had a nail hole in a tire stopped in w my son and handed em the keys. After a friendly smile and exchange of keys they told me it was done after an hour and proceeded to give me a bill of almost 50$! make sure to ask what they are doing and how much bc they had claimed to balance them and other things they did not do and just kept adding to my bill in order to get car back . NEVER GO HERE! Or be clear about " I just want my tire hole fixed. typical scammy car place and terrible service but will exceed your request and hold your vehicle hostage in order to leave .. Big O tires have done a tire plug for free but this was closer z completely just a scammy rip off car place .. they were empty and not busy for a reason . I hate this place and how they operate .. avoid if possible . terrible business model and service all the way around . not to mention they lost my keys left my doors unlocked etc . just trash if I could leave negative stats I would . worst tire place I we we been .. go to robo tire or anywhere first read more

My elderly mother stopped in to have her tire checked that was losing air. She recently purchased tires here and had roadside/hazard protection. No issue was found, however, they took it upon themselves to recommend a new serpentine belt and brake fluid exchange because "it needed done and you could get stuck on the road". This would cost about $400. They didn't even open the hood. The serpentine belt and brake fluid have both been changed in the last year. I don't understand this predatory and dishonest behavior. Times are tough enough for most of us, let alone a senior on a fixed income. You should be ashamed Tires Plus. You've lost 2 customers. read more

Had my breaks done here back in December of 2023. Had to go back in May because of squeaking and grinding..unusual noises. They claimed they fixed the problem, but 2 months later, same noises. Now it's the end of August, same problems but worse and now they want me to come in a third time and saying the breaks may just be defective. Bottom line, they used cheaper pads and showed no concern for my concern. Went to my dealer this time and problem solved. So much for Tires Plus. I thought it'd be quicker and less expensive. I knew better. That's why they offer a high line of credit first thing. Not sure if I'll ever go back for anything else. read more

Thought I was getting a decent deal told me they put new windshield wiper blades on my truck which was 80 something dollars they they said my wiper blades was totally trashed my pickup trucks brand new only had 3,100 mi on it when they told me that and while I was there they got another lady for 80 something dollars for something has anyone else had the problem of trying to get tires and them fixing something else that probably did not need fixed the wiper blades they put on my truck are junk and I do believe I did not need new wiper blades they was fine I only use them one time read more

On July 24th 2017 I purchased 4 new tires my appointment was at noon my car was not ready until 2:43 p.m. on yesterday I woke up to my rear passenger side tire flat I returned to Tires Plus and the tech advised me that it was fixed I noticed he didn't even take the tire off the car this morning I woke up to the same flat tire once again I called Tires Plus and the service advisor said that he would not be able to look at my tire today he is the only one there and he don't know where everyone else is. I had to end up taking my car to Vee Village in order to get this issue resolved. read more

Scheduled a tire install and specifically asked if they fill with nitrogen (they are a tire shop BTW). Was told yes but when I showed up for my appointment, was told that they don't offer nitrogen filling. Never mind that this is what is recommended by all of the major manufacturers (including brands they sell) or that their quoted price is 2x that of other big-box installers who do use nitrogen.... read more

I called looking to have my fifth wheel tire warranty taken care of and was told he didn't have time for me. He wasn't going to wait on hold forever. He didn't want to hold onto my tire for months while the warranty place drug their feet. You might think of getting somebody with good customer service skills to work the phones. read more

One of my friends in the industry recommended me to them. Every time I have been it's been a great experience but I will gear this review to my latest visit. The tire rotation was free because I bought my tires there but regardless it's free when you get an oil change. The Manager who helped me was quite surprising. Normally coming in to one of the place you get a less than adequate communicator who is covered in grease. The Manager here was dressed in slacks and a nice shirt. He was friendly and made conversation and smiled. He called me when the car was ready and again, was extremely friendly and personable. When I came back in he wrote his name down for future reference. One of the best things was how honest they were. I told them I may need a new air filter and when he called he told me it looked fine and didn't need to be replaced. They clearly weren't just about making a buck which was nice and secured my future business. Plus, the oil change was only $30 was is much more affordable than NTB or the dealership. Purchased a new car and did the works needed. The price for the job is competitive and the result is just as expected. Process is simple and the clerk was able to itemize the jobs. Special Ordered Tires seem $10 more per tire than ordering from TireRack, but difference is they can get the tire within half a day. Other jobs performed: -Oil change to synthetic oil with OEM filter (self supplied) -Transmission Drain & Fill -Brake System flush -Alignment (Life Time) -Coolant Flush Didn't have problems afterwards. read more

They offered a tire at a price, received placed order for set of tires at that price, "CONFIRMED" reservation to install tires ordered at price quoted. Upon arrival told never had the tire, no tire ever existed in any regional location region, quoted replacement option over 50% greater than the confirmed reservation quote. Classic bait and switch. Dishonest. Disreputable. Disagreeable and snarky. read more

Went in with a slow leak in a tire. They claimed it was unfixable and wanted me to buy a new tire. I didn't believe them and decided to get another opinion. They charged me $14 to tell me the tire was unfixable. Took it over to Costco, $11 later I have a repaired tire, they said it was no where near the sidewall of the tire like Tires Plus claimed. read more

Avoid Avoid Avoid I brought a damaged tired that was a Bridgestone run flat. (Same parent company as Tires Plus). This is where I met the manager Ken. I was told that he might be able to get me in i 3 hours but he wasn't sure. The quoted price on the tire was $186 upon showing up the price was $250+. I asked why the difference it was due to fees and services including roadside hazard. I asked to have the road hazard removed from the quote and was told that's not possible as you have to purchase it with this tire. The tire I brought in has about 3000k miles on it and yet when I asked if there was road hazard on it I was told no as "it was not purchased at this location" At this point the manager preceded to disengage with our discussion and proceeded to help two other customers. I left in frustration and went one mile down the road to Firestone (again same parent company). Was met wIth excellent customer service at Firestone. They actually had to go get the tire from Tires Plus and had us underway in less than an hour, including having to go pick up the same tire. That being said the Firestone will get all of my business going forward. Oh I should mention too that the service was cheaper and they we able to find a way to sell me the tire without charging the road hazard. As a small business owner I would not trust Ken in any sort of management functionality nor as the face of my company. My hope is that the regional manager or even the local franchiser will see this post and take note of the utter lack of customer service so that it can be corrected. read more

I have spent thousands of dollars at this location and everytime I have a nail in my tire, they refuse to fix it. I have road hazard warranty, yet they say they can't fix it, which is a lie, and they want to sell me a new tire. It is my understanding that Tires Plus and Firestone are now affiliated, and the Firestone location fixed the last tire that had a nail in it a couple months ago. I will not go back to the Noland Rd Tires Plus ever again, they have lost all of my business. read more

I had my four tires replaced. When I left the shop and checked my car I noticed they forgot to replace the valve stems. I had to go back and wait for one more hour. The next day when I got on the highway the car started shaking and jiggling really bad. I had to take it back the next day to have it check. It was not a good experience. Some of these guys don't really know what they are doing. I will not recommend it to anyone. read more

I took my ford explorer in for my 10 am APPOINTMENT ,remind you again APPOINTMENT for an oil change and had asked the guy if he could check my passenger side air vents because intermittently it blows hot air when the settings are on a/c 68 degrees,my driver side vents always do what it is set on.I have the dual ac settings on mine.I really just wanted an oil change because its due to be changed hadn't heard a peep out of anyone and it was goingon 330pm, so I called them, my car hadn't even been touched yet, I told them that was totally unacceptable, the guy said ,well, the notes said something about a complete inspection I didn't know what for,and I was going to call you but forgot, again I said that was unacceptable and told him I am on the way to pickup my car,get there and it was in the same damn I parked it in.I'm guessing since it wasn't a high dollar job that I didnt matter.I have made other appts there before and got the "I don't have a tech here today for that BS". Me and husband both had all 8 of our coils replaced there with no problem, but that was 900.00 job a piece.They also charged him more for his coil changes and we had the same amount done ..8.These people weren't even bothered about me being upset.I took it in Monday aug 6th with 10 am appt. read more

Second time to one of the local Tire Plus stores and this will be the last. They over charged me almost $300 and I had to fight to get yhat fixed. This time they wouldn't patch a tire saying the hole was in the sidewall. I saw where the problem was, took it to another shop and was fixed in 30 minutes. What the heck! read more

Wow appointment at 10:00 at 11:30 they come in with an air filter that wasn't even from my car tell me I need a new one I just replaced it a week ago say I need ball joints and cv joints both new 5 months ago and still had not started on tires I won't be back they're pricing isn't good enough for them to try and up charge for work that doesn't need to be done especially when it's been done recently read more

I am just disappointed in the lack of customer service. I made an appointment for my son for 1pm for an alignment and oil change. He was there by one and by 2:15pm they still hadn't touched his car. When I called to inquire about it, I was told they were running behind, short staffed or something. Here's the thing, I get that things beyond one's control cause delays, especially in service, like this, but have some common courtesy and call the customers with appointments and let them know you are running behind, so they can choose whether or not to reschedule! Or at least bother to say something at drop off!! That's basic decency. The appointment is just as much for our convenience as it is yours and we all have lives and things to do. They quoted me 1.5 hours tops for both services and it took that long for them to take the car back. They ended up just doing the oil change and I will take my business elsewhere for an alignment and will not return. Very disappointed as this place came up on a recommendation. read more

I recently gave Tires Plus another try. I bought tires from them just over a year ago. I went to have them rotated recently. After the rotation, my car wobbled. So I took it back and told them the problem. When I returned to pick the car up, I asked what they did. They said they rotated the tires. Again. So back to where they started. I told them they just undid the rotation they performed weeks earlier. He told me that I really needed new tires (after one year?!?!?!) and that he'd give me a discount on them. Stay away from this place. It's rotating cast of knuckleheads working there. Even the guy who helped me admitted that. read more

I went yesterday to get new brakes since they had a special for $50 off per axle. I had a professional and my husband look at my brakes and rotors before goin so I knew exactly what I needed and wouldn't be talked into getting extra crap done since I am a women and all.....well that's exactly what they Tried to do but I was well informed before I went in. I felt like bc I was alone with my 2yr old they thought I was an easy target ...nope not the one so I left and took my business someplace else. I was told I needed all new rotors and pad on a 2012 journey...all I needed was back pads and I had my rotors turned. TIRE PLUS just wanted to make there money back from running there special. I will never go back there. They were rude to me and expected me to take my daughter out to prove to me I needed what they claimed ...and 3 other people said I didn't need that crap done...my car is sounding and driving great now. I recently bought new tires and paid for an alignment. I had a 9 AM appointment and didn't leave until 5:20 PM. I had to find arrangements to get my children, and almost missed my daughters music performance due to the time they spent on my truck. The tires are great, don't get me wrong and we're a decent price. They had them on and balanced and everything in 2 hours tops. The rest of my time was spent trying to form an alignment. They only have one gentleman who knows how to align a car in that shop (admitted by the service manager.) At 5:20, the man who was trying to do the alignment test drove and said it was good to go. I got in to leave and my steering wheel was completely off. I didn't have time to go back and have it fixed(not that I had any trust left for them to fix). This morning I got my money back for the alignment and took my truck down the road to Firestone. They had a lot to fix, but they have it done and we've been here for 52 minutes. Firestone will now get all of our business. read more
