Josh and gang received my car via tow truck and handled it with loving care for me and did a complete recovery of mechanical and interior. After the inspection, Instead of just telling me I needed brakes and trying to sell me everything, Dustin took the time to show me photos of my brakes on each axle and explained exactly what should be done now, and also what could wait a while if I want. I ended up having the front brakes replaced, which they completed while I waited. The price was what I had hoped, no surprises. I also dealt with Tom who took my payment after the work was completed, and I have to say between Dustin and Tom, I don't think I've ever dealt with more professional and friendly people at an auto service center in my entire life. They earned my future business and I will be returning for all of my oil changes and vehicle maintenance going forward!

I suppose I will take this to small claims, and proceed to get the remaining $2500 of work done elsewhere.
