Went here for a front end alignment and when I got my car back it was worse then it was before. Took it back and got told it was because of bad tires tire kingdom sold me. Took my car over to tire kingdom and they looked my car over and told me there was nothing wrong with my tires and fixed the alignment tire plus messed up on for free. I went in for a tire balance and rotation, they told me they couldn't do it due to low tread. When I went in my tires were at 42 psi, when I left my front passenger side tire was at 12. They told me it was a crack in my sidewall, I left and went somewhere else. They showed me where the whole was, which was on the inner side of my tire. It looked as if they found a screw or nail and pulled it out without saying anything to me, leaving me to drive away with basically a flat tire. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

Bring in two trailer rims off the trailer already and two brand new tires, I've been going there for probably 15 years, I left them said I can pickup on Sunday or Monday no rush, I call to see if they're ready and he says yes it'll be 70 dollars to just mount two tires, they now lost a long time customer that's just robbery. read more

I ordered four new tires on 4/3/25 and was set up with an installation appt. on 4/6/25. Upon arrival I was told the tires were not in house as the manager who took my order didn't get a deposit. I told them I would've gladly put down a deposit if asked and that they should've called me for my credit card info. I had a gouge on one of my tires and couldn't wait any longer for safety issues. I told them their mistake cost them a large-ticket sale and went down the road to a competitor who set me up right away with four new tires. Tires Plus dropped the ball on my sale and I won't be back to give them another chance. read more

I have had nothing but issues with this place. Can't believe how busy they stay. Took a work fleet car for maintenance. They didn't put the plastic cover back after the oil change so I'm driving down the interstate wondering what the noise is. Saw they didn't put that back so it has dragged and bent back. Next time back - still didn't fix it. I had called and set an appointment. Went in and they said there was no appointment. Their phones had been out the day i called so apparently the service that answered and set the appointment didn't get this set with the actual store. So we scheduled another day. That morning my tire was flat so i aired it up and said i would also have to get the tire fixed while it was there. Turns out - they only fixed the tire and NEVER did the maintenance that was originally scheduled. I have no idea why communication for appointments has been so difficult. Gave up and going elsewhere. I would give negative stars if possible. read more

Totally BS! Have no tires to fit my Hyundai Ellantra in inventory. Salesman suggested I go to Walmart and buy my tires and bring them back to him for installation. Okay great, I did that I get back to the tire shop only to be told I would have to leave my car there for the day they had no openings. Even though there wasn't a single car in any of the bays being worked on. Will never go here again. read more

It took an excessively long time to get my tires installed and then I had to go back the next day to have my tire pressure sensors reset. They told me that the sensor batteries were needing replacing as they were low but it has been 4 months and they have not been an issue once they set them. read more

got a flat tire and car was stranded at the gas station. took the tire off and took to tires plus to have it swapped out. the man at the front counter said they were only open for another 2 hours and with 2 cars in their shop they couldn't get to it. he asked if I could drop it off. I told him the car was at the gas station and he responded that I could have the car towed there and left. the lack of care was astonishing and I will never return. Absolutely the worst of the worst. Went in for four new tires today and first was charged almost 60$ more than what it said when I made the appointment online but that's just minor compared to what happened next. Go to pull out of there and have no steering on my vehicle at all...ended up in the median in front of their building. They of course took no responsibility for it but it steered fine before they put the tires on. They were rude and just straight up assholes....wouldn't even try and help at all. Had to have the car towed and walk 6 miles in 80+ degree weather. If I was you I'd "steer" clear of this place. They are absolutely the worst company I've ever seen. read more

I just moved to this area and needed a balance and tire rotation. I was greeted and helped immediately upon asking if there was any openings available that day. Within a half an hour, all the tires had been balanced and rotated. And I have to mention that this was the best tire balance that was ever done to this car. I have had this Lexus RX300 since 2002! I cannot say enough about this Tire Plus! I am going back tomorrow to have a front end alignment! TBC! read more

We ordered a set of hard to find tires for the wife's car. They came in just like they said. We made a 11:00 appointment and arrived early and checked in with them. We went next door to the Golden Corral to get a bite to eat (big mistake) when we got back 11:40 the car was ready. We received friendly service at a fair price. We will be back. read more

So I really needed a simple Oil Change and nothing else and I made sure to try and come at least 2 hours before they closed, I arrived at like 5:30 and the guy up front told me they don't do oil changes that late and turned me away with that "I'm not tryna to deal with you" face (best way I can describe it). Now I don't know if I'm tripping but to my knowledge oil changes are quick. but as I was on my way back to my car I turned back and there was only like 2 out of 5 or 6 people working so it's just weird as to why they couldn't have done it. read more

I have used their services for several years and was always very happy with their service. Recently I sent a friend to get his oil changed. He called me and told me that he got there at 8:30 am on a weekday waited till noon and noticed technicians were going to lunch. He asked when can he expect the service and was told after lunch. He said he would be leaving for lunch as well and drove to another service station and had his oil changed in 30 minutes. I was disappointed with my referral. This week I stopped in and ordered a new tires which was supposed to be in on it was supposed to be in by Wednesday and I was scheduled to have it stalled on my rim on Thursday. I dropped off my rim Wednesday evening and told the attendant I would be back to pick it up at noon Thursday. I arrived at noon Thursday and discovered that my rim and tires were right where I left them. Attendant said they will get to them soon. I left and returned at 3 pm. Nothing was done. I got my deposit back and went to a competitor where I got great service, and cheaper. I can't fault the workers as they are short staffed with some bays not working for lack of staff. Other customers told me the have been waiting over an 1.5 hrs and still no service as they had scheduled an appointment. To bad to see this good dealer loose me as a customer. I will not recommend them until I hear they improved. There are other places I can get my services. read more

They operate with a very high level of integrity, honesty, friendliness not to mention an extreemly high level of customer service and actually care about us, their customers. I needed new tires for my Ford Edge and took a chance on Tires Plus they told me that there was a much better riding tire than what came on my Edge for not much more money so I went ahead and got full set....I drove out on a soft cloud road hugging tire and could hardly believe the ride....I've since had car serviced there and it's amazing....if you need to have confidence when you get service and tire look no further.... read more

Overall pretty good. I have a rare car yet they find the parts and do what I ask. One time I needed a road hazard replacement and they put the wrong size tire. I didn't catch it right away but when I did they replaced it no problem. Did my rear shocks but one failed within two months. That was a $500 dollar job and before I could get back to have it warrantied I was broadsided by a girl that ran a stop sign and the car was totaled. They do my oil changes and they did spark plugs, CVT oil change and alignment and all those were flawless. As far as tires, I'd say do your own research before going. I worked with the manager on picking tires and he was very knowledgeable but I was disappointed in the performance of my $700 set of Toyo Versado Noir tires as they were much too stiff and tended to slide in the rain. No one's fault but my own. I now have the same, newer by one year car with Pirelli P7's and they're cheaper and far superior. Everyone is service oriented, sincere and honest. read more

Purchased top end tires. Every time we have the tires rotated they find a "major" repair that's needed. We opt to take it to our own mechanic and every time we've been told that that repair is not needed and unwarranted. Last time, had tires rotated, another "major repair," we took to another mechanic and again unneeded. Only now the car rode like it was out of balance, so we brought it back in for a balancing. This time the tires were too bad to balance! It was only a week before they were rotated and they were fine then? We said no thanks and drove to Walmart and bought tires. We also took the car again to have that "major repair" checked out! Again it was unwarranted. I'd be real, real careful before I bought tires, had repair work done, or even had my existing tires rotated (a week later they could be too bad to rotate). Horrible! This place is a joke. Don't ever go here. I took my vehicle here to get 2 front tires and a alignment. I dropped off my vehicle and waited for the call to pick it up. About a little over an hour later I get the call saying my vehicle is ready. I thought this was odd as it seemed to quick for both services to be done. I later am driving down I-75 and the vehicle is pulling very hard to the right. So I called and told them the issue. They told me to bring it back and they would align it again. They never did it the first time. So I bring it back and the tech takes it for a test drive. Comes back to the shop and puts the vehicle on a rack..not the alignment rack...then I see him take it for a test drive again....when he comes back he parks the vehicle and the lady at the front desk said my vehicle was done. I told her the vehicle was never put on the alignment rack and she then said well you can drive it. Ummm...Ok....so she gets the tech and he says it was the tire that was the problem. Now remember I just had them replace both front and now one is not right? I did not believe it and then another tech comes out and says that my vehicle is not align able..What? So at this point I am done. I leave and I called another shop and asked them if the vehicle was align able or not...he stated every vehicle is!! So please people do not take your vehicle to these non educated rip off shop! Go to Tire Kingdom instead! read more
