I am a broke 20-year-old college student who doesn't know a thing about cars; let alone tires. I was afraid that if I went there alone I would be taken advantage of, but that was not the case. Miguel helped me find tires that would work for my car without breaking my bank. They even let me use their phone because I left mine at home. I was so stressed out because I didn't know what to do, I ended up starting to cry and Miguel began to console me and it made me feel so much better about the entire situation. For someone who just moved to the city alone, Tire Town really made me feel like I could call Tampa my new home. Thank you guys for everything, Shelby

Fix To Go's recent Yelp reviews were very good! So we quickly changed plans with AAA, and called ahead, explaining to Manager Bacardi the situation. He was straightforward with us, agreed with me on my guess (it was the starter), and gave us an accurate quote. Barcadi's team quickly sourced and replaced the starter, and noticed the brakes were in desperate need of pad replacement. The total price was not bad at all! Soon we were confidently back on the road with new starter and brake pads. We are so thankful to the team at Fix To Go Auto Care Center for being honest and skillful mechanics in our time of need.

Instead, they confirmed it was an easy repair and charged only $50--almost unheard of in today's economy. The service went above and beyond. When I picked up my car, they had even washed it and removed paint from the front end left after an unintended acceleration incident involving my garage door a few months earlier. I had previously taken the car to Wesley Chapel BMW--now part of Morgan Auto Group--for an inspection, and they did not remove the paint. Southern Tire was honest, reasonably priced, and provided exceptional service. I would recommend them 1,000%.

She waited there for almost 3 hours for a 30 minute job while someone else who dropped their car off after my wife had their job completed before hers was done. Seems like common sense to prioritize the appointments, especially when they are in your waiting room. Next time we'll take it to Super Dave's. Much quicker and better service overall.
