I took my truck there because it was skipping. They had my truck for 3 months with me checking on it every week. I was told it would be fixed by the end of the week every time I went in. I was told there was a problem getting a part however when I called the distributor I was told there was a one day turnaround and no delays due to COVID. After 3 months of being lied to, I went in and found my truck behind the shop in total disarray. Many parts had been removed and thrown in the back of the truck which had about 3 inches of rain water in it. There were also greasy parts thrown inside my truck on my leather seats. I immediately left and called a tow truck to remove my truck. I returned to the shop and told Mr. Allen, owner, that I was removing my truck. Upon hearing that I was removing my truck; one of his employees began swearing and throwing tools around the shop. Mr. Allen was 3 feet from myself and his employee yet he never intervened or stopped his employee. There were other customers who witnessed this outburst. Because of the violent outburst and behavior of the employee, I waited next door for the tow truck and removed my truck. I took it to Halls Bridge Automotive and was told that it was so destroyed that it would cost over $1,000 just to replace the parts that had been thrown in the back of the truck and inside. Even if I would have paid to have it put back together; there was no way of knowing what else had been damaged and the cost were likely to be several thousand of dollars. My truck was destroyed and had to be sold for salvage. I filed and won a lawsuit against Mr. Allen and this business in October 2020 in Butts County. Despite having a judgement Mr. Allen has not paid the judgment or attempted to make payment arrangements. I now have a lien on this business and personal property. I plan to pursue having his business license suspended until my judgment is paid. I would expect a business owner would have more integrity.

Another lie by Naval Roy! My 2005 Dodge Power Wagon broke down on me Halloween night of 2018, a Wednesday. On a Thursday after speaking to a local transmission part supply store that recommended Shift Right Transmission Repair in Stockbridge I had my truck towed to the shop, over 20 miles away at a cost of $200. The owner Naval Roy assured me that I would have my truck back in 5 days if I agreed to get it there before the weekend. I spoke to Naval again on Friday and he informed me that the transmission was damaged and in need of repair and a possible case after he removed the transmission pan and inspected it and found aluminum shavings in it. He said he would have the transmission out and disassembled and know the internal damage on Monday. I called again Monday evening and he said he was still in the process of removing the transmission. I was in the area on Tuesday and dropped by to inspect the work progress and found the vehicle still in the parking lot, exactly where the wrecker had dropped it off. Being a retired ASE Master Automobile Technician I inspected the vehicle in the parking lot and found not only had it not been moved into the shop and put on a lift, stored in the shop as promised, the transmission pan had not been removed. Naval lied to me! He promised to keep the truck secured in his shop, it was not. He told me he put it in the shop and removed the pan, he did not. He told me he was in the process of removing the transmission, he was not. When I confronted him about this he did not deny the lies. I had my truck removed within the hour and towed to a reputable transmission repair facility. I was out over $400 in tow fees and wasted 5 days of being without my vehicle while it sat in his parking lot. This guy is a lair and a thief! I will be posting my review everywhere I can and informing the people at ATRA of this individuals shady practices. People like Naval Roy give good technicians a bad name!

I got my car tested with several other professionals who all said the alternator should have been replaced from the start. A very stressful experience that could've been avoided. I tried calling to talk through what happened and first my call wasn't returned. I called again and was not heard but instead refused to apologize, burning the relationship that was built. For reasons, this is the 3rd tire I've had on this wheel. So, when it blew and I was unable to remove the tire, I knew exactly why: during the last 2 tire changes, the outside of my lugs were lightly stripped and the tool I had didn't cover the entire lug so it just slipped off. My car doesn't come with a spare. So, flats are a bit of a doosey. Either remove the wheel, have it repaired, or tow. Well, since I was unable to remove it, I choose to find a nearby rim shop I could drive to. On the way, I saw this place and pulled in. Terrible idea. Here was my request: (I explained what happened, my dilemma, and what solution I'd come up with.) I need to have this entire wheel removed, placed in the trunk of the car following me, and reinstalled when I return. Very simple. First, the inside was dark and drab. I couldn't imagine how the mechanics could work in such darkness. Second, there were only a few cars inside, none of which appeared to be produced after the year 2005. None of them seemed to run because they had no engine whatsoever. I don't even know what the mechanic was doing when he come from under it. ‍ Third, the mechanics seemed to have no autonomy, needing permission from someone else to tell me IF they could help me or not. Fourth, the tech tried to upswell me on new lugs, when I refused, he became very upset and argumentative , asking for my keys. He didn't ask for my keys to take my wheel off, when did he need them to put it back on. He thought he was about to refuse to return my key until I paid for new lugs. Not! I went H.A.M. until he left the room. A few minutes later, my tire was on, old lug nuts and all. I paid for my service and left. I won't go back. Not even for air in my tire. Natalia was able to help me right away and within 4 hours received a new key fob programmed to the vehicle and I spent less than the dealership quoted me.
