The office is very pretty and calming. Though I was anxious at the beginning, Holly did a great job of putting me at ease. She's a total pro and an absolute artist. I felt confident that she was going to give me a professional, natural result. When she first drew my new brow shape, I asked if she could very slightly soften my arch, and with the tiniest adjustment, she gave me the perfect shape I was looking for. The procedure itself was great. The blading was uncomfortable but not intolerable by any stretch. I was thankful for the numbing cream but you're still definitely aware of the work being done. Once complete, I was given clear, easy-to-follow instructions on how to take care of my brows at home. My first touch up came several weeks later, and a warning: The first touch up can hurt much more than the initial blading. Your skin is still sensitive and healing. This is not to scare anyone off, but I was surprised at the difference. I'm around a year and a half out since I had my brows bladed and I can confidently say that it's one of the best investments I've made.
