And I kept explaining, it's not an issue of their concern where or how I'm financing, the check or wire transfer they will receive can come from another bank. So what bank they want it from? And she kept telling me it doesn't matter they won't take my money. I was adamant that that made no sense! I could get them the money however they wanted it and would pay right now to hold it. And I was literally told and I quote ; you can either finance with us or you can find a car in Michigan or Pennsylvania or wherever it is you're from, but we aren't accepting your money. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. Please avoid Run Run if you can…read more I brought my wife's car here for what should have been a simple oil change. The car was running perfectly before I brought it in and had never had any issues. Unfortunately, after the oil change, they drained the wrong oil, and now the car will start but will not drive. It has been stuck in their bay for TWO days. I paid $93 for the oil change, and they didn't even reimburse me for the service. On top of that, they told me I would have to pay out of pocket to have the car towed. They offered no assistance with the tow, which cost me another $100. When I returned the next day with the tow company to pick up the car, I tried speaking with the manager. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. I should have paid more attention to the reviews before coming here. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has cost me additional time and money. If you're considering getting an oil change here, please avoid this place at all costs.
