I showed him my current car (which I was selling) and explained exactly how I wanted the leather seats in my new car to look. I brought the car back and explained the issue, but instead of addressing it, he argued that the work matched what I had requested. They seemed pretty good except that when I brought my car back home to New York to do my inspection the mechanic there said I needed new tires. My tires that I bought at Mavis about two months prior were already boiled on the inside. The mechanic in New York said probably whoever installed the tires didn't do the wheel alignment. I've been chasing Mavis since September 2 and the corporate office people keep brushing me off and telling me some imaginary person is going to give me a call and they never do. Stay away from this and all Mavis branches. Especially to buy tires unless you like buying them twice.
