Kona always comes home smelling fresh (but not fragrant) and with a cute handkerchief tied around her neck. I usually get a call to pick her up around 1-1.5 hours after dropping her off.

Super Paws was the first to respond and I was pleasantly surprised to find they take walk-ins, no appointment needed! The others who responded either did not, or they were simply too far away. They messaged that walk-ins, like me, are Tuesday through Saturday, between 9 to 2 pm. So we appeared on their doorstep Friday late morning. Both Marco and Alex, husband and wife co-owners, instantly welcomed us in, scooped up our 20 lb mutt in their arms, and together, did the nail trim so quickly and gently, that I was stunned. But, what really made our experience such a stand-out was twofold: their service was $10 cheaper than our usual vet's office, plus they clipped AND finished the sharp edges with a grinder. Well done! In fact, my vet was going to charge even more to grind the nails. Outrageous. This first visit went down seamlessly, and our dog barely noticed all the fuss. It was so quick, and so professional, I know for sure we will be returning. And kudos to Marco and Alex for being such a delightful, dog-loving team. I may only need nail trims, but if I had a need for other grooming services, I would not hesitate to give them my business.

They handled her so gently. I told them about the tumors in her mouth/neck and the fact that she hates her face being touched so they used a soft towel to hold her head up while they trimmed off all the buildup and dirt around her eyes.
