I have received excellent service from Titan for years. When I bought my Honda Civic it already had 140K miles on it. It quickly developed a problem with the transmission so I brought it to Titan for an estimate. They suggested to start first with a transmission fluid flush, to see if that helped. Thankfully that fixed the shifting problem! I now have 220K miles on that car. Just had a second transmission flush and the car runs like a new car. Service staff was very responsive and communicative. I've taken my 4Runner and Mazda here over the years but this is the first time I've had service for my Lexus outside of the dealership. While I initially came in for my struts they also did my brakes and sway bar. My only gripe would be that my car came back smelling like cigarettes and motor oil. While I don't particularly care, my wife is very sensitive to it. Even after a wash the smell is sticking around. read more

I called and asked for a quote for an oil change and was given a somewhat reasonable price and with it being one of the few shops open I decided to drive over. Upon parking I got out of my car to walk into the office and a gentleman came out of the office to ask what I needed. I told him I came by to see if I could get an oil change and he literally laughed in my face and said "not a chance!" I couldn't tell if he was joking or being serious so I just stood there and he was like "yeah no, we like appointments so there's no way". I get it if that's the case but it was so off putting and rude to be laughed at and rudely told "not a chance" did not seem professional at all. Was going to try it since my usual place was closed but forget it I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful! Took my car in today to just drop off for an oil change & wanted to try a new place because other places near by tend to jack up the prices. Greeted with a warm welcome after coming off night shift at 7:30 am and they asked when I would like to be called or if I would be sleeping to not disturb, so kind! I went to pick up the car and they said they just topped off all the fluids and ran a check on the car and that no need for an oil change for a few more months:) for free no cost! I'll say it again, Titan is the very best! They are honest people with good hearts and I trust my old 2005 Lexus with them completely. They just replaced my struts and fixed a coolant leak. Just wanted to give a big shout out to this place! I've had my brakes and alternator replaced here. Fair prices, great communication and just overall a great honest place who is now my place to go when needed. Last night my battery light went on and had my car there at 8:30 this morning and they were already super busy and they still were able to get my alternator and battery replaced. I like that they told me they'd do their best to get my car done too and they did! Super happy with their customer service and work! Oh and they provide a ride if local back to your house if needed. Honesty and professional is the best way to describe these people. I have brought my car to them on a few occasions and have always been very satisfied with their customer service. But this 5 Star review is being written, not for what they had accomplished with a recent electrical issue I had with my car, but for the response I got after having spent in excess of $2000.00 without favorable results. The owner personally called and apologized for not being able to remedy the problem. Without hesitation he told me he was mailing me a check for the full amount I had paid which included two very expensive headlights. The check arrived two days later. I received such great service, from beginning to end. I needed my Class C RV smogged and no one else within 25 miles could service it. Arun greeted me in the morning and showed me where to park. He had told me to be the first to arrive in the morning so I could be the first out. I had time to walk down to "Snooze" and have a leisurely breakfast while the work was being performed. Arun called and said they needed to replace something small before they could smog it, and within no time at all the work was done. Took my Infiniti G37 in for an issue I was having with random misfire. I have been trying to fix the issue myself for a few weeks and had already tried changing spark plugs, ignition coils, and a fuel injector cleaning treatment. I also tried looking for vacuum leaks. After a lot of time and effort I was still unable to find the cause of the issue. Looked up some reviews on yelp and took my car there as a first time customer. The diagnosis came back that rats had chewed through my fuel injector wiring harness and damaged one of my fuel injectors. I happened to be in the area and stopped by to take a look at the damage. Mike had no problem taking the time to take me out to the car and showing me the area the rats had chewed and damaged. This is something I probably wouldn't have been able to find on my own. Checked the pricing on the parts they charged me for and they seemed to be pretty standard with what I found online. When I picked my car up the price I paid ended up being $200 cheaper than the original estimate! I am extremely satisfied with the work titan automotive did on my car and I feel like I can really trust these guys. I have been driving my car for about a week now and even took it up to the mountains over the weekend and so far so good, no more misfire! read more

Pat and his team are very honest. I needed to get my 90,000 mile service cause my father didnt get it done earlier. I was expecting to pay around $600 (only cause Lexus Dealership quoted me around that price). After Pat had one of his mechanic do a full inspection, he came up to me and said, "Everything in your car is clean. All you need is an oil change." Say what???I told him to go thru with the service. These guys are great. They really understand what it means to provide honest service! I really appreciate the fact that they will be really straight about what truly needs to be done and what can wait a while. My most recent trip to Titan was to have some worn out suspension bushings replaced. I fully expected to have to buy two new tires as well and possibly even have a wheel or two repaired. Total expected cost: $1k. I walked out of there same day for half that amount because the wheels were ok and my tires weren't as bad as I thought. A less honest shop would have done all the work we talked about and gladly taken the extra money. This the second major work they have done for me and I couldn't be happier. As long as I live in Orange County these guys will get all my business. Edit: To the few folks that complained about cost in their reviews - You get what you pay for. Titan may not be the cheapest mechanic around but in my experience the repairs are done right the first time. Ask yourself this: if you needed an operation would you price shop for a surgeon? I've been taking mine and all of my family's vehicles to Titan for more than 20 years. I took my 2014 Dodge Ram to a local dealer for a recall. While in for the recall repair the dealer called me to tell me I needed front and rear brakes. I thanked him for the information but told him I'd have my mechanic take a look. Took the truck into Titan this morning expecting both front and rear brakes. Arun called me back and told me the front brake pads need replacement and the rotors needed turning, but the rears still had 80% life left on them. Had I let the dealer rip me off I would have spent five times what I did having work done that was unnecessary. Mike runs a first class shop. They fix only what needs to be fixed, charge a fair price and do quality repairs. I'll never take a vehicle of mine anywhere else. Customer for LIFE. read more
