the quality of my home. I have owned my home for just about 2 years. Any window that I've open several times is cracking, the carpets are worn down and the moldings are coming down. Basically everything is very poor quality. All I have to say is don't pay a lot, most RVs are made better and have higher quality materials than this home. read more

2015 our house Burt down in west Texas.. through our awesome small town we lived in and good folk raised enough money for a very sizable down payment WAY TOO PUSHY ! Said we had to put a down payment on a home before we left !! Fast forward 2022 we have 5 acres and our own home and wanting nothing more than to down size my husband made an appt with Nick here in Georgetown for 12:30 -1 pm ( his other customers showed up late to their appt) fine no big deal.. same as before WAY TO PUSHY ! This time we don't have to stress cause we have a home and property we own !! We looked at a single wide not what we wanted moved to the one we saw on the website decided we liked that but wanted to shop around before making a decision.. Nick called said he would try to get us what we wanted BAHAHAHA ( called back in less than 10 min said it's this $$ ( we had 2 specifications shower and tub in the bathroom good size. Nick called said this is the deal$$ my husband told him ok let my wife and I talk then call back smh ‍ Nick had to make note that not only was this the best deal we would find for what we were looking for but IT WAS THE ONLY ONE LEFT !! I say bullcrap!! I'm a fighter and spent 8 1/2 hours at a car dealership and by the time is was over the salesman gave us $100 for dinner on him if I would just stop arguing on the price. Long story short I FOR THE SECOND TIME DO NOT RECOMMEND TITAN ! As they are wayyyy to pushy ! Titan factory direct if you are reading this please teach your salesman to stop being pushy ! Looks like we will be buying from Clayton homes !! Y'all lost out on some good money had y'all not been so dam pushy read more
