When that placard was later presented, they still refused to show any discretion and charged $280 to release the vehicle, including overnight fees. What stands out isn't just the fee--it's the complete lack of basic human decency. This individual had to find transportation to the lot, break down and reassemble their wheelchair twice, and navigate the entire process in person, all to resolve a situation that never should have escalated this far. At no point did anyone step back and say, "This isn't right." Policies are one thing, but hiding behind them at the expense of common sense and compassion says a lot about how a company operates. This wasn't just poor service--it was a failure in judgment and humanity. If this is how they treat vulnerable members of the community, people should be aware before trusting them with anything.

I took it to the local Toyota dealership where the entire pan needed to be replaced since the bolt was hopelessly stuck.
