Made an appointment online for a wheel alignment. Michel Tires Plus has always been my go to when needing certain car services. Service is always great, friendly staff, and quality guaranteed. The manager Steven Escalante, was extremely helpful in helping me get my Jeep situated. As busy as they got, every employee had a smile on there face and they were hospitable. My service took roughly an hour and a half. One of the mechanics also made sure to test drive my vehicle and made sure it ran smoothly. I have come back to Michael's tire plus and have been very happy with my experience over the past couple of visits. Well, let's start with the lack of quality of service, there is no quality of services. You receive less than subpar services. Every single person has an attitude and God forbid you have an actual need for them to actually be held accountable. I purchased tires from this location back in 2022 under 10k miles perfect thread condition and the car is not an everyday vehicle. After, 3 visits to this location they have not only continuously filled the tires with air. They never took the time to address why the tire was leaking air. I was informed by the older gentleman in the store with glasses, salt and pepper hair That there is nothing wrong. It's just at the tire pressure is low well it wasn't the tire pressure. It was the actual sidewall of the tire that was completely damaged, continuously I was dismissed and the problem was never resolved. They again refused and dismissed me. Allowing me to drive around after coming back to them for two consecutive months with the same issue and Dismissing me all together. I am more than certain had I've been the right gender and skin tone I would not have been dismissed, degraded and mistreated. I would not allow my dog to be treated this way. The service there is horrible and they are so rude/ well, I noticed you're only rude to certain individuals. Lastly, I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to find a facility to address the Problems that they could've just very well had taken the time out to do when I first informed them of the situation. I did not ask you for anything I paid for my tires upfront and outright. I paid you for a service. I didn't ask you to give me. And if you provide a service, you should certainly take the time to address the consumer, who patronize your business. Now I'm out of another $320 due to their neglectful and dismissive. I am confused how this place ended up with 4.1 stars clearly someone is lying. And one of the last, and most insulting things he could ask. "Well did we pull it into the shop for services? Sir, that is the exact problem. Had you pull it into the shop for services rather than putting air in the tire this issue could, and would have been resolved again assholes to say the least. Yesterday I got a flat on my way home to work and Steve made sure to get me taken care of so I could quickly be on my way. I needed a new tire after they checked what was causing the air leak - a large piece of metal was in my tire! They were able to squeeze me in and I was on my way after an hour. Steve was very nice and personable, so the time passed quickly. read more

wasred my time for two hours. scheduled a battery appointment. arrived, they had the wrong battery. an hour later the correct battery arrived. when i went to pay they would not accept my tires plus without my social security number. i do NOT give out my social number. then they over charged me. they charged me to remove my old battery and install the new one. i paid with my debit card a d CUT up my tires plus card and left it there! never again will i use crappy tires plus! Had an appointment at 2:30. Got there early. Waited over 3 hours. They never saw the car. Told me they "got busy and forgot!" Asked if I could come back in two days. NEVER bring your car or truck here! NEVER !!! read more

Needed high quality tires the same day (Bridgestone for family vehicle) and started phone shopping 11AM. Ray at Tires Plus Dixie answered and patiently took the time to discuss my needs. Then, there was another competitor that I was considering as well after calling 5 tire stores, but not the same brand. On my second call, Ray again took his time and addressed a couple of my concerns on the deal and ordered the tires that I wanted from another branch (I didn't want the brand that was in stock at that location). Within a few hours job was complete and the family vehicle was safe for the winter roads. I will recommend and will go back. read more

Unfortunately I only went there for an oil change. I dropped the car off Friday and am still waiting. They claimed I had an oil leak, funny I park my car in the garage every night and never see any oil it leaks in the concrete floor. Anyways they screwed my car up. As I left the parking lot my check engine light was on, which it wasn't on when I dropped it off. I turned around to have them check it out. Come to find out they broke my car doing the repairs. They've had my car for 5 days now, no sign of getting it back. Note to self: for simple oil changes and brake jobs, go to the dealership. I understand that theses places may pay just above minimum wage. You can't expect great service when your working with duds. Total experience is horrible. read more

I have to brag on the fabulous service I received today at Tire's Plus on Dixie Hwy. The store manager, Zach was so helpful and friendly. Starting from the initial appointment phone call yesterday, to finishing my oil change today, he was nothing but friendly and focused on the customers the whole time. I had a coupon to redeem for a free oil change from a previous visit and I wasn't treated any differently than a paying customer. I will definitely continue going to Tire's Plus for my oil changes.
