Needed an oil change for my Kia Optima with 23,500 miles. Went to Valvoline instant oil change and there were 12 cars waiting. Found Swift lube right down the street and there was no wait. They changed my oil told me upfront how much it would cost, checked my fluid levels and put air in the tire and I was out of there in 10minutes.. The waiting room could use an update but other than that they got the job done. read more

Oil change for 2019 Subaru Forester. Guys we're friendly and quick. I liked that they didn't try any unnecessary upsells. Everything was fine when I left. But a week later I noticed some leaking under the car and it started shifting hard. Should I take it back to them? Decided since it's CVT issue and CVTs are delicate took it to Subaru dealer. They said it looked like someone removed the transmission drain plug then put it back but didn't tighten it enough. Dealer said it's not unusual as Subaru oil drain plug is near tranny drain plug. There appeared to be some transmission fluid missing. Because it's a CVT transmission they can't top it off but had to do a flush and fill/re-learn CVT. $560.21 plus tax. Probably was just an unlucky mistake but I won't go back again and risk another $500 repair bill. Maybe if you don't have a Subaru you'll be OK to try them? read more

I have a few things to say about this place. This place overcharges first of all. Also with the package with the oil change it included all other fluids checked but the next day I checked myself and my coolant was almost completely empty. This is my second time visiting Swift Lube Plus. The first time was for a full synthetic oil change--perfect. This time was for new rear brake pads, rotors, and one caliber. They were very accommodating. I originally had scheduled for just rear brake pad replacement. When I got there, they advised me the rotors and one caliber were shot/locked up as well. They recommended I replace them all, and gave me a very reasonable price. I rescheduled for the following Tuesday. I ended up having time to drop the car off on a Saturday, and I called, and they said, bring the car in! I was able to drop the car off in the morning, and they had it done by the end of the day. They did a great job and communicated well with me. The manager Luc (pronounced, Luke), the manager, is a hard worker and is there every time I go. He is friendly and gets the job done, even when there are 6 cars there waiting for oil changes/services. I recommend this place and will be back in the future. read more

1415 Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral. Bigtime scam outfit. Went in for a motor oil change. The tech told my daughter that her differential needed a fluid change because of metal shavings. BS! How could he possibly know that there are metal shavings in the differential without pulling the plug and draining it. NO ONE would pull the differential plug on a engine oil change, period. She NEVER asked for the differential to be checked. Also a fluid change WOULD NOT correct a serious bearing / gear issue that resulted in differential failure. Confirmed with two other mechanics. On a Sunday morning my car wouldn't start. I called up Swift Lube Plus and they were open and said they could get right to investigating the problem with my car (2000 Lexus RX300). I had it towed there and very soon after it arrived they called me and told me it was the starter and the cost to fix it was just about half what I expected to pay. The repair was finished in an hour, all with me never actually being there until I went to pick up my car! Swift Lube Plus made what could have been a significant pain as painless as possible with their availability to work on my car on a Sunday, the speed with which they repaired it and the low cost of the parts and labor. They even offered to come pick me up if I could not get a ride into their shop! Thank you very much Swift Lube Plus! Update 4-25-2016 Swift Lube Plus has done additional work on my car, each time really helping me be able to manage the cost by best advising me when to have what done to save on total labor costs. They even kept a part in stock my car needed for 5 months at no charge until I could afford to have that work done! Luke and Cameron are great mechanics and provide outstanding customer service. These guys were extremely courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable! I walked in earli-ish with my tire light on. Walked into reception area and waited maybe a minute or two for someone to come from the bay (they were tending to other vehicles and I didn't mind because rushing someone could cause issues as well as injuries). Asked me what the problem was and that they would take a look. It took a minute to figure out there was a nail in my tire (third one since living in CC!) they did NOT push me to purchase a new tire or anything, said they could plug it up and I'll be good to go. Made sure I would be ok driving it long distances as I drive a lot due to work and they said it would be perfectly fine! I was on my way in less than 20 minutes for the entire process!! The gentleman informed me they also do regular maintenance and I told him that I would be definitely coming here because they were nothing but polite and didn't upsell me anything. Quick in and out shop. Very informative about what is good or bad on your car. Brought me out to my car and had everything laid out to show me. Most was good but my transmission needed flushed. My favorite part is they always show you your fluids and compare it to the new fluids. It was damn near black and transmission fluid is pink. Fair prices, way cheaper then the dealership. Went there for a brake job and asked for the old parts and manager said he threw them out and would have to go digging through the garbage. As if they weren't on top somewhere; the shop had just completed the job. He acted like I was silly for asking, but since he wasn't happy to go get them, that tells he's hiding something. Decided to try out this place instead of Tires Plus. Drove in and out in 30 minutes. No appointment necessary. The manager was very nice and informative. They honored a coupon . My only quirk is that they didn't all have uniforms, the sitting area had no t.v. And they seemed unorganized but hey somehow it all came together. I will use them again. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Every time I take my car here, I leave completely surprised to remember that these guys really take care of me. I am a younger female, and most shops try to get me to change out unnecessary filters, etc. Not here. I can't count the number of times I have brought my car in with an issue, and they look at it and take care of it without overcharging. I just ran over there on my lunch today. When I walked in, I didn't see the usual tech or Manager, but that was okay. I explained my problem with my AC blowing hot, and wanted them to look at it to tell me what it needed. They pulled it in, checked it out and were done in 15 minutes. They told me I had a Freon leak, but it was small so it will take a while for me to notice it again. THEY FILLED MY FREON. And told me to have it checked out by the dealer when I go for some other service and to have a nice day! No charge. I will continue going here and to recommend them for all my minor service. I am a snowbird in Cape Coral Florida and needed oil change. Noticed this place only a couple miles from home. All I wanted was an oil change. I found it curious that they have you get out of car and can't pay till done. I also noticed them calling in most customers to "show them things wrong@. The fast talking salesman talked me into extra special oil for extra $10 and said would get 5,000 miles instead of 3,000 which sounded reasonable. Then he said needed filter for additional $16 which I know is the usual rip off standard but I did need it so said ok. He further tried to scare me into replacing my transmission fluid for another $90 despite the fact my car had only 53,000 miles on it. When I told him that, he says he thought I had more like 80,000. Probably a good idea to know how many miles are on a persons car before saying need service and even though research tells me the fluid wouldn't be necessary till at least 80,000 miles he got shitty with me when I refused. Ended up costing me $62.00 for a freaking oil change. Buyer beware!!!!!!! Oh and he didn't put a sticker in my window like my friendly place does in Cleveland. But low and behold on the receipt it says to change in 3,000 miles instead of the supposed 5,000 for the "premium" oil. read more

I went to this establishment on Sept. 30 for an oil change. I observed that the guy in the showroom (who's name I believe was Luc) was trying to up-sell every customer. I'm used to this from all the oil change places I've been to in the past. So just as expected, he comes out with a dirty air filter and cabin air filter. I told him that I would take care of it later. He then tells me that they charge the same as Autozone. So I told him to go ahead and do it. So I checked Autozone on my phone and he was lying. I went into the area where the mechanics were and I told him to forget the filters. To make a long story short, he agreed to sell me the air filter for $10.00 but he would not match the cabin air filter. I said OK go ahead with the air filter. I paid and left and had nagging felling that I better check to see if the air filter was changed. When I pulled out the air filter it was the original and not a new one. I was furious and drove right back. When I pulled into the parking lot he saw me and came right outside. I'm sure he knew why I was there and didn't want me in his showroom where other customers would hear me. I said to him "we have a big problem". He then says to me "I changed the cabin air filter not the engine air filter". I said to him show me that a clean filter was installed. He then pulled out the cabin air filter and it was clean. However, this is not the filter he said he was going to change. You see, this guy is a game player. The cabin air filter is cheaper than the engine air filter. Two days later I decided to check the cabin air filter to make sure it was correct and sure enough, it was bunched up because it was the wrong filter. I went to Advanced Auto and had to buy a new one anyway. I do not recommend this establishment and beware this Luc guy. read more
