I've quested their repairs and have never had to go back for adjustment or the work not done correctly the first time. Since using them as a repair center for several repairs and having great dealings - I decided to begin using them as my go to for state inspections as well. As for cost - again I've never had them up sell me on anything and feel the costs that I've paid for repairs have been fair and most likely less then a dealership. After my vehicle was serviced, my seat came back damaged and pulled apart near the controls. The damage was NOT there before my appointment. I contacted the shop multiple times trying to speak with the manager, but my calls were never returned. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the receptionist accused me of causing the damage myself. As a long-time customer, I expected much better customer service and accountability. This situation also reminded me of previous concerns about pricing. For example, charging around $60 to replace a basic air filter that costs about $10 and takes only minutes to install felt excessive. Very disappointed with how this was handled. I simply wanted honesty, professionalism, and responsibility taken for the damage done to my vehicle. And please do not respond to this review acting concerned now. Went there this morning to get a 6 x 10 light duty trailer. The folks there could not have been…read morenicer or more professional. Once I got it home, an hour drive, I did my usual inspections of the trailer. Tires were a bit overinflated. No biggie. Set them back the factory recommended 50#. All lights worked perfectly. I pulled the wheels and hub covers to check the hubs, bearings and grease. All was perfect. Considering that this is one of their value leader trailers, it looked as though they had assembled the hubs as though their own lives depended on it. I could have pulled this across the USA and it would have been fine. Never found a new trailer IME set up this well. I have 8 tie down hooks to weld around the frame tomorrow and I will call it ready for everything! Best new trailer day I have ever had. I even stopped at a DMV in Suffolk on my way home and got it transferred and plated in 15 minutes. A new world record for DMV service there!

Warning to anyone broken down in the Petersburg area: do not let AAA send you here…read more The manager drove out to get us after a 15-hour highway breakdown and talked us out of going to our arranged destination by promising they were close to town, had RV parts, could fix our truck, and had a beautiful farm facility. Every single thing he said was false. They looked at our truck in the morning on Saturday, then said it was dead so they'd charge the batteries and be back. They never came back. We ended up stranded at a remote, run-down yard with no transportation, no power, and no way to leave for an entire holiday weekend. No one answered our calls or texts for three days. My son had to ride his dirt bike on the highway just to get gas for our generator. When they came back Monday they charged $899.99 for about two hours of actual diagnostic work, fraudulently double-billed our tow, and physically blocked us from leaving until we paid over $1,149 in full. They argued it was because of the holiday even though they were open Saturday and just didn't come to work on our truck as they promised. They refused to listen when we questioned the massive bill, arguing they were helping us and let us stay there, even though we didn't want to be there and were only stuck there because they'd stranded us and forced us to go there in the first place! This is not a business that helps people in emergencies. This is a predatory business that exploits them. Virginia Attorney General complaint filed.

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. We have used them in the past…read morewithout any issues, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Our vehicle has been returned to the shop three separate times after we were told the problems had been corrected. Instead of identifying the actual issue, it felt like the shop was guessing at the problem and having us purchase parts that ultimately were not needed. At one point, we were told the vehicle needed a fuse box, that it would be expensive, and that the repair would take a significant amount of time. We purchased the part after the shop confirmed it was the correct one. When we were notified that the vehicle was finally repaired, we let them know we would be picking it up. After my husband got off work, we arrived after 10:00 to retrieve the car. While the vehicle started, we immediately discovered a new issue--the air conditioner and heater would not turn on. The display read "Climate Off," and none of the climate control buttons were functional. Prior to bringing our vehicle to this shop, the heating and air conditioning system worked perfectly. With temperatures exceeding 90 degrees, it is hard to believe the vehicle was properly tested before we were called to pick it up. A basic quality check should have revealed that the climate control system was completely inoperable. It is disappointing to see what appears to be a decline in the quality of workmanship and customer service. The parking lot is consistently full of vehicles, and the shop continues accepting new repairs, yet it seems the vehicles already in their care are not receiving the attention needed to ensure repairs are completed correctly before being returned to customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I hope they take steps to improve their diagnostic process, quality control, and overall customer service so other customers do not have to go through the same frustrating experience.
