They were unable to answer basic questions like sq footage of the apt. Then we had issues with the heating and mice several times. I understand mice happen in the city, but they had exterminators come in and move around the appliances and not put them back in their place. Lastly, they charged us 150$ for two pieces of furniture that were left behind from the previous tenant and a rug left by us. 150! But when we had to move out a pile of junk taller than ourselves there was nothing they could do to reimburse. hmm. When confronted with the aforementioned problem, Noah's tone changed immediately and became unpleasant at best. Overall this isn't the most ideal landlord. the location was nice and the property was okay, but my experience with the management company will make me think twice before choosing them again.

That led to a failed elevator inspection with 90 days to reactivate the phone and install working fire extinguishers.
