Scheduled an appointment in the morning for 1pm same day.Got to the store at 12:50pm to check in, clerk tells me I was on his list to call to tell me they couldn't service my car today. I Have zero issue with them not being able to service my car today, however 10 minutes prior to my appointment you tell me I was on your list to call when I show up in person. So unprofessional. We ordered tires online with an appointment for installation. The store called and offered us a better option for tires on sale and in stock. Also with a better warranty. My wife took the car in and they installed and checked the alignment we also purchased the lifetime alignment package. I would recommend Tires Plus on Del Prado. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and when I checked the oil level, I found it was 23oz short of full and I had to purchase addition oil to add. This is the second time this has happened at this location. In addition, the tire pressures were low and appear to not have been checked. read more

What really impressed me was their professionalism and their ability to keep the appointment and get me out of the shop in a reasonable time! They also caught the fact that the last shop installed the oil filter O ring incorrectly that caused my check oil light to come on and caused a small oil leak. I blew a tire so it was beyond repair but they ordered a replacement for me. It was there the next day. They said it might take more than an hour so I walked and got a bite to eat. As a woman I am always afraid that when it comes to my car, I am prone to being taken advantage of. I have been to tires plus now numerous times and never felt that way once. They patched my tires countless times after hurricane Ian and never pressured me to purchase new tires. I recently took my car in for a once over to make sure it's in good condition for a roadtrip and was a bit apprehensive as to what they may find and what they may talk me in to replacing. It turns out they were so straight forward and showed me their findings and we talked things through and there was no pressure and no crazy talk about having to replace numerous things. First let me start out by saying I don't leave reviews but in this case, I feel its warranted and proud to do it. I could use so many adjectives about this experience, but I think the best way to describe it as the epidemy of old school professionalism of the small town trusted complete car care center. When you hear Tire Plus people tend to no think of "Complete Car Care" but just tires and oil changes. Believe me I thought the same thing until this experience. I have a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss and was driving on I-75 and while performing and everyday simple task of turning on headlight high beams, my truck instantly shut completely off. The next day took the truck to multilabel different shops. The Chevy dealership had a 4 month back log to have electrical diagnostics. Three other shops wouldn't even look at it. One shop had a person they could call to at least do a computerized diagnostic but said he thought that would only be scratching the surface to find the problem and wasn't willing to get into it. Then a unlikely recommendation was made to me to take it to the Tire Plus on Del Prado Blvd S. He said there was an amazing technician there that is really "GOOD" at figuring out complex issues. Let me make sure to highlight that EXCELLENT technician name is "Jarred". Being a military veteran Jarred is the living example of "Failure is not an Option". I walk into Tire Plus and instantly greeted with professionalism. Talked to the desk about the issue and no matter how busy this shop is they instantly took the time to listen and didn't hesitate to see if they could help. They just asked me to leave the truck and I didn't even hesitate. I stopped in the next day and got to meet the Service Manager Johnny Kilduff and really took the time to explain to me how extensive the diagnostic efforts they were having to do. He then introduced Jarred that even more took time to explain everything. The whole time both were very concerned with the time it was taking for them to work through it. They were very concerned about making sure to get me back on the road with my vehicle. My experience is typically that is not a big priority to most. John the service manager not only educated me but also keep me fully aware of progress no matter what phase of the process even with extended warranty dealings. He worked closely making sure he did right by the extended warranty company, His company but more importantly he always worked hard to make sure I was looked out for in the process. These efforts are completely unheard of or rare. The thing is while waiting I got to witness, they gave this personalized service to all their customers. One after another they showed their customers, they were important and not matter how small or how big of issue everyone's business was important. I know I only mentioned two people but be assured everyone I came into interaction with was the same way in the caring professionalism. A true team. I can't recommend this Tire Plus any more to people reading this review. I traveled all the way from Naples for this repair. There will never be another shop touching my truck and I have no problem driving to make that happen. read more

This place has monkeys running the place! Car there all day, called it was ready, came in at 5pm to pick it up. Waited an hour to be helped only to be told they never did the work! I still had a tire with 9lbs in it and the guy went out and looked at it 4 times to get the new DOT numbers off the tire to ring it up and didn't even notice the dam tire was till flat!! Nobody in the shop knew how to drive a standard and a customer had to drive her own car out of the bay to be able to leave. Go here is you want but don't be surprised if you leave with a square wheel from the Flintstones because this place has no clue how to do business. BEWARE OF THE MONKEYS!!! read more

I made an online appointment for 10 a.m. on a Friday for a tire rotation. I brought my truck in at 10 and got a 30-45 min completion estimate. I took the dogs for a walk and returned 30 mins later. The truck hadn't moved, but within about 5 mins it was pulled into the bay. I thought that an appointment meant they would take it right in at the appointed time. Apparently that's not how appointments work here. 11:00 rolls around and the truck still isn't finished, but I can see they're working on it because it's in the first bay by the waiting room. But the owner comes up to me and apologizes for the wait and tells me that there would be no charge today because they were too slow! On my receipt the discount was called "Customer Expectation Discount (Promise not met)" So things do happen and jobs sometimes take longer than expected. But if it happens to you at this Tires Plus, the owner is going to take care of you! read more

Just got my car back from them and I am shocked by how quick they were. I didn't have an appointment but I got my car in around 9am and got it back at 12. I thought I had a punctured tire but they couldn't find anything wrong with it. So they aired all my tires up for me, told me all the things they tried to find a hole in my tire, and didn't charge me a dime! They even said if I ever need to air up my tires to come back and they would do it for me! Thank you so much to Freddy and the other guys down there! Will never take my car back here for future maintenance and do not recommend anyone to bring their car here. I spent $126 for them to not even do the job. Waste of money. No complaints for me. I purchased a Toyota Tundra from a dealer and brought it to Toyota for a pre buy check. Toyota said it needed new front brakes at about 300$. I opted to buy the truck and took it to Tires Plus to get the brakes replaced. They came out and asked why I wanted the brakes replaced as they were at 8 mm and not below the 3 mm that Toyota had indicated. Tires Plus could have easily just replaced them and charged me the fee but didn't. To me that's honesty. I only deal with honesty. read more

They do give Paris estimates, and try to be very upfront on what they estimate the cost will be. Nice clean place, and they will give you a quote for tires if you're close to needing them. The following day I took it elsewhere and got it plugged for 5 bucks. No problem. Good service gets good reviews. Clearly this wasn't good service but a ridiculous upsell that didn't work. My family and I have been going to this store for almost four years now. I can honestly say they are one of three automotive related businesses I can totally trust. The other two are owned by friends. Shane and the crew are always friendly, helpful and honest. They happily go the extra distance for their customers. On several occasions they could have taken advantage of me, but were honest and didn't go for the big ticket repair just because they could have. One time in particular I was sure I needed a total brake job. I didn't and they clearly explained the problem to me, did some other minor repairs I requested and sent me on my way. Today I dropped off a tire for repair. As I was driving out of the parking lot Shane noticed my space saver spare was low and chased me down so he could put some air in it. That guy cares about people and shows it with his words and by his actions. I will keep going back with confidence as long as Shane and crew are at this store. read more

I had my 2001 Crown Vic Police interceptor towed into the Cape Coral Store due to a flat rear right tire and a bad full spare. My wife accompanied the vehicle to the store. We had a printed quote for 150.99 including all charges except taxes. She was charged 180.00. I would have expected the store's mechanic to put the 2 new tires on the right rear (Flat) and the full spare rim and placed on the rear of the car and the left rear, (next best tire) used as the new spare since all 5 rims are interchangeable. Instead they put a new tire on the right rear, a new tire on the left rear, then took the left rear tire and put it on the spare rim charging for the additional labor for one tire. At least this is what they claim they did. She was told that they had to charge the labor for a 3rd tire because it was a spare rim and not the same as the other rims. I had my rims evaluated by 2 other stores, Tire Kingdom, and Firestone and the store managers stated that there is absolutely no difference between any of the 5 rims the car has. One manager further stated that some shops will charge extra labor for this type of work that is unnecessary work or maybe not do the work at all only to charge an extra amount. I am extremely displeased with the level of service at this store. I spoke to Lucas over the phone and he said that his reasoning for doing that was the rims were different. Lucas spoke to me as if I have no knowledge of cars. While I do not claim to be any sort of mechanic, I do know that my cars has 5 full rims and tires all the same size and same size tires. This is the second time that I have had bad service with this store. I purchased a full set of tires for our second vehicle and had a run in with this same person. My previous complaint was the 59 minute promotion or $59 off. When I claimed they ran well over time he used an excuse that we did not have an appointment and the promotion was only based on scheduled appointments. While i accepted his reasoning, he was very rude and condescending. He told me I should read the promotional rules better before I make a complaint. I obviously walked out of the store infuriated due to his demeanor. After hearing from a friend that his car was serviced there and he had a nice experience I decided to give your company another try. I can assure you this will not be the case going forward. Furthermore, I plan to tell my friend of our poor experience to warn him of the shady business practices of Lucas and/or his staff. I feel that my wife was taken advantage of because of her lack of knowledge of cars and this service agent was just adding extra labor that was not only unnecessary but may not have been done at all as the 5 rims on the car are all the same size and all full rims. read more
