Amanda explained to me step-by-step how the tint, shaping brows and what my skin could look like afterwards. I was thankful that Amanda took the time to explain the whole experience. When I got home and looked closely in the mirror I saw that I had several red abrasion. Not sure if it was because the wax was too hot and burned my skin or if my skin was ripped. A very cold human being. If you're new to doing brows, want an uplifting experience, or want what's in the description above, DO NOT go to this woman. I'm not sure how you can "create a long lasting relationship" or provide a "detailed consultation to understand your brow goals" when you don't even explain the process of what you're doing to MY FACE. "My goal is to help you feel confident, cared for, and on the path to your dream brows" is a false statement as she did quite the opposite and ruined my day. I asked her for a lighter color to fill mine in, but the "premium" pencil she handed to me is actually a shade darker than the shade I had on when I walked in the door. When I told her I was not happy with the result, her responses was "well that's just what you're working with with your eyebrows" and was genuinely so rude. She told me that I already know how to fill mine in so it was MY fault that I'm not happy with the service. She will most likely respond to this message with some customer service voice, but she is not what she makes herself out to be on her website. I live 30 mins from her work place and still go just for eyebrow waxing because she is the best (and yes, I tried other providers for comparison). She will talk if you want or silently focus on your brows. I appreciate this because there are some days I just want to come in and relax without chit chat. She has a policy of not accepting clients past 7 mins late as this keeps everyone on track. So I can always expect her to be on time for me, which is appreciated.
