Friendly customer service and efficient service. Professional & Knowledgeable They know what they are talking about. I drive a 2001 Toyota Sequoia and needed a number of repairs. Brakes, alignment, coolant flush, wheel balancing and rotation. They fully explained the ins and outs of the repairs. They even explained things that needed repair that they couldn't benefit off of. For example my rims were bending and they recommended I go to a shop to get new ones (or suffer worse gas mileage and vibration). Overall the quality of the repairs and the analysis were great, and that's what you need when you're dealing with an older car. Only time will truly tell I guess with how it holds up, but I'm more than satisfied with the quality of service. Honest & Transparency Told me the price I was going to pay ahead of time for the services that did not need inspection. They found a few extra things through inspection, however they brought me into the garage and showed me all of the issues while my car was on the lift. They further answered any questions I had regarding repairs & general advice. When a new caliper did not arrive due to a mistake on their part, they took off the charge and still warrantied my brakes. Long story short, my SUV is working great and I received a great value for the price of the repairs. I recommend with no reservations. We were told it would take about 2 hours so we let them know we would take a walk to some of the local shops and we would be back in a couple hours . We returned right at 11:00 knowing that it was exactly 2 hours and that left us perfect time to get to the Dr appointment . We sallies in only to find out they never even touched our car. With a slow leak in one tire, we were forced to rent a car to get to the appointment . They acted like it was no big deal, no apology , and had an attitude letting us know how busy they were. I guess an appt means nothing to this place and zero integrity as well. Seek tires elsewhere as there are many choices all around Cape Coral, as this place is pathetic

Pep Boys/Antonio is very very competitive with other tire shops and locations! Benny and Jarred did a great job removing and installing the old and new tires. They all made me feel very welcome with awesome welcoming and acknowledgement when I arrived. They all are very knowledgeable, respectful, reliable, honest, hard working gentlemen. I am so happy I gave them my business. They truly deserve ur business too and they will show u what a real tire shopping experience is all about. They don't yank ur chain. Very excellent experience! I enjoyed my experience here at this location that I want to advertise for them by sticking a magnet of the company on my truck for them. That's how fantastic they are. Antonio thank u. And I really hope u send me a magnet because I really want to advertise your awesome services! Thank u soooo much. Oh and also I had it in and out that same day. Dropped off and picked up. Apparently that's not how appointments work here. 11:00 rolls around and the truck still isn't finished, but I can see they're working on it because it's in the first bay by the waiting room. But the owner comes up to me and apologizes for the wait and tells me that there would be no charge today because they were too slow! I took my 2013 Porsche Cayenne S in to have the BRAND new Porsche factory tire pressure sensors…read moreinstalled, and they could not activate the factory sensors. The Owner Scott told me he can program the Autel TPMS sensors as that is what he has a tool for and what he recommends. SO I ordered a set of Autle sensors took it in and waited three hours while they installed and then attempted to activate the sensors and they still could not get the job done now I live 45 minutes away from these so-called experts so now I have made six round trips here to this store spent now $500 bucks and still they do not work? So I called Autel tech support. Going back one of the things they told me is they programmed the sensors to 315 frequency and then took the tires back down in order to reprogram to 433 and after speaking with Autel none of this was true as the tool will not let you program these to 315 as that is not an option after you enter the year as 433 is the ONLY option you can choose. then Scott told me SEE THIS IS WHY WE USE ARE ON SENSORS YOUR ARE NO GOOD CAN NOT BE PROGRAMMED??? So I took a chance as I used to own a Porsche repair center but retired now and I ordered the Autel TPMS 508 tool $233 bucks today I spent 30 minutes programming and activating the same sensors with the same tool they were using and guess what they now work. The two guys trying to program the sensors they didn't know what they are doing and On top of all that when I tried to talk to them, they got defensive yelled at me then hung up the phone on me. All the technicians had to do was properly enter the correct data as prompted by the Autel tool screen as I did by copying the sensors ID and manually imputing then activation and they now work perfectly so not much of an Expert tire center are they?
