Been a Tire Kingdom customer for 20 years in South Florida and moved to Sebring a couple of years ago. Assumed the service at the local Tire Kingdom would be just as good as South Florida (33183) and I was right to stick with Tire Kingdom here in Sebring, Florida! Had a flat this morning, sitting in the drive. i found a screw imbedded in it. Pumped it up and took it to Tire Kingdom. It was recommended by a neighbor. Did not have an appointment, but they took me in. The service manager was pleasant enough. The waiting area was clean and well lighted and the free coffee offer would have been nice, if there were coffee, cups and condiments. Service took a little over an hour. Not the fastest but they were through. Checked all the tires and aired those that needed it. Not sure what the average price of a tire change is in the area, theirs was not excessive and added my vehicle to the computer. Good for future service if needed. All in all, not a bad experience. These guys are by far my favorite mechanics! I genuinely dread having to go somewhere else to get work done that these folks don't do. Everyone is so friendly & really want to get to know you. I just moved & my locals mechanics think it's funny to try to massively overcharge young women so I drove my butt back to Sebring just to get some maintenance done here & will continue to come back because this team knows that you're not just a customer, you're a person that has come to them for help. read more

Took my vehicle in for brakes rotors and all new tires. No complaints on the tires but they damaged my brake hose and my caliper was locked up. I had no issues with my brakes prior to bringing my vehicle in. They wanted to charge me more money. I took it somewhere else and said they broke my brake hose and I ended up replacing my whole brake line because of tire kingdom. They also did not grease my slides and put the old dirty slide guides in which is a part that comes with new pads. Im never going here again. read more

These guys saved my weekend with a patch and had me back on track in no time. This is the second time I have been there and as before they were courteous, quick and professional. I have had tires put on all 3 of my vehicles in the last 6 months. One of my vehicles, a 1986 Chevrolet El Camino needed extensive front end work. They were able to repair it. I wouldn't hesitate to have them repair or replace any of my cars tires or mechanical needs. read more

The Sebring Tire Kingdom is by far the least professional of all the stores I have been to. I have been a customer for over 20 years in Miami and the Orlando area. Their customer service is very poor at best. Their computers are down so they can't give out appointments. Then they give you a verbal appointment without any information from the client. The store Manager is rude and a pathetic excuse for a manager. They also tried to sell me a tire that I didn't need. I went to Tires Plus to see if there was anything wrong with my tires and they said no. I would never recommend this store to anyone not even an enemy. I'd rather drive to another city to get service from Tire Kingdom. I feel sorry for people that do business there. read more

Today is June 2022 I purchased tires in April 2018. I had an appointment to rotate tires at 12:00 and one hour and 45 minutes later a clerk told me that my Michelin tires with 24k miles needed to be replaced because they had dry rot on the inside. The clerk said the tires were 5 years old; instead of four years. My car has never been exposed to sun or rain for prolonged periods of time and always parked in the garage. I do not believe the rims were removed to check the condition inside the tires. The tires should not have dry rotted inside and the warranty should cover replacement cost. read more

Made an appointment to have tires put on my car. I needed them done on a Saturday, so I made the appointment on Thursday afternoon. I received a call on Saturday, the day of the appointment, they can't do them today, the car WAS to be in a car show on Sunday. Now, it's too late to get it in for tires in time for the show. Discount Tire, could have done them today, but I wanted to give the local business some of my business. I now must withdrawn from the car show, and Corvette parade. I WILL NEVER use Tire Kingdom for anything. The person that called me to CANCEL the appointment, was very rude, and when I said that his next available appointment was on Monday, I told him that it won't work, he said " your loss, not mine". NEVER WILL I USE A PLACE, WITH THAT ATTITUDE. read more

Highly recommend. Needed to have a tire checked that was slowly losing air. Booked an appointment online and brought my car in. They were ready for me and told me every step they were taking, kept me informed, answered all my questions and fixed me right up. Told me to come back if I noticed anything wrong. I made a appointment 12:00 noon because I only have the one vehicle. I needed a oil change and diagnosis on my brakes. Two hours later they have truck on rack and no one working on it. I direct them to truck and they say they are going to start on breaks. 45 minutes later nothing done. When you make a appointment you should get a mechanic. Not here. They don't no how to manage scheduled appointments! I had enough! The store manager says: 1) Other people are ahead of you. 2) I can't wait for your great review (sarcastic ahole) 3) Don't make any further appointments with us(rude) 4) During this he would not give me the 6 foot stand off without his mask on. Absolutely amazing service David and the team really saved my butt today when my tire was no good and my splashguard fell off in a rainstorm and was dragging for over 100 miles! I had one hour to get to class and get my car drivable and they managed to make it happen, and I'm getting to school on time. I am very impressed. David was friendly reliable and efficient. We have a warranty on our tires with tire Kingdom for balancing and rotation you call and make an appointment to be serviced and you still have to wait up to two hours to be done ridiculous. They need to work on their service read more

Incredible customer service!!! Chris and Shelby were so nice and patient when I called multiple times. Obviously there is a culture of customer service and also the staff all seemed to be happy and having fun with the customers and themselves. That speaks to excellent management and a prime staff. I had a "mishap" at Sebring Raceway and they did their utmost to help me find my specific tire (no luck) and to offer me an alternative that would get me through the weekend. I loved their attitude and their sincere desire to help me get my car back out on the track. Hope I never need them again - but if I ever have another tire issue I know who to call!!! I went in to have one of my tires repaired and asked the wait time and cost for the repair. Chris, the service manager, said about a 30 -60 minute wait and at a cost of about $25. Ok all good. He was extremely polite and patient even though I called several times. I usually do all my own mechanic work but in this case car needed work before going back to Ohio they were very respectful service was fast, gave good advice on what needed fixed and if it was necessary, the price is what you would expect when you take to a mechanic shop. Amazing experience! I needed tire alignment and an oil change done with being in a serious financial pinch. I shopped around for prices on alignment and most (including tire kingdom) were near the 70-90 range, which I fully expected. I called Yarbrough and they gave me a quote for 50 and as I was scheduling my oil change with Tire kingdom, I mentioned needing an appt on the same day as my appt w/ Yarbrough so I could knock both services out in one day and the rep offered price matching!! Didn't even know car repair shops do that anymore! Got both services done on my 09 Nissan Versa for 85 total, including shop fees and tax and everything!! Amazing place. Also, wait time in the shop wasn't too bad, only what I expected. Appt was at 12:30, there til about 2. Overall an awesome experience and if I wasn't moving in a month, I'd be coming back every time I needed something done on my car. read more

Making an appointment is useless! Takes two hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Not to mention that every time I go there they find something that costs me more money. Today it was 648.00 for new calipers although I have lifetime warranty on brakes and a year on the rotors....... I had brakes and rotors done about 3 months ago! What? The calipers were ok then? I drive a mail route so they are fully aware that replacement of brakes will be often. They said they can't change the brakes unless I purchase the calipers. They know I am trying to leave town and cannot go unless this is done. I feel as if they are manipulating me and my circumstances! I am trying very hard to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's not looking good! I will shop around for another place that can respect my job as a carrier and all that comes with it as far as vehicle maintenance goes! Although I am already suckered into warranties with brakes and tires I just might have to cut my loses...... not my first rodeo..... been doing this for 25 years.......I should have learned a little something about this by now, right? read more

This is NOT a place you want to do business with. I bought new tires and requested a front end alignment. I was told that the alignment could not be done unless they replaced the front tie rods, at a cost of $470.00. I had doubts, so I took my car to shop that I have used for many years. I was told that there was only a small amount of play in one of the tie rods, and new ones were not necessary. This place cannot be trusted. read more

As a young woman, who doesn't know much about cars or tires, I came to Tire Kingdom when my first tire blew out. They sold me an affordable tire and assured me everything else was fine with my car. Three weeks later another one of my tires blows out. I take my car back to Tire Kingdom to replace that tire. Before I came in the second time, it was suggested to me by a relative that the tires may have been sitting for a while and were dry-rotted a bit. I was pretty upset that the first time I came in no one had told me that the tires (despite having nearly-new tread) were from 2009. I made it a point to have someone check the back tires and as it turns out they were dry-rotted. At that point, I wasn't completely sure as to what I needed to do and the customer service, office person was little to no help. I ended up buying three tires (replacing the back two as well as the other front tire). I was assured again that everything was good to go with my car. After driving it for a little over a week, I was worried that something was wrong as my car started vibrating when I would get to a certain speed. I called Tire Kingdom up and explained what was going on. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very rude and condescending as the way he spoke to me was like he was talking to an imbecile. Because I didn't know what to do and was worried for my safety, I made an appointment to have my tires balanced (which should have been done when they put the new ones on a week earlier). I came in at the time of my appointment and waited AN HOUR before they even brought my car into the garage. They even took a WALK-IN before they took me, despite my appointment. For something that should have only taken about 45 minutes to do, I WAS THERE FOR OVER 2 HOURS. Their suggested fix or balancing my tires didn't even change the problem at all. They wasted my time, made me feel stupid and unwelcome, and left me with a problem that I didn't have before I got my tires from them.
