I recall them pulling the $15 cabin air filter and telling me it was $50+- to which I disinclined to acquiesce; instead telling the tech to put it back. I get it- that's their extra little boost on the sale- but that's too much. So I simply picked one up on the way home. They also pulled on the wipers to check their status, topped off the radiator and wiper fluid. They were quick and efficient. The manager, running the cash register certainly had her arms full with all the people crowded into the waiting area! I'm sure they all went home exhausted at the end of the day. I had an 8 o'clock appointment. When I called to check on things at 1pm, it was clear my vehicle hadn't been seen. When they did call back, they gave me a quote and said it would be done in a half hour. I got to the shop at that time, and waited around another 30 minutes beyond that. I was told that their man had arrived back from my test drive and they had to do paperwork. But that didn't prove to be true. Scotty and his team never treated me like this. Two stars because the 30 minute job was adequate. Update: The owner called me to apologize for how long it took. I explained that I would have had a good experience except for the terrible customer service.
