When I arrived I confirmed they'd still be able to do the installation and alignment as it was less than an hour before their scheduled closing time. They confirmed they could/would. They stayed about a half an hour after their scheduled closing time to complete the job and I was completely satisfied with their work. Good pricing (which they completely reviewed prior to taking my car in/doing any work). Would highly recommend.

Specified tires stated. Told I could come in at a certain time and have fitted. I arrive for my appointment only to be told It would take two days for the tires to arrive. So that was a good trap. (2) Specialized tool to remove wheel found wandering aimlessly in the front of my car when I picked it up. No reason why this could not have been put back in the trunk among the Jack where it belongs. Careless inattention to detail. Overall I would recommend, but the price is not that fantastic and I could've gotten the same tires cheaper elsewhere.

I already put the oil filter in & bought a new bolt because my wrenches kept slipping off. I aske them to change the oil & not the filter, subtract that from the charge. I got "attitude". then She said I needed Synthetic, I stated No that is not what the owners manual & online states. She said here "system" is right & I am wrong. I get the Invoice @ $74.85, for oil not requested, online spec's: 5.9 quarts of SAE 5W-20 Motor Oil, including she did not take off the filter charge. Gave me attitude on the way out. Poor customer service. Only reason why I went back is because I thought they would cut me a deal for cranking that bolt on, I not charging me for another new filter. They LOST my business after 5 years. No Number to who to complain to since she is the one to complain to. First time some one RIPPED me off since I was a Teenager 40 years ago. FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!

I figured, if Goodyear is trusting this shop to be an installer, why not give it a try. Tires were put-on in no-time, had a brief chat with the manager, very nice guy. But then I drove the vehicle on the highway, it appeared that there's shaking going-on. So I took it back. After I dropped it off, they called me to say that there's nothing wrong with it. That it must be the brakes. I'm certain that when I'm driving on the highway at 70 mph, my brake pads are not making contact with the disk. When I shared my disagreement, it was like I stepped on their ego and next thing I know, every sentence started with "just so you know".....talk about gaslight central! Luckily, they extended a courtesy reimbursement for me to take my tires to another shop and reimburse me for the tire balance, which I did. Wouldn't you know it, they were able to fix the issue! After visiting 3rd time this month, I do see a vast difference between the shop and the customer area. NOBODY had safety glasses, some guys had their shirts un-tucked around machinery, one guy had headphones on replying to text messages while under a vehicle. They treat their customers well, just not their vehicles. Great customer service, not my car-shop.

terrible customer service, terrible work, I took my Mazda…read morein to get a clutch replaced, I bought my own part as I was needing a specific one rated for higher power, I got my car back after spending over 1600 dollars in labor costs alone, the first 200 miles my sway bar linkage fell off, which was a direct cause of them removing my front axels to drop my tranny this was 2 days after getting my car back, i Fixed that, but my clutch is making god awful noises, squaking when I take off or am in reverse, I drove for the full recommended 500 mile break in period, still making the same noise, I took the car back to them to check their work to which they very rudely told me I dont know what I'm talking about, I'm not a mechanic, my transmission was already destoryed when I brought it in. I have photos of the clutch they took out, to which they said it is in pieces and it very clearly was not, my car was not making these noises before I spent about 3 grand in Toto Al with parts and labor, now after sticking a camera up they are more showing me the video from this, all while saying the clutch is installed correctly, but either way they don't guerentee labor unless it's on their parts, and I simply was never told this, was not told this when I brought the car with the clutch, was not told this when they texted me to tell me to order a fly wheel, they never once told me it wouldn't be warrantied or never once recommended me to use their parts, I paid the labor to have time work done right, and I am left with a car that i have put my whole soul into for 5 almost 6 years that is embarrassing to drive, and sounds super rough. I was also hung up on by them saying "come get your fing car" then hanging up. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful on the phone, very disrespectful in person told me when I picked the car up that I don't know what I'm talking about, they told me the part was bad, which they did not, I have all the texts from this place, I also paid for an evaporative leak to be fixed, I still have a code for this and they are telling me that's not what they were supposed to fix, but that's the code that I said I wanted to get fixed. had 3 people all talking over me raising their voices and telling me I'm wrong, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.
