Instead of just adding air, he explained that for safety reasons it would be best to remove the tire and inspect it. Turns out, I had TWO punctures! He patched them right up and even took the time to explain how much life I had left on my tires and how to check for wear. Great service all around! It was really hot and they even brought me a cold water while I waited. As a woman coming in by myself, I never felt like they were trying to upsell or overcharge me. During my trip in Ramona, it was just my luck I had a flat tire. Luckily, I was at the hotel when this incident occurred. I called roadside assistance to have the spare tire put on replacing the flat. Tires 4 Less was the closest to my location about 12 minutes away. As I drove up, staff kindly assisted me. He spoke little English, but good thing someone else came to translate. They had checked my flat tire and couldn't locate any nail or figure out what was the issue. It surely didn't ease my mind because we were heading out to Julian for the day. So they just added air in all my tires and switched out the spare tire for $10. Service was quick and they were nice so I didn't have any problem. My only concern was just getting back home safely without the tire deflating. We did make it home, but something still felt off. Sure enough there was a small nail in my tire after taking it to another shop. At least this got resolved and I don't need to worry about having another flat. read more

Great experience! Free tire balancing and free alignment. They expertly diagnosed a bad wheel bearing and blown shock. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. Gave me a fair and reasonable quote on new shocks and springs and a new wheel bearing. My truck is quiet and smooth as butter now. They were half the price of a dealership. read more

So impressed by this place. I ran over a nail (on a Sunday of course) and drove into this place on my spare. They repaired the tire without trying to upsell me at all. I was out the door in 15 minutes and $25 flat. The gentlemen were courteous and gave me the full on damsel in distress treatment. They even changed my tire (took off the spare, installed it back into the trunk, and put this one back on) free of charge. I didn't even have to ask them to do that, they just did it. Myself and Daughter went to get a low tire fixed when they said they found a nail and it could not be patched, should have waited for my husband as they took advantage of us and sold us a reconditioned tire. We have been having issues with this tire and come to find out when we took it to another place they patched the tire with a bike patch? Terrible customer service terrible experience. I work for a commercial company that is currently working in the area. One of my crews had a screw in the tire that was causing a slow leak. I had the crew meet me at Tires for less in Ramona for a plug because it was near by. The initial serviceman said he could fix it. Upon fixing he asked cash or card. I told him card, he told me meet him inside. He said it would be $20 and then $25 with the card. I said ok. He rings me up on the POS, I choose print. He says it has no paper. He asks for a number to send the receipt to, I give him my number and upon seeing the receipt I tell him it does not say the work that was done. The receipt just read $25. I tell him I need a receipt that describes the service (itemized) as this is a company credit card. The young service man goes to the back and another employee Ivan comes out. I tell Ivan the receipt just says $25 and I really need it to be itemized. He proceeds to write on a business card plug 20. I said this will not work. "Ivan then says we don't sell fruit and vegetables, this is a tire shop". I said I understand that, but this is not my company and they have rules. Ivan proceeded to get irritated with me telling him why I needed a proper receipt and kept brushing me off. I repeated that it is not my company, not my rules, not my budget, nor accounting.I asked Ivan was he the owner, he says no. I asked to speak to the owner or his supervisor. He refused. I ended up leaving while telling him I will look up the owner myself and tell him how he represents his company. So far no luck on finding the actual owner. The owners brother was very rude. His name was Ivan. He said the tire rim needed to be split to remove the tire. When I questioned why they needed to be done he grabbed my wheel and threw it in the back of my truck. I drove 45 minute to get to the shop. I tried to reason with him but he was very hostile. I used to go to Tires 4 Less in Ramona because they used to be trustworthy. I will no longer go there. Today we went to ask the price on one tire. The man said it would cost $70. We have never paid more than $55 for a single tire there. He claimed the hi price was because of inflation. I don't agree inflation would jack up the price $15 per tire. I believe this is a dishonest practice and they will no longer have us as customers. read more

Rude owner very mouthy and disrespectful and he's not a person of his word basically he bent my 3 inch hitch mount on my truck and broke every weld on there because he decided to let the rear axle up in the air while having a trailer hooked on with 20,000 pounds on the back of that and it's normally the guy in the black shirt very disrespectful I do not recommend the shop unless you're dealing with the chubby guy he at least has a heart. This is the worst shop ever and I do not recommend people to buy anything from this guy he basically raped me with the price and now I had to pay a $2200 tow back home with my load in the brake job pads that he didn't stalled malfunction literally almost caused an accident when he decides to be angry at his customers you're not either just cussed him out but then all of a sudden he says that he's recording and realistically in California you don't have the right to record someone without their consent or permission read more
