After removing trim panels and checking every fuse box,and switch inside and outside of the car, he found the problem and ordered the part. Once the part was received it was installed and everything was reassembled. While there he also changed my oil and filter. The repair cost was reasonable compared to the labor time it took to find and resolve the problem, remove all the needed trim panels and reassemble all the parts in a very professional manner. Beyond that, the entire customer service experience was frustrating and unprofessional. First, the turnaround time and communication were awful. They held my car for days before even bothering to look at it, and I had to reach out myself just to get basic status updates. When I finally picked the car up, it was returned to me electronically in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Multiple dashboard warning lights were flashing, the speedometer read 0 mph while driving, and the fuel gauge was jumping erratically. Instead of taking responsibility when I pointed this out, the manager was completely rude, condescending, and dismissive. He lacked basic customer service etiquette and tried to deflect blame onto me for pre-existing issues, completely ignoring the fact that they handed back a car with dead gauges. When I was forced to bring the car right back to fix their mistake, they threw me back into the queue like a brand new drop-off, letting it sit for another full day before touching it. It turns out they simply forgot to plug a main wiring harness back in during the repair and skipped the required system reset. Once they actually plugged it back in, the car drives fine and the dash cleared up. But having to deal with terrible communication, days of delays, and an argumentative manager just to get a job finished properly means I will not be coming back. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that respects your time and treats you like a customer.
