I was Lied to about my Pickup truck: My Pickup was dropped…read moreoff on March/2021 and I patiently waited over 13 months fueled by empty promises by John. I called Every other week and either someone was being hired to check my initial electrical issue, or parts were arriving for a new belt, battery, etc..., or "Fluids" needed to be changed on the Pickup. At the end there was apparently something always being done to this Pickup. After over a year he told me that he had the vehicle running and he was going to test it out driving it around and then out of nowhere according to him the car stopped working when I was going to Pick it up. Besides other promises about an additional vehicle which I am not even going to go into details..... I ended up taking the car from this repair shop and had a mechanic check to see if all of these new items that apparently were replaced were actually repaired and completed. To my surprise 13 months were waisted as the mechanic checked fluids, belts, battery, etc and nothing was done..... Its is sad as John seemed like an honest guy. I am really patient (13 months plus patient) and really wanted to give him the opportunity to make things right. I have attempted to call but either he is never able to "pick up the phone", or avoids my call or continues with excuse after excuse. I have been nothing but respectful and patient with John. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANY OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Lug nuts went on and off fine, the wheel was secure, and there was no sign of damage. Michael, the store manager, never admitted fault, blamed my spare tire for "not being original," which makes no sense because the stud worked perfectly with it. He only refunded $50 after first offering $15, and said fixing it was a "one-time courtesy" since they "weren't responsible." I've seen other reviews about broken studs here. Poor accountability and customer service. I'm going to Firestone so I don't feel stuck with this Tires Plus credit card for nothing.

Now for the dangerous part. I noticed immediately that these tires felt super different (VERY light steering) I chalked it up to them being new and a different brand to what I had before. Then my TPMS light came on so I pulled over to look for a flat. Hmmmm, no flat. I went to grab my tire gauge just to make sure. Guess what? ALL of the tires were set to 55psi!!!! No wonder the steering felt super light. Do you people have any idea how dangerous that is? For added insult to injury, they took 3/4 of my stainless steel valve caps. Don't take your car here. Just don't.

They were just over two years old and had a pretty good tread life. I noticed before I left they had not torqued my lugs and they overfilled my tires. I drove 11 miles and parked the jeep overnight. When I woke up both tires were flat. After days of back and fourth and taking time away from work I finally got back into the shop and they found holes in the sidewalls and I noticed one even appears to have a plug in it. They took no responsibility and were arguing the whole time acting more like children than business. Despite knowing the tires were incredibly dangerous to drive on they made the decision to put them back on the vehicle. Again the lugs were not torqued and I caught them on video smash my rim with the socket. The front rims are now obviously more damaged than the rear. I signed no disclaimer and did not tell them to do this. They did not even fill my tires back up. If you want to keep your family, yourself, and others on the road safe please do not go here. What they've done was absolutely negligent and they were doing this to other vehicles in the shop as well. I'm still waiting to resolve this issue with the shop. In the meantime I've bought an entire new set of rims and tires from elsewhere and noted the lug nuts took between 170-205 ft pounds to remove. This could have caused my aluminium spacers to fail causing a wheel to fall off while driving.

Then I drove to Mercedes Benz and had the track/camber adjusted. I also had the shock absorbers and springs checked, no problems according to Mercedes Benz. Cost $180. These people don't know what they're talking about. Definitely I will not recommend this place. They are trying to take the money out of your pocket.
