I would give them zero stars if possible. We ordered a home and placed a downpayment on it. Waited a week and a half to hear from their contractor and didn't so contacted him. He had no information on us. 13 days after we put our deposit down we called Titan to inquire about our home and were told the house we ordered would need to be special ordered and they would have to charge an additional $20,000. What a bait and switch!!! We asked how they could do this when we signed an agreement for the cost. Their reply was that is not a legally binding agreement. We said if that is how they feel, we want our deposit back and will take our business elsewhere. Titan said they would refund the money to the credit card we used. 7 days later we called them to inquire of the status of that refund. After many minutes of searching they said they assume our refund paperwork was accidentally shredded by the cleaning person. We finally got an email from them with the refund information. An absolutely awful company. read more

And now they're trying to convince me to take the wrong house they delivered. And they won't take the home back off my property. And won't have my CORRECT house delivered till the following year. AND when talking to Rich (the GM) over the phone he intentionally HUNG UP. Please save yourself and DONT use titan. The WORST service I've ever experienced/seen in my lifetime. Oh they are good at sell you a home. The problem is after they sell you the home and they get paid they are done. I bought a home back in August 22 2017 and still waiting on the red carpet roll out repairs to get done. Well now its a matter on the builder CHAMPION HOMES to schedule out and do the repairs. They have sent out 4 different people to come do repairs so I thought and all for times all they did was make a list and of course they didn't have any of the Materials on them to do the repairs so they were not able to do it and they had to schedule an order parts back in January and here we are in the end of June and nothing's done and my eyes it looks like champion homes has so many repairs going on that they can keep track of who needs to be scheduled. They tell you oh you are on the list but can't give you a date to have the repairs done. It's an nightmare don't buy a house.. read more

Worst place to get a mobile home. To begin with the people who they hire to build it are the worst. Leaks , structure and poorly installed everything bad. Haven't been able to move in due to their red carpet scheduling. Already on 5 months paying mortgage and still ain't living in it due to the red carpet scheduling. 2015 our house Burt down in west Texas.. through our awesome small town we lived in and good folk raised enough money for a very sizable down payment WAY TOO PUSHY ! Said we had to put a down payment on a home before we left !! Fast forward 2022 we have 5 acres and our own home and wanting nothing more than to down size my husband made an appt with Nick here in Georgetown for 12:30 -1 pm ( his other customers showed up late to their appt) fine no big deal.. same as before WAY TO PUSHY ! This time we don't have to stress cause we have a home and property we own !! We looked at a single wide not what we wanted moved to the one we saw on the website decided we liked that but wanted to shop around before making a decision.. Nick called said he would try to get us what we wanted BAHAHAHA ( called back in less than 10 min said it's this $$ ( we had 2 specifications shower and tub in the bathroom good size. Nick called said this is the deal$$ my husband told him ok let my wife and I talk then call back smh ‍ Nick had to make note that not only was this the best deal we would find for what we were looking for but IT WAS THE ONLY ONE LEFT !! I say bullcrap!! I'm a fighter and spent 8 1/2 hours at a car dealership and by the time is was over the salesman gave us $100 for dinner on him if I would just stop arguing on the price.
