Went there for a diagnostic on my A.C told me the compressor was bad , which it wasn't told me that it was a pound and a half low on freon. When I went to a different mechanic.They told me that there was no free on in the system.And that somebody disconnected the ac compressor. They tried to charge me $1400.\nAt tires plus. Stopped in Tires Plus late in the day to see if they had time to fix a flat tire. I was actually expecting to make an appointment for the next day. I was surprised when the technician said it was no problem, and if I wanted to wait they could fix it and put it back on the car. Wait time was about an hour, which was very acceptable considering how busy they were. Everyone was professional and friendly. Great experience! read more

I think that they are amazing and they treated me with respect. They really listened to me. I needed my car inspected because the other day it made a terrible sound and sometimes chug-a-lugs when it idols at a traffic light. They were thorough and the inspection was definitely affordable then Gregory Evan's the clerk provided a print out for my car , explaining what I needed and the price. I brought a car in with damaged tire that could not be repaired. Because I was visiting from out of town, waiting for a replacement was not an option. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive. It is rare to find people who genuinely take care of their customers. I'd give them ten stars if it was an option. read more

I visited this shop for a simple puncture repair on a run-flat tire that only had 2500 miles on it. After about an hour of waiting the manager took me back to look at my tire. The inside of the tire had several spots on the inner sidewall that were damaged (gouged out pieces of rubber) that made the tire unrepairable. He assured me that their tech or the tire machine did not do the damage. I asked them to remount the tire, and I would go to the local dealer. As the tire was being remounted the service tech damaged the outer sidewall on the same tire machine. The service manager acknowledged this damage and gave me 50% off a new tire (on order). Nice gesture, but after the 2nd round of damage I'm convinced that the original damage to the inner sidewall was also caused by the service tech. I should have pushed the issue but I decided not to just so I could get my car back and leave. BTW, while I was waiting, I heard the service manager try and pad repair orders by pushing unnecessary parts and services on a couple of elderly ladies that were there for tires or repairs. Avoid this business if possible. read more

We have brought two cars here two separate times... both times it took ALL day. 8 hours for the first car and we thought they were just having a bad day and gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second car we dropped off the night before and called first thing in the morning (7am) it is now 6pm and they just started working on the car. We needed two new tires and they haven't even taken off the first tire after nearly 12hours!! So pissed. DO NOT GO TO TIRES PLUS!! Absolutely terrible. read more

I came to Tire Plus to swap winter tires with track tires for a weekend at Sebring racetrack. The staff is friendly and courteous and I received prompt, fast, inexpensive and well-performed service. They even offered, without me asking, to store my winter tires at the shop over the weekend so that I wouldn't have to lug them around while in town. I would recommend them very highly. read more

Oil change was $25 more than quoted. The claim was because it needed 7 qts. and that changed the price. When the appointment was scheduled they were told what the vehicle is so they should have known and quoted for that. I could have driven to the usual place for less than the quote they gave but I figured forthe small difference I would go here. The difference was almost double what I usually pay. In addition, they diddidn't reset the oil life indicator. Not impressed and won't go back. read more

I've taken a bit over a week to write this review after the third bad incident at this tires plus. Three times I have had issues and the first two I tried to be kind and give them the benefit of the doubt. The first issue was during an oil change. Somehow during this oil change something was messed up and caused two of the four coils in my car to burn out. I had to have them replaced. The second time, again during an oil change, the technician spilled oil all over the place and did not bother to clean it up. Instead, it was left for me and when I walked to retrieve my car, oil was puddled underneath the car. I had hoped it was from another vehicle and proceeded to leave with my vehicle just for the check engine light to come on. Apparently during this spill, oil got into quite a few places it did not belong and they had to clean my sensors and numerous other things. This left me at tires plus for a total of 6 hours and with a burnt out sensor to my passenger seat. The last issue is the cable and latch to my hood. Took my car for an oil change, I was told the technician couldn't open the hood (I had opened it earlier that morning) when I got to my car, the latch was broken and so was the cable. And they wanted to charge $300 to fix it. No thank you. I will not be back to this tires plus. Brian the manager is rude and very unhelpful and seems to be perfectly fine with ripping people off for their own mistakes. read more
