I never thought I'd be excited to write a tire review, but as a female-identifying person, we're often the target of bad practices and outright lies when it comes to most things car related. That being said, my workplace gets a discount through Tire Warehouse, which is what initially brought me in the store. I loved that I could book an appointment online through their website (a must in 2019 in my opinion) Despite not such a great exterior, the inside of the store is clean and I was promptly greeted and checked in. They put my tires on within a half house so I decided to hang out while they did it. Workers came in and out and all greeted me and even cracked a few jokes with me. I got into a discussion about women and car repairs/needs. They let me know that they're organization's culture frowns upon that and that they don't work on commission, so there's no pressure to do any unnecessary upselling. Getting new tires isn't everyone's favorite activity, but Tire Warehouse makes it as pleasant and fast as they can. I'll be back and recommend you go there as well. I dropped off a flat tire to be fixed. It was repaired in under an hour which was great. However, the wrong tire was given back to me. The person I dealt with, instead of taking responsibility blamed his employees. He said "I have a bunch of Airheads working for me". I found that very unprofessional. At this point I don't know if the repair was properly repaired but the customer service left a lot to be desired. read more

I was passing through town on my way to the airport when I experienced a flat tire in a Tesla. You need a special piece to lift the car which complicated the product. I called around trying to find someone fast to help. They were so nice on the phone and said hurry over, we can help you. I showed up and they took the car right away, fixed the flat and I was on my way. The nicest part is THEY DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME! Asked me to pay it forward. Nobody does that anymore, especially to strangers. Great place! Wish I could do more for them then just write a review - Thanks so much....and I made my flight! read more

Caution!!! They lie, cheat or try to, and do NOT care about customer satisfaction. $30 to fix a flat they installed very recently. They try to charge more than the quoted price and then cheat you on service. STAY AWAY from the Pittsfield store. read more

I was looking for tires for my Honda HRV so I thought I would try tire warehouse in Pittsfield, Ma. So I went to this location on December 3rd to find out about there tires I walk in went up to counter was approach by guy at counter( he was rude) asked for Jarred he said he was busy at this time and then came out looked up tires and said price is 1,100.00 I said alright. Made me appointment for December 10th at 1:00. I arrived that day at 1:00 and at first they said my tires never got order and them said it will be a 3 hour wait. If they never order tires why a 3 hour wait .My appointment was at 1:00 . I told the person at the counter that I will take my business elsewhere. I went elsewhere had tires in stock and on same day. Got a nail through tread on one tire. The technician advised that since it wasn't leaking he didn't want to drill it through for a plug. He put a filler in. Didn't charge, my sense really honest most tire place would have tried to get me to buy 2 new tires. read more

I purchase 4 tires in 2018 with a 50,000 mile warranty and also hazard protection for an extra $80. I got a flat about a year later and they still charged about $50 to replace the tire, giving me a bunch of bs about how that is the policy even though they said it was free for any reason when they sold me the policy and there was nothing in the agreement about paying for a flat. 4 years and 25,000 miles total and the tires are worn thin. They give a long list of bs needed and hoops to jump thru and without cannot offer anything to me off a replacement set of tires Save yourself and go elsewhere And don't bother with road hazard warranty if you do read more

Fast and friendly. Spent a little more money than I expected. In and out in less than an hour.

I was traveling from New York through New Hampshire with bald tires and needed to make an emergency stop when the plys started showing through the rubber and the tire started bulging. This was the nearest place around. Service behind the counter was excellent. I explained the situation I got myself in and he helped me go through my available options with the tires they have in stock and the tires carried by other tire stores in the area. I had a fantastic experience with Tire Warehouse! A few weeks ago, I was in Springfield and stopped to get a quote on new tires at Costco. They were out of stock Of the tire I needed at the time so I didn't get them put on. When I was back in Pittsfield, I stopped by tire warehouse and ask them if they would match the Costco price. They said they would and my new tires were ready for installation a couple of days later. I waited while they installed them. They were quick, friendly and they did a great job. Highly recommended! FYI for anybody in the market for tires, DO NOT BUY from Tire Warehouse! They sold me 40,000 mile tires that are smoked at 18,000 miles! They have lied to me every single step of the way and their manager Derek has not tried to make it right. They want to upgrade me to a 65,000 mile tire but I pay the difference of $100. Now they are refusing to put the tires on my car at all! If you want quality tires and good customer service dont go there, they apparently dont stand behind their products. read more

I wish there was something lower than 1 Star! They would not replace a tire with a defective sidewall that we bought a month ago. Did not notice it until two weeks after we bought two new tires from them . They said we hit a pothole (which did not happen, honest) and would not cover the replacement. They were more than willing to let my wife leave with a tire that could blow at any time or charge us for a new tire. Not my first issue with their customer care. Had a rental car with a rear tire that kept losing air pressure. Took it in to Tire Warehouse on Merrill Rd. They found that the problem was that the tire had picked up a self-tapping wood screw somehow. They were able to repair the tire and had me back on my way in less than 20 minutes. Kudos! Am from out of state and had a nail in my tire at about 3:30pm last Saturday and wasn't staying in Pittsfield. After Firestone said there was no way they could fit me in I called these guys and they said no problem. It took maybe 15 minutes for them to get me in their computer and fix the tire.
