Got my brakes changed there (had to get them done that weekend, so couldn't really take the time to look for a better shop. Not only did they charge a ridiculous price, but my car started emitting a loud "nails on chalkboard" sound after i got it back. A couple days later i removed the tire and saw that they bent the dust screen so badly that it was pressed into the new rotor. Had to use a screwdriver and bend it back away from the rotor. Will never go there again, they just overcharge, try to upsell you on every little thing (also with ridiculous prices), and then when they finish they do a rushed and terrible job. DO NOT GO HERE, not only do they mess up your car and expect you to pay for it but they try to trespass you from their property after asking for it to be fixed. I spoke to Jeff and Greg my three times in this vero beach location, half the time Jeff didn't know what was going on with my car. First time they put some freon in my car and a dye to see where the leak was because my air conditioner went out , this was in 7/22 , my second time was 9/22, came back because my air went out yet again , they put "better freon in there and some more dye, and replaced the part they saw it was leaking from. You should have no issues though since this is where it was leaking from" said Jeff. Okay great, I have functioning ac in this Florida heat. Now we're in 9/29/22. I try to use my horn and it sounds so low , I could barely even hear it! I call on Friday because they were closed on Thursday due to the hurricane of course. Greg says bring it in. On my way to vero from fort pierce (where I work) my ac goes out, yet again! I call and tell tires plus. "Okay, bring it in we'll take a look". Now, I have never had an issue with my horn, EVER for this car and you're telling me it just went out, AFTER your techs had their hands in there ? So you now want me to pay for a new part (a part you were suppose to already see it was leaking from) and a horn you messed up. Not only was CHAD ARNOLD the "manager" rude but he was condescending and lacks no type of people skills, I was surprised he was the manager I felt like I was talking to someone on the street. has no traits to be a manager. I gladly paid what I needed to the THREE TIMES I WAS THERE FOR THE SAME ISSUE and they want to charge me more! They're rude, dishonest and overcharge their customers. Disgusting place. Let me start by saying it is always wise to get more than one price for service that you need to be done on your car. In January I had two new tires put in the front of my car and alignment and oil service and new brake shoes. New brake pads for the front. I noticed that there was a new noise coming from the tires and the car after this was done. In the next 2 1/2 months I started to develop vibrations in the steering wheel. This Wednesday I brought the car back for them to go over it and it turns out that I need new rear brakes, rear shocks and lower support arms done in the front of the car. This was all pointed out to me and I was giving a large invoice I've recommended things that my vehicle needed. The total came to $2371.21. You can imagine my shock. I called another independent repair shop and asked him to give me a bid based on the bid that I received from tires plus. The price was over $900 cheaper for similar parts and service. Tires plus wanted to charge me $124.99 for an engine mount that I could pick up on the Internet for $35. This other repair shop offered to install that for free becauseI had already purchased the part online. Tires plus wants to charge me $65.50 to one screw or bolt and install it. It is very important that you look at the itemized bills and compare. $900 is a huge difference and I really don't know how they can justify it but I leave them to figure that out as I will no longer be Doing any business with them and I have purchased many tires there. If you want a better deal go to an independent repair shop the one that I am now using is Moody tire and Wabasso. Michael was incredibly helpful and he was able to email me a bid for the work that I needed done within two hours of requesting it by phone. read more

My van was dead. We jumped it and took it to them. $200 for a battery, okay that's what they said was the issue.... Next day it's dead again. We take it back to them and they hook it their machine and it says there is a short in the alternator that's why it keeps dying. Doesn't make sense but they are supposed to know what the are talking about so here is $600, I didn't need to pay my bills, I need to get to work. Yeah guess what I have been robbed of $800 and my car is dead in the driveway. If you need your oil changed sure go ahead and use them but please please if you have an actual problem with your car please find someone who actually knows about cars and isn't guessing and making you pay for it. read more

I never imagined that getting a flat tire at night on the turnpike could end so well. With limited mileage on a donut we ended up in Vero Beach and I called this store because of good reviews and also there is a store in my home town to honor the warranty etc. Chad was great from the moment I called, and on the many subsequent calls as I figured out what to do. I was there by 9, had 4 new tires ( he did not push this but it made sense ), he removed the lug locks for free so I wouldn't have a problem in the future, and we were on the road again. They had me taken care of and out of there in 30 min. I made back to Orlando in time for my meeting. I just popped in to TiresPlus after having eaten at BobEvans. I had been needing new tires. Chad was very helpful and courteous. He wrote up several options for new tires and service. I also searched around Vero at a couple of other spots and got that good feeling about their proposed services from only one of those. Narrowing it down to TiresPlus and the other place, I let the good reviews here lead me to TiresPlus. Chad and his crew gave me great service today. Either Chad or one of the other guys came to me twice during the visit to give me updates and after having taken delivery of the vehicle, I am extremely happy with the new tires and the service work (front end alignment) that was done. Lost all respect for this place today. Owner must be putting pressure on the estimators to write big ticket invoices. I'm rarely offended but came in for a brake inspection only to hear the age-old pitch of "while we have it apart" and the familiar list of items like tie-rod ends, calipers, hub assembly, etc. I had to cut him off mid-rant and he still had the audacity to call me to the computer 20 minutes later and start going through the list again. How much do you think he wanted me to spend? Not $300, not $800, not $1200... try over $1500! Family and work vehicles will not be serviced by these guys any more. read more

Yesterday I brought my vehicle to tires plus due to a squeaking sound The front end of my suspension. The store manager used a stethoscope type of instrument, to locate the sound of the squeaky part. Upon successfully locating this part, it turned out that my upper control arm was broken. Here is the great news, when I purchased this part at tires plus originally, I received a one year warranty on labor, and a lifetime on parts. The upper control arm that was placed in my vehicle ended up being a defective part from the manufacture. Tires plus stood by their warrantee, and I was charged nothing. Bring your vehicles to tires plus, Chad and his entire crew of certified mechanics, do great work. I highly recommend them. Most importantly you can trust them with your vehicle.
