The warranty is a scam! I purchased 2 brand new Mesa HT tires for $229.48 AND spent $97.16 for the complete tire protection , $15.98 for the tire pressure monitoring system sensor, $12.00 for rotations and balancing for the life of the tire, and I paid $35.20 flat repairs for the life of the tire! When I got a flat (within the year that the warranty should have been honored) and showed up to the Tire Kingdom in Lehigh Acres with the receipt including the warranty, I was told that I would receive a $27 "credit" but that I was still expected to pay $148.98 based on the Corporate Office "algorithm." After contacting the corporate office and remaining on the phone with customer service for more than an hour (see photo) I decided to re-install Yelp JUST to write this review. Stopped in to make appointment to have rubber dam repaired. It had fallen off and dragging on the ground. It was near closing time. Manager had car taken back and placed on rack. Mechanic removed broken rubber parts. They refused payment and told me to have a nice weekend. I am an old time customer but had not received such responsive service in years. Had stopped going to Tire Kingdom because of attitude in the past. Terrible. Step-son had an appointment for noon because he had to work at 4pm today. He got there just before noon. Sat there till 3pm. They never got his car in. When he told them at 3pm that he had to go to work, they told him "your next." He could not wait. Still has not had oil change. I had a similar experience months ago. Dropped off car at 8am. Was told they would get to it. Told them was going out of town next day. They said it would be done by noon. Called them at 3pm. Still not in. Told me to be there at 5:30 to pick it up. Showed up. Still not in. They told me "I was next." They pulled me in at 6:00pm and finished at 6:30. Nice guys but they claimed the internet orders back them up every day. read more

(6-20-23 to 6-23-23)I came to this location to get my break done. I made an appointment online and arrived only to find out they didn't have my appointment on the books. They are merging with another company called Mavis and are no longer using Tire Kindgom website. I arrived at 9:30am my car didn't get into a bay and looked at until 12:30p. They told me I needed new brake pads and rotors and completed the work about 2:15p. Well I noticed the same noises coming from my brakes the next evening coming home. I went back and told them I could hear the grinding noises so it was taken for a test drive. I was waiting outside for them to return and when my car was pulled in I could hear the grinding and a high pitched whistle. They put it back on the lift (at this point I was super PO so I didn't see if the mechanic actually took everything apart to look at it) and assured me that the brakes where fixed. But told me that my clutch was going out (manual transmission). So I decided to go to a REAL MECHANIC to do a clutch review/diagnostic on it. And when we went for our test drive he kept telling me it was my brakes. We go back to his garage and when he takes the tires off he asked me to come and look at it before he touches it. The pads where falling off! And the brackets that attached to one of the parts fell off during me filming a video. I was livid to say the least. I called them and told them what I had found out and they wanted me to come back!! I told them I wasn't coming back because 1. I couldn't come back I'm stranded because you didn't do the work properly and 2. Refund my money to my card (PAID CASH) so I can get this FIXED RIGHT NOW!! I went back to return the parts and showed them pictures and video of what happened. I actually went off on them. The mechanic knew he F up because when he saw me entering he went back into the garage area and wouldn't look at me. This could've caused me to have a serious accident on a major interstate due to commuting to work. In addition to this review I plan on calling the corporate office, BBB, and posting other reviews to insure that this doesn't happen to someone else. I have been on the fence for months about writing this but it needs to be written as I have had more than one bad experience. The first incident happened over a year ago, I usually do my own work as I am mechanically inclined and have the tools to do the work with. Unfortunately it was a time issue (my lack of time) so I had the Lehigh branch of Tire Kingdom do a front brake job, they pitched new calipers and lines, and a system flush. I said yep, do it all. Price was negotiable and I negotiated it down to what I thought was fair. About 6 months later I notice while rotating my tires the passenger side brake pads were almost gone, so I took it back up. Turns out the caliper was bad (or so I thought at that time) and stuck which also caused the rotor to warp. They said it could not be turned and I had to buy a new one and brake pads, but the caliper was free. I said Ok, do the work. Another four months pass and while rotating my tires I notice the same issue on the same side caliper. This time I looked at it myself. What I found was this, the person who did the brake job there cross threaded the caliper bolt into the spindle, this would in turn not allow the brake caliper to slide all the way open. So bought a new caliper & tap then re-tapped the caliper bolt hole in the spindle & installed the new caliper. Second incident, I had Tire Kingdom install new tires on rims I had taken up there, all was fine and good. They knew me from before and were aware I was fully capable of working on my vehicles (read this as they know I am a wrench and should not try to put one over on me). A few days later I sent my son to Tire Kingdom in Lehigh to get some tires mounted on the rims of his Envoy. These tires had been previously purchased three weeks earlier elsewhere on sale. I shook the Envoy down before we bought two months prior and there was nothing wrong with it other than it would need new tires in the near future. I figured I would give Tire Kingdom in Lehigh the benefit of the doubt on the brake issue I previously had and just move on with it. Besides it was Saturday and just a set of tires getting mounted on rims for my son and nothing more, or so I thought. Tire Kingdom put the fear of god into that kid telling him that his front suspension was going to "fall out from under his Envoy" and one of his front tires has cords showing. His mother called me freaking out telling me that Tire Kingdom of Lehigh told her the same thing that "one of his front tires was worn to the cords & the front suspension was going to fall out from under his Envoy". This was a lie as I literally just checked the tires myself and sent him up there with the new tires I had previously purchased elsewhere on sale to be mounted and balanced. I said I would call them and take care of things. When I called they must have not remembered me. They gave me the same B.S. story and said they would "give us a break" for only $1400.00. Tire Kingdom of Lehigh would do the work which they said was both upper A arm replacement along with an alignment. This did not include mounting and balancing the new tires either! Now mind you, I shook this Envoy down before we purchased it two months prior and I knew the A arms had no issues. Tire Kingdom had determined that the Envoy needed to stay there for the night until the parts would arrive and they could do the work the next day since it was "Unsafe to drive". I requested that they send me a pic of the tire with the cords showing on the vehicle, which they would not do. I said I would be right up to see for myself, at that point they said no need to come up they would just send him on his way. LOL, funny how fast everything changed when I wanted to come up and see for myself. Meanwhile my son had been waiting there for four hours. I had my son bring the Envoy to my house and I re checked the tires and A-arms, everything was fine. Next I made an appointment for a few days later & had my son take the Envoy & the new tires into Fort Myers to West Coast Wheel off of Fowler Street. I have done business with West Coast Wheel and they do good work and are honest. I told my son (he is not mechanical at all as I am sure you know by now) to have West Coast Wheel check the front suspension and I also told my son to not say a word about what had happened at Tire Kingdom in Lehigh. I told him to give West Coast Wheel my number and call me with their findings. West Coast called me around 10:30 AM and said the only thing they could find was a tie rod end and it really wasn't that bad. I asked for a price to replace it and do an alignment & mount the new tires which they said would be $228.00. I said do the work. We saved over $1200.00 by being educated about vehicles and taking the Envoy to an honest business. I will never do business with Tire Kingdom again. read more

After my husband waiting for 10 minutes without acknowledgement from Nancy, the Manager (?) finally asks how she can help him. when he tells her our situation, right away, we are sorry, we cant help you. Took in a warranted flat tire. Never heard from them. Went back the next week, there sits the tire. The girl says she can't check the computer to see why it hasn't been fixed. After two more weeks we went in and we're told oh it's been ready this whole time, we patched it. The patched tire went flat within two days. Took it back again and again were told 3-5 days. After more than a week we went in (because again we never heard from them) and were told your new tire is here, but we can't find it! 3 hours later we picked it up and they wanted to charge us $211! Had to wait 40 minutes for a manager to come fix the price. In the end they charged us $71 and cost of over a month of our time. read more

Yelp says this location is closed but it's not. For the past two years living in Lehigh, Tire Kingdom was always our go to to get our Jeep's oil changed. Who wouldn't? $19.99 for an oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off, etc. It was a great deal and we never had any issues until our last trip for our oil change. We were getting ready to purchase new tires for our car and when we dropped off our car at Tire Kingdom we asked them to not rotate our tires as we were getting new tires and we didn't want the more vulnerable ones in the front. They assured us they wouldn't touch our tires. After we dropped off our car and returned home, we immediately received a call saying that we needed new tires NOW. That our tread was separating and they were about to blow. We knew our tires were not anywhere close to being that bad and explained to them we were already in the process of getting new tires as their quote of $700+ was not going to happen. They said they'd "talk to us" about the tire quote when we got in and would just go ahead with the oil change. We picked up our car later that afternoon, declined their tire offer, and went home. Immediately we knew something was wrong. Our car was violently shaking, especially when braking. We had no idea what had happened there but decided to check the tire pressure first. Every single tire, yes every single one, had a tire pressure of 10PSI. They had released all the air from our tires AND rotated them after we explicitly asked them not to. They had put my entire family's life in danger just to get us to purchase new tires. We filled up our tires and no longer had an issue. We just had our tires replaced and no. No tread separation at all. Nothing serious whatsoever, just low tread. They could have killed my family. I will never, ever, ever return. For the two years that I've lived in Lehigh Acres I've used Tire Kingdom. For the most part is has been fine. Apparently they hired a new manager. I went in for an oil change after making an appointment online. When I made the appointment, it put in the comments that it is for a synthetic blend. When I got there, I told them that I had an appointment for a synthetic blend oil change. He looked me up and found me. I then said that I have a coupon and pulled out my phone to show him. He told me that he didn't need the coupon because there was no place to put in the code in his computer. Fine. About 45 minutes later, my car is ready. Get to the counter and the price is approximately $20.00 more that what it should be. I ask him and he's like "it's the taxes and fees." I said that doesn't make sense. If the price is $65.00 plus $20.00 off with the coupon, that's $45. There are enough taxes and fees in the world to get this up to $75. He's like, I did a full synthetic it cost more. I said I specifically said I wanted a synthetic blend. He says "well the coupon doesn't work on synthetic blend. It's only for full synthetic so I assumed that's what you wanted." I tell him that I can't do anything about what he assumed because I know what I said and that what he is saying isn't true and offered again to show him the coupon. He tell me "I don't need to see it because I know it doesn't apply." I say that it does and regardless, I asked for a synthetic blend he doesn't get to decide for me that instead I'm getting a full synthetic and that I'm not paying for that. Then he tells me "fine I'll change it to the blend price. I'm not going to argue with you, but just so you know the coupon is for the full synthetic." I say just so you know the coupon is for either the full or the blend. I'm happy to show it to you (3rd offer) and try to show him on my phone. He refused to look at it. When the person who was telling me about my car's diagonoses said that the fee would amount to $900+, I told him I couldn't afford it. Then he said he'll try to help me out and brought the price down to $840. Again, I still said I couldn't afford it. When I mentioned that I wanted a second opinion, he tried to pressure me into fixing the car. Anyway, I decide to not go with their service and picked up my car. Took a little while to get my truck in the bay, but what do you expect at a very busy store on a Monday. Once my truck was back there, the mechanic took the time to come up front and ask the manager to bring me back there so I could see with my own eyes the issues going on.. My car was dying and we were out on the highway. I found my way to Leigh Acres barely. Found the tire kingdom and they were fantastic! They immediately tried to diagnose the problem but the exhaust was so hot they were afraid of fire. They could tell that a couple of cylinders were not firing. Since they could not fix it, they did not charge me anything for the diagnostic test. My car was under warranty and they said I just need to get it towed to ford the next day. They locked my expedition up in their garage and then gave four golden girls a ride back to Cape Coral. The next morning they helped with the tow truck who took it back to ford. The service may seem pleasant because of the smiles but behind those smiles seems to be dishonesty!!! They pad your bill with additional things that you "need" without letting you know that it's optional. We told them that we didn't want a particular service & they did it ANYWAY and we had to pay for it. They then turn around & give you "discounts" to "help you" with what should've never been there in the first place. BUYER BEWARE!!! CROOKS! I'm a Brit and have limited knowledge of local services and businesses in Lehigh Acres, SW Florida. I needed new tires for my Pontiac, took it to Lee Blvd., Lehigh Acres Tire Kingdom. That was mistake 1. Their website said the Cooper tires I wanted are $91.99. I telephoned to make an appointment and was told, come right on in, we can do your car now. I was met by a very nice young man who promptly came out to get tire size etc. After a little tongue clucking from him I was told that yes, my tires were worn and needed replacing (I knew that, or I wouldn't have gone there), that my rotors were worn (really? They were replaced last year, and I've done less than 2000 miles), my front brake disks were shot (oh my, they were replaced less than 2000 miles ago when the rotors were replaced) and that my brake fluid would be 'burnt' and need a 'power flush' and replacement brake fluid and that I would need a replacement brake line. Also, my alignment was, apparently, 'way out' and would also need doing. Now I check my vehicle every week, without fail, and one of those checks is for 'feathering', a roughness of the edges of the tires, due to incorrect alignment, where they have contact with the pavement surface and there was absolutely no feathering. Now I'm not a mechanic nor am I a tire fitter but I am reasonably intelligent, a very experienced driver (40+ years of driving both professionally and personally) and I would know if my vehicle was not handling correctly, if the tracking was out of alignment, if it pulled one way or the other under braking or in inclement conditions or under load. I'm also reasonably astute when it comes to being ripped off, I don't do it and I expect other businesses not to do it to me. Mistake 2 was when the guy had said all of this and I didn't pull him up instantly, but I wanted to see where this was going. Inside, he consulted his computer, added lots of things to the list and quoted me $740 and change! I was expecting nearer $200! At nearly $750 when I was expecting to pay $250 or so for 2 tires, I politely declined his offer and after some resistance from him and dire warnings about safety (scare tactics? Really?) he finally came up with $367.48 but even that seems excessive for 2 tires. Here's a breakdown of what I couldn't see on their website... tire: $91.89, Mount and install: $7.00 One-time balance: $9.99 Balancing for the life of the tire (what?): $8.00 Road hazard warranty: $20.96. Now let me see, that's an additional $45.95 and that's PER TIRE! That's another $91.90 or another tire. Now to be fair, I did get a VIP discount (how did I get to be a VIP? I'd never been there before) of $5.00 and I putting that toward my time writing this. I also sat and waited 53 minutes, with my vehicle sat outside, ready, while my 'server' spent time chatting on his phone, talking to other customers and discussed going for lunch. I had to ask if we were done before he took my money! As a result of this 'advice' I took my vehicle to the body shop I use for servicing / repairs and asked them to check my vehicle thoroughly for me. Now I trust these guys, they've done all my auto work since I've been here (I didn't know they did tires or I'd have gotten them to replace them), and it was booked in for a service in a week anyway. I brought it forward just in case, based on what I'd been told by Tire Kingdom. I got them, specifically, to check the brake disks, rotors, brake lines, brake fluid and steering and asked them to specifically look for any leaks of any fluids on the underside of the vehicle. After some quizzical looks from the guy at the auto shop, he asked why as I'd only just had that type of work done. I told him, his face said it all, he didn't need to say anything. Now he knew what the story was, and he could have ripped me off and said yes, Tire Kingdom was correct, and I'd have paid it without issue. Instead of that, I was charged $30.00 for the oil change, a new oil filter and a 20 minute, 2-person inspection of what I'd asked to be checked. Should any member of Tire Kingdom wish to know, my order number is: 400025577724, 06/14/2018 at 1259. I'm guessing TK is a franchise and I would doubt that anybody will even read this, but it makes me feel better knowing I did my bit to warn others. I was 'given' a $10 off coupon printed on top of my invoice for my next visit. I'm laughing out loud (not quite a maniacal laugh), sitting at my keyboard because they think I'll be going back! If this was the last tire company on the planet, I would buy a new pair of stout, hard wearing walking boots! These people are thieves! I took my car to this location because the tire was making a slight thumping noise. These criminals said my shock was blown and the other two were damaged. They said all three need to be replaced. So I would have to buy four shocks " they only sell them two at a time " also a tie rod among a few other things needed fixed. The total these criminals gave me was about 2500.00. I told them no and the next day I took the same car to Walmart. After an hour he said one shock was damaged and it should be replaced. I told them what Tire Kingdom told me. The guy from Walmart shook his head and said that Tire Kingdom were lying their asses off, that the other three shocks were fine, the tie rod was fine, everything was fine. They did point out a bubble in the same tire of the shock that was bad. That tire Kingdom completely missed.It cost me a couple hundred bucks. If you don't want to get ripped off, cheated or taken advantage of stay away from Tire Kingdom. If you believe I should not criticize this company in this location because of the actions of a couple men, you're wrong. Those workers get paid by the hour. They have to because if they got paid for the job. They wouldn't make any money when it was slow. So why would they try to sell me all this extra crap I don't need just so they themselves have to do more work without getting paid any more money. I am guessing what happens is they get a flat rate by the hour and they probably get a percentage of how much money they brought in for Tire Kingdom. Either way they're a bunch of criminal scum bags. EXTREMELY upset with this place. I went in and asked them for an oil change and for them to look at my tires. maybe even get a rotation and check my tire pressure, since both in dash lights are ON for service on my vehicle. i even told them that i was willing to come back. well they said it's no need and asked if i was willing to wait a little bit. well i assumed a little bit meant an hour maybe even hour and a half. Guess i was wrong.. after three hours I was told that the oil change was done and that I needed new tires and an alignment. Really?! It took three hours for that?! come to find out they didn't even reset my oil light and didn't check my pressure. took me 1 min to google it and reset the lights myself since they were obviously incapable. If this place is the closest to you make sure you make an appointment and if you can't then you better find someone to pick you up while you wait on your vehicle. All good until they charged me $9.00 for shop fees as defined on their invoice as "miscellaneous shop supplies or waste disposal". There are no shop supplies or waste associated with a Wheel Alignment. They just found a way to pretty much negate the coupon sans $1.00. Total cost after coupon with the added "fees"- $94.33. Although the service, so I was told, was performed they lost my trust that the work was performed correctly if at all. Total rip off.
